I love this store they have almost any book you’re looking for and a nice place to have a coffee

It was very comfortable In the cafe. Our food and drinks were good and the man who helped us was very, very nice.They lost a star, because the womens bathroom was dirty. There was both toilet paper and towels tossed on the floor, the two sinks did not drain well, and the toilets were not clean ( they were a mess).

Barnes and Noble needs to carry more variety for US travel. Wasnt much to choose from.

Sometimes youve got to thumb through a few pages in order to get a books vibe. Its especially great to be able to pick out books with children. Online is great for used books and whatnot but I always enjoy holding a book before I buy it. At barnes and noble I can get a coffee and just browse, be Inspired and occasionally chit chat with someone else about a book or author.

Very accessible, with lots of parking and you can find any book. The Starbucks in store is a hit. Nothing beats an espresso with a book.

This place is truly a hidden gem. Or at least one that I often forget about. They have a huge selection of $10 and under. The store is huge at this location. My 3 yr. Old son had a blast, which made me realize what a hidden gem it is.

Never thought B&N could get more dangerous for my wallet, but they pulled it off! Selection and staff were both amazing.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Always super clean in the store.

My favorite bookstore to go to in the area, and their chocolate chunk cookies are awesome!

My family and i love this place. I take my boys here and my brother takes my nieces here. I will always come here before a toy store with the kids 😉please dont let this take away from the adult experience as well, it is an overall amazing bookstore. highly recommend!

Went to look for five nights at Freddys graphic novel for my daughter and it was in a completely different spot than the other five nights at Freddys books

Its a great place to hang out for awhile and read. Though while I was there: someone was arguing on the phone and someone else was facetiming without headphones or ear buds.

Reading is always fun. Books yay.

Was denied assistance by a manager (Mike) for failing to wear a mask despite my having a medical exemption.The senior manager of this store (Carol) was both kind and apologetic about this and ensured me it wouldn’t happen to anyone else.My faith in this location has been restored, but beware of rogue, judgmental employees (I’m looking at you, Mike) during this pandemic.

My granddaughter begged me to bring her to B & N as shes in to young adult fiction and wanted more! The experience amazed me.

As always, Barnes & Noble here in Leominster has the best & most helpful employees I ever interacted with. They always greet you pleasantly. They arehelpful with find what you need. Their reading recommendations are always appreciated & the selection of books make it very difficult to not find something you want to take home. I already plan to go back this weekend for 2 books I did not pick up during my last visit!

I love BN, find good books, good book sales, nice staff, has a Starbucks (very expensive coffee). The thing that I havent tried is to sit on the floor and read a whole book before buying it.

I love coming to barnes and noble! Its almost never busy except for holidays! The staff are nice, and i have a lot of good conversations with them about books! The only reason they didnt get 5 stars is because they could probably get more hires, it was a little backed up last time i went in because they only had around 3 staff at the time, but it could also be because we are just getting back to normal life because of the virus!

The staff was super helpful, and they had everything I was looking for! I am excited to go back.

I just had 45 minutes of my day wasted trying to order a couple of books online. First their website kept redirecting me back to renew my password, Id renew it then would go back and try to log in to complete my purchase. Their web site would then again redirect me to change my password. So I called their 800 customer service line which of course didnt recognize that I had an order, found away around that. Got a customer service representative who while polite was also annoying as she wanted to discuss with me what browsers I had on my phone. She gave a fake yet sincere apology for my troubles but I told her to forget about it.

Barnes & Noble is always a great place. Reading is so important for every age. This place has it all.

This is a little smaller than most Barnes and Noble but a great place with about everything you could possibly need or look for and they do order if you cant find what you need or want...They too are following the covid19 guide lines and mask must be worn by all who enter the store, I like this place I get my Starbucks and dont feel rushed in anyway while book shopping.

Im a big fan of the Leominster (MA) Barnes & Noble. Yes, I know, its a chain, but this location is unique. It has an outstanding selection of magazines, a really good selection of books, a very friendly and responsive staff that genuinely likes to help customers, and a Starbucks café with wonderful cookies. How can you go wrong? The Leominster Barnes & Noble has remained open during much of the pandemic, and lots of folks from the area enjoy going there: its clean and spacious, and if the store doesnt have what youre seeking, the staff will try to get it for you. Ive been coming to this location for a long time (I am often in Central Mass. on business) and I cant say enough good things about the experience. I love going to bookstores, and this Barnes & Noble is always worth a visit.

Ok barnes and noble location. Has some stuff but always seems light on the scifi and manga titles I look for. Nashua location usually has what I want. Probably ok for other sections? Cafe usually good.

Ordered ahead for curbside delivery. It took forever to get our order. I went in ti inquire. The dimwit behind the counter was no help. I spotted my order being carried out an intercepted the worker. VERY disorganized there. Many people standing inside waiting for their orders.

A warm and inviting place to go on a rainy evening! Their selection of books and magazines is a great. They also have a toy section now that Christmas is coming up with some very unusual and unique toys. Dont forget the card section that they have as well. I grabbed the magazine and a couple of birthday cards. The employees are friendly and helpful.

They have a great variety of new books and lots of technical books about software and programming.

This B&N does not have a huge movie or music section, but everything else is great. Selection is good, layout is easy to navigate, featured shelves have interesting categories on display, staff are friendly, and you can almost always find a seat somewhere if needed.

Always a classic. The smell of fresh coffee and crisp pages. Will hopefully never lose a book store to online. I love this store, as does my wife. We will continue to support you!

My daughter and I spent a cple. hours in here.We had fun walking around and looking at books. We sat on floor reading for a bit.Very clean. Employees were helpful and friendly to us. Prices werent bad on some books.Some clearance. Left with a few good books.

I come here at times when its the weekends. Its relaxing here to read and draw. They have a cafe section. And a kids section with wooden trains for them to play my only complaint is that they dont have enough chairs and table to use at the cafe

Not all Barnes and Nobel stores are created equal, but this one is fantastic! The staff was friendly, helpful and went out of their way to get the book I wanted in my hands. There is a big cafe section to relax in. The store is clean and the variety of non-book items (i.e. notebooks, gifts, pens, etc) is large. Great place to stock up on last minute gifts that look like you actually tried.

Love reading. My kids and grand kids love reading as well. It is so comfortable here. You feel relaxed enough to sit and read a few pages before you purchase the book.

I like this Barnes & Noble as it has a Starbucks attached to it which is a nice benefit. There are obviously tons of books to choose from I went here to get a book light and I found just what I needed.

Clean well stocked bookstore with wide aisles and cafe inside. Located in shopping plaza with plenty of parking and handicapped access. Unless consistently buying books, membership at $25 year may not be worth it. ( free shipping and 10% discount, $5 coupons

Always find books on the display tables throughout the store that I never knew about but find interesting.

I enjoy reading and barnes and noble has books. When i get a book i also get coffee. Every barnes and noble i have been in everyone has been helpful.
