Real big building.love their supplies.What I didnt like, most items were not priced.

This place usually has what i need to create my dream gear for my service dog. she comes with me for these trips, and the staff are very respectful of the fact that shes working. i have never had any access issues here. however, the aisles are pretty narrow and difficult to navigate with a service dog at times.

Store is clean and well staffed. Only negative this is the the only way to access the store is through them mall.

My children went to JoAnns to get fabric for their sewing projects. The woman cutting the fabric made a cruel remark about my daughters waist size. My elder daughter took her aside and asked her to stop, and the employee rolled her eyes at her. My girls find joy and refuge in sewing, so this was a shock. We will not be returning to this store.

Considering it’s a pandemic we still got good service. Staff at times got a bit edgy about distancing (understandable)but otherwise was very helpful in suggesting we buy sample swatches for our curtain selections and then order online which we ended up doing. Satisfied!

Always find what I need. Sometimes what I didnt know I needed.

Cashier was extremely helpful and full of kindness, truly professionalism.

I struggle with this store. I love shopping craft stores and supporting them, rather than doing all shopping on line, but this particular store seems to take forever to get through. I spent 20 minutes waiting my turn at the cutting table....Im not sure if this is because they dont have enough shoppers, so less employee or what it is, but I do know it is typical at this store. It happens at the register often too, sometimes you stand and wait for someone to be at the register to ring you out. But I do love the stock they carry!

Sucks paying outrageous prices for the simplest cheapest fabric. The prices take my breath away in a baddd way. Ugh, hurts the wallet. Gta find a better place. Going to try auburn outlet place.

Folks here are friendly and helpful. I came in looking for an item to use in an off product way and staff went out of their way to locate an item during Christmas. Some may say its their job but this day and age you run into more often than not a response of no we dont carry anything for that. Well not here. Will definitely be back.

Great store. Ive never went into a fabric store before and did not realize all the things I could make. So many different prints and textures. The clearance section of small cuts of fabric is a gold mine for small projects.

Very nice people running a well stocked Joann. Not my first choice for picking up online orders. There seems to be some confusion about why I would order online and pick up in store even when the deals offered online are better. I have had three issues with this so far. The worst was when one of the staff members tried to cancel my online order so that I would shop in store at a premium. It seems to be a training issue.

I love all these places lol. Huge selection of fabrics! And with all the coupons from the app, I saved 50% off my order! Friendly staff! Got my fabrics cut quickly. Cashier was wonderful, didnt know if I could use more than 1 coupon and she swiped down my phone and shot them all! Love that place! 😂 plus they have a no hassle return policy. Pretty sure with no time limit. And you can find some pretty cool seasonal pieces there too. Did I mention....I love this place? 🤣😍

The store almost always has what I need for crafts, Halloween costumes, etc, but more importantly, the staff at the fabric area is outstanding. Ive seen them frustrated by rude and impatient customers, but they keep their cool when I would have lost it. Last, but most important, they are always so very helpful when I am not sure how much material I will need, or how to put a costume together, or what is the right material to use.

Has most of the knick knacks needed for home projects (not for home improvement) but the service can be slow at certain locations and at certain times

Went with my daughter to get fabric for her Halloween costume. They had everything we needed and then some. Also got some great advice as well.

This is a small Joanns but the emphasis is on the fabrics, which I appreciate. There are crafts items, too, so I can still get many of the things I use all in one place. The people are friendly, helpful and make this a welcoming place to go!

This store has great deals. And if you dont get them in the mail you can also get the coupons on third app. I recommend this store because it is like a Michaels or ACMoore. But with more fabrics.

Availability on large selection. They sell easy miter boxes and alphabet stickers. They also sell letter boards and wood products too.

Can find every craft idea you have in mind! Not as organized as would like but great deals especially around Christmas time! Check online for more deals. Staff is very helpful

I was going to teach some jewelry classes. They were going to call me with my schedule for this specific jewelry class, people were PAYING to take. They called me on a random weekday and said “Why aren’t you here?” I said, “Pardon?” A stranger I had never spoken to before then proceeded to ask “We have you scheduled to teach this class today.” Poor confused soul. They hadn’t called me or even written out a schedule for that day AT ALL. This place might need a bit more to sort their things out before they try to hire serious employees. Not to mention, they didn’t even have the beads in store (in the building) for the jewelry class I was supposed to teach. Then I was told I was supposed to buy the beads for the class and then get paid back by the money from the class? What? Scam? They showed in store example pieces of my own handmade jewelry (that featured items they knew they didn’t sell in their store.) Hmm.. Interesting.

Fun project shopping not so big as Michaels but enjoyable.

Best cloth and supply store ever. No really, I dont even know what I did before Joann fabrics before to get swatches and thread, buttons and zippers, and so much more. if you ever need a fancy overpriced sewing machine that will make your mom jealous this is where you go.

Terrible experience with the manager on duty this afternoon. I have been coming there for years and have spent $$$$. Im a self taught costume designer and came in once before when I first got my machine and the staff was great!! I went in today to ask a question I couldnt find online. The manager came over and said we dont sell that and walked away. Then I was told we cant look at it since we dont sell it.

They had just what I wanted and the sales associate was very helpful.

This JoAnns location let me down. I needed a lot of a certain width of muslin, for a wedding. After driving quite a distance, I learned they didnt have as much as their computer said they did. If someone asks you to put a hold on 17 yards have a specific width of muslin, you should really check to make sure that you have it. On top of that, employees stood around talking with one another, instead of folding or otherwise pitching in.

Leominster store sure offers a lot more than the Westford store does [understatement]. As a crafter who mainly crochets though why oh why are crochet hooks in such short supply? We are forced to make internet purchases especially for Susan Bates hooks. Moving on...there is plenty to choose from here in the way of yarns. Clearance: does not boast what I consider true clearance prices...heck mark that stuff down yall. Dont just knock off a couple dollars & red tag it. We are seeking a true bargain here thats why the items do really NOT sell, we consumers know a bargain. The return suck in is that coupon at the register at check out. Unless its 50% off [often is] AND youre either waiting to purchase an item or going to anyway....do not waste your gas, time or energy unless you have a spending demon! Its your money you worked hard for it, Joanns gets items in bulk way below cost then charges the consumer double to triple or more. Sure its this way everywhere however we are usually wise re our purchases is all thats being said cause those check out coupons dont stop LOL. Choose wisely.

Understaffed as a general rule. The cashiers are regularly called in to cut fabric and the headset communications are poor so that doesnt always work. The class I took involved an instructor who was a sub, brought her dog in and spent most of her time talking to a student who wasnt even supposed to be in the class and was doing something else. I was so worried about the little dog running out of the room without supervision that I canceled the followup class and Im taking another class somewhere else for beginning quilting because I dont remember half of what I was shown.

I had a bad experience I spent over half hour picking out exactly what I wanted looking at the signs and the price get to the cash register oops wrong one they wanted more for it the cashier was nice the other person who checked it out to me was very rude I left the stuff there Im sorry if it is not labeled correctly it is in the right spot but the sale signs are in the wrong I was very frustrated especially because she was rude this was on Black Friday so maybe that is why but Im sorry not an excuse

Joann Fabrics has really cheapened out tremendously. Besides overpriced cotton quilting material that is totally inferior, the help apparently does not know how to measure. Numerous times I have paid for 1 yard of material only to receive 7/8th after squaring off the crooked cutting. Everything seems to be ON SALE so coupons cannot be used. All seasonal crap is made in CHINA. Sales help has no personality..... JF needs to be more accurate and generous when the customer is paying for an item on the cutting table. YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS..... there are plenty of other shops out there with BETTER quality products. Shop Lorraines in Pawtucket, RI, or RYCO in RI or That $1.99 Store in Auburn.. better service & you get more for your money. STAY AWAY FROM JOANN FABRICS, measure pinchers
