We dealt with Alysha on site. She gave us a drawing and an incomplete quote. I asked her for something that was left off and got Ill send that over shortly...several weeks ago. We liked the drawing and the price but the customer service left A LOT to be desired. Wanted to give our business to someone local, but sad they didnt want our business.

They helped us understand the process, work within our budget and provided us with exceptional support. Most satisfying for us was when our original contractor could not complete the work, Nelson arranged for his team of installers to come in and finish. They worked with our schedule and put in every effort to complete the job by the holidays. Always professional, Nelson made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction and his exacting standards. He even took care of us when a small part on the shower broke a year after the work was completed. A great group, a great store, a great experience.

We (my wife and I) were in the process of remodeling our kitchen and always thought that specialty stores were more expensive than the larger home improvement stores. We took a shot and went into Dream Kitchens and Baths in Leominster.WOW, were we surprised. The prices were much lower than the larger chains. We were not pressured by the associates. We were given space to make our own decisions. The associates were very knowledgeable. We were given several options in a relaxing atmosphere.The kitchen remodel was very successful and came out better than we had imagined.I highly suggest Dream Kitchens and Baths to everyone.

Hi, Love my new cabinet. They were very helpful with what I requested. They had many styles to choose from and there prices were reasonable. They were in line with the local Whole Sale cabinet shop. Only problem was the computer went down while ordering so that added some confusion when the cabinet came in but all was good.

What can I say, Nelson and his staff were amazing.. and so very patient with me :-) I felt like such a pain in the ass but everyone was always so wonderful and great to work with. Needless to say I have every womens dream closet & BATHROOM... I cant wait to gut the kitchen and have Nelson and his team help me design the kitchen of me dreams - wont be long Nelson, get ready :-)The hardest thing for me was making a decision, way too many choices it was so over whelming...

Dream Kitchens along with Continental Stone have been unresponsive to an issue involving an installation done in the beginning of December. It has been crickets from Continental and since I have paid my balance to Dream Kitchens, I have not heard a word. Not a happy camper.

Dream kitchens and baths. I guess their name suits them well... You can dream about getting your bathroom or kitchen.I called dream kitchens about a month ago and spoke with Nelson the owner. I expressed to him that I needed a bathroom put in my basement right away. He told me that he could do the job and to come down and take a look at his showroom and pick out what I liked. I went to the show room the very same day I called. After that this guy Erik came to my house with the plumber to figure out the project. Make a long story short After that I havent heard from them at all. Its been a month and I still havent received a price or anything. Maybe an explanation as to whats going on. Every time I call I get the run around. Nelsons secretary Mary answers the phone and when I tell her who it is she replies oh yea as in you again. What a waste of my time. Dont appreciate the dishonesty at all and not a way to run a business.

I needed a bath and shower unit asap and ordering anywhere else would have taken weeks. Stephanie was able to have the one I wanted available for pick up the next day!

Stopped in on a Thursday evening about having a bathroom floor replaced and new vanity/counter top. Told to email the owner/designer with pictures and theyd get back to us. A week later, still nothing. Stopped in again, was told he was busy but would get us something that weekend. Asked us to pick out a couple of vanities that wed like and theyd get us prices on them the next day. We emailed several times in between. Never heard anything again. This is definitely a place you dont want to do business with if they dont bother to follow through, even with repeated visits and emails.
