Absolutely great customer service! They were out of stock on item I had wanted so they ordered it for me. They accidentally put my wrong address but took their time and did whatever they could to make sure the order got canceled and reprocessed. After having to wait for a while they even gave me a 500 point gift for the troubles!

People over there just don’t wanna help you! They have the worst attitude! I can’t recommend

I was not impressed by the service I had today. My daughter and I had a mom and me day today. So I figured we would go have some fun at Sephora. Last time we went they did amazing on my daughters lipstick and she enjoyed feeling pretty &silly for the day wearing blue lipstick.Well needless to say, the service I received today was well below par. My daughter lips were not at all what she looked like before. After the tech put the lipstick on by brush, he allow her to put the lipstick on herself! I was a little shocked by that.Next came me, I wanted smokey eye look. Never not knowing how to do it myself. I was asked if i wanted a dramatic look or a more subtle look. I said i wanted a more medium smokey look. Well after all was said and done. The makeup I had on before I came in was taken off in patches I looked like I was part of clown show.I will not be going back again. Disappointing day.
