Easy to work with...great looking countertop!

American Dream Granite was great to work with! We were able to confirm and process our granite order almost entirely by email, and the gentlemen that came to install our granite were great! I cant say enough about them - they were polite, professional, and did an incredible job. I would certainly call on them for their services again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a local company to help with a granite project!

Good place to get the granite for your kitchen

We have had an unusually long working relationship with Nina and American Dream Granite.....fortunately for all it was positive, professional and successful. We had been waiting for years to do granite in kitchen and when we stopped in to Nina’s place we knew we were ready.Installation was as promised and staff amazing. We loved our choice. Unfortunately, there was staining that happened in several areas regardless of our being careful. Nina had her granite staff do and try everything to no avail. Nina never avoided my calls, came out several times. She was as concerned as she could be.Long story made shorter— she offered to replace the granite at her expense. I was thrilled!! We selected a different granite and due to COVID-19 installation was delayed but worth the wait!!!!Thank you Nina ( and Abbey who coordinated so much and so well)Maureen Johnson

I purchased granite countertops from AmericanDream and had them installed this week. I shopped around for weeks. Ended up at a big box store where they scheduled an appointment with me an never showed up.What a refreshing customer experience dealing with American Dream. I visited the show room where the owner took me to a warehouse nearby to see the actual slab that I had chosen.The price per square foot was much lower than everywhere I shopped. Setting up for a template measurement was simple and done professionally. The appointment notification to schedule the installation was automated and efficient..Two installers arrived on time. My center island is very large with the piece weighing upwards of 1000lbs. They moved the pieces into my kitchen with extreme care and diligence. The two gentleman who did the install were polite and very skilled... I was wowed to say the least, and I am highly critical of typical products and services. A perfectionist to say the least.Great value, the best customer service, and skilled craftsman....I got more than I bargained for and my expectations were exceeded. Now I am going to do the bathroom counters!

What a great company! We had an excellent experience, all the way from choosing the granite through installation. They have a great selection in there showroom and are the nicest, most professional, helpful people you will ever find.I also thought they worked really hard to get me what I really wanted for a great deal. Our experience with American Dream Granite was awesome. We did a major kitchen renovation this past October, and priced out cabinets and granite at Home Depot, Lowes, and two other cabinet companies. Nina beat all the competitors’ prices. We are so glad we decided to walk into American Dream Granite on a whim. Nina and Jason were very professional, and always answered our questions and concerns promptly. We installed the cabinets ourselves, and their contractors installed the granite. Nina is quick to address any questions or issues you may have. They even came to our house to make sure we were happy with everything. We always try to support small businesses whenever we can, and we are so happy with our decision!

Hands down the best company we have worked while fixing our home. Nina helped us each step of the way! We are very pleased with American Dream Granite service and products and reccomend them to everyone we know.

Nina lead us to believe that a simple island can be done in a few weeks time. We pointed out up front that we have a slight slope in the floor and that we would need a panel or a waterfall to cover the seam of two cabinets that needed to be put together. This was in the first week of June. Now it is the end of September. Firstly we needed to buy our own cabinets and assemble them ourselves. Now we are out $500 and still don’t have even the cabinets put together fully yet as the team needs to do the finishing touches. Nina has been unresponsive the entire time. We have to pull teeth to get in touch. We would have dropped Nina a long time ago, but wanted to ensure that our kitchen matches so we held on until we could get the granite piece. Today, I rearranged my work schedule again and cancelled a couple of in person meetings to be home for the granite. We repeatedly asked for pictures before the granite was cut knowing how irresponsible Nina was. We get a picture of a stained and rusted piece with the grain that would clash shortly before the arrival of the men. That’s not what we agreed on. Speaking to Nina revealed that they won’t buy us new granite. They want to wait for a customer to come and make purchase of the same granite and then offer it to us. What a scam! She went on to further reveal that the construction company that build our home owes them money and she won’t be doing business with them again and they are the ones that typically buy our stone. So, we can have this last remnant piece or nothing. She also continued to say that American Granite is a large company and she is in meetings all day long and can’t respond to us or call us back. Then don’t have us as a client. Don’t be so enthusiastic about our custom project. Also, don’t put the work on us. We had to be home for the visits the men made to our house to “measure” the island several times. We had to draw out the island and measurements ourselves each time. Even Nina was asking us what we wanted over and over. Why did we have so many teams come through without doing anything? Why did you say that you can do something when you reveal today that you can’t? I would absolutely not do any business with Nina again and would not do business with any contractors that she works with. I also don’t recommend the company unless you want to wait for months to have a simple task 1/4 completed. She says she’s one of the owners at the company. Anyone who agreed to do business with someone irresponsible can’t be trusted.
