Second time going in to shop. Neatly organized, very quaint. Staff were nice and pleasant to talk to while paying for my purchase

I am a professional and have a ProCard membership and I will give the staff there 5 (or more if available) stars! The Staff is incredibly helpful, attentive but not overbearing, and friendly! That being said...Unfortunately the problem isn’t with that it’s with the inconsistency of quality in products. I do extensions on a very regular basis and 60% of the time even buying the exact same product the quality it’s completely below normal standards. Also considering it is open to the public I think they need more swatches to each product line and books to help people actually find the correct product. I know personally it would help me with having many less returns and exchanges. I don’t know why that is considering they actually are part of a professional only store CosmoProf. I personally recommend when it comes to hair extensions, wigs, ponytails etc you go to a different location tailored to that specific product there is a location on north main st in Leominster that is owner operated and very affordable for the average consumer just do a little research!

They have quality hair products and the employees are always helpful.

Came in for some color lifting supplies and quite a few questions involving brand recommendations. Gabby was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this location to friends

I know little about the products and have picked up stuff for friends and family, but it seems most of what they carry are products you cant find anywhere else in the area. And the staff is always helpful when I come in asking for things I barely understand how its used. Sweet!

Products are good and I had one sales person help me before- I would come in all the time. I go to the one in Athol now because sales people were so rude. Their sales pitch was “buy this product because “anything is better than what you have now” about my hair.. that really wasn’t bad.. I had some brassy tones on my new dyed blonde hair which is very common.

Too small. I wish Sallys was much large with more professional employees during the day
