I used A&G for lanscaping and leveling out a pad for a shed. I was unaware of exactly how much debris we had in the back yard, but A&G completed the job in one day! I am THRILLED. They were on time and extremely professional. The communication was perfect when trying to figure out exactly what we were looking for. We will 100% be using A&G in the future.

This place is the worse towing company ever! They towed my car for no reason charged me top dollar and the place looks like a dump. The people who answer the phone could careless about why they towed you. They just know that they have your vehicle and you have to pay them!! I would never call and let them tow my vehicle or use any of their services ever! Stay far away from this place!

Called to have my car jump started and they were unable to for some reason, called another tow company and they were able to jump it immediately. Getting refunded the $75 has been more of a hassle over the last two weeks. Would not recommend, call five star towing instead!

Receptionist was quick and easy to work with. Driver was prompt and all business. Price was a lot cheaper than other tow companies. Will recommend to others.

Two men out back seemed to be under the influence accosted my daughters mother and asked her for extra money after she had already paid for the towing fee. The employees that were outback are jose and Oscar. The taller man decided to get in my daughters mothers face and was close enough to touch her. Disgusting! Demanding she handed over more money while speaking Spanish and yes… behaved in a drunk fashion. Called business, spoke to owner Adrain chamorro complete waste of time. Would not even let me explain the situation but advised me to do whatever i wanted and hung up in my face. If you are a woman or even traveling by yourself and kids .. beware.. this business does not care about there customers or safety. Business states no customers are allowed in the back .. which is fine… also has alot of no smoking signs because of obvious volatile equipment. Employees had no problem smoking cigarettes in the same space. Beware! Do not do business!

Good luck to anyone who gets their cars towed away by this crew. They hide their cars in surrounding neighborhood parking lots, typically around 9-10pm when people are asleep. Sketchy, unprofessional, shady business.

Love them but they take on too much towing I think...its always an hour lately when I need them...but they do send mechanic,/tow truck drivers

Our car broke down in mwcc parking lot. We called road side assistance from geico and the yconnected us to a and g towing. We were qouted a 75 min wait time at 450. We waited 75 mins to 610 and they told us they would be there at 710 so we called an uber back home. I called them at 830 to see if they had picked up my car with keys unlocked in the middle of a parking lotand they said no he was on his way. We call at 930 and they tell me no hes on his way... girl was VERY rude and unprofessional. Assuming its a family bussiness because people cant talk like that in customer service. Go forbid we were still waiting with our car for 5 hours.

I was looking for tires for my exercise regiment. I called A and G and he said come on down that he had all kinds of sizes. I picked 2 tires and he didn’t charge me. Very professional! I will be doing business with A and G again.

Was referred to A&G through Geico for roadside assistance. Within about 1 minute of hanging up with Geico, Mateus from A&G called to say he would be on his way.He arrived in under 10 minutes- he was polite, respectful, helpful, and quick in getting my car to the proper mechanic. All the while, he was transparent and called me every step of the way.Between calling Geico and having my car towed to its location took about 25 minutes in all. Cannot speak to the company as a whole, but if they operate in a similar manner as my tow driver, I cannot say enough good things.Thank you!

Santiago was my driver, most pleasant man, promptly timed well mannered, only down fall was on me, at the time I didnt have any extra funds to tip him, keep this in mind these guys deserve something, they work to hard and long hours, I was a tow truck drive in my past so Im aware of the long shifts, also most importantly keep in mind they tow your vichicals for you to get you to safety or just to where you need to go, so be polite THEY DONT HAVE TO TOW YOU and they dont work for you, cant treat them like your their BOSS.

I live a central village and i have a handicap placard and have a reserved spot for my car and someone parked in it. I cant tell you how frustrating it is that they are super quick to come tow cars that dont have parking permits but yet when you actually need a car towed..you get an excuse like oh the driver is an hour a way and he is just going to go home so we cant come until the morning and the funny thing is A&G has a contract with the property Managerment to tow cars parked illegally. I had to park my car in the visitor parking lot and have my disabled fiance walk up a hill to get back to our house... You clearly dropped the ball yet again A&G towing

Great experience. The front bumper on my car is a bit low compared to other cars and Kevin was very careful not to scrape or damage anything while pulling it on to the flatbed. He was also quick to arrive, efficient, and courteous. Would use them again if/when I need a tow.

Ive now used A& G Towing twice over the past several weeks. On both occasions, they were extremely professional with me. Silvia provided me with quote in within short amount of time. She also provided me with a fairly accurate time-frame of pick-up. The 2 drivers that I interacted with were friendly and performed the service without any hitches. Will certainly use them again in the future.

Great service from the lady I spoke with on the phone to the tow truck driver randy. He arrived when promised, less than 30 min. Would definitely not hesitate to call them again if needed.

Worst company ever! The owner is very condescending.The staff people aren’t any better. They lie about everything. Vehicle was towed from where I’m registered to live! Was told it would be put back. Hours later and new staff and guess what? I’m the liar! Was then told that they weren’t bringing the vehicle back. Worst part about it is, I’m disabled so I can’t exactly jump up to go get the vehicle.you were Unwilling to help me either. Gabriel the owner or if you are, you should be ashamed. My experiance with this companies owner Gabriel was truly traumatic. My car was towed for being parked in an unauthorized spot which is completely understandable. I arrived and only had a simple question of how much I would have to pay to get my car out. He gave me a price of 260 and told me I could only pay cash and that he would not give me a receipt. When I questioned him about why I couldnt have a receipt he became extremely aggressive he started swearing at me and told me hed run me out the lot if I didnt leave. I pray I never have to deal or see this man again. To any women who has to deal with this company I would not go alone.

Be warned. This is a highly suspicious company. While working out in the gym I noticed someone trying to break into my truck. It was A and G towing using those air bags on my driver side door and they almost had my door opened if I hadn’t run out and stopped him. Another 5 minutes and my truck would have been gone. The company informed me it was a case of mistaken vehicle identity. Someone called in an abandoned vehicle and gave no plate or VIN number and my vehicle matched the description and location. Although the company apologized I find this totally unacceptable. How can a towing company provide a service without that information. I filed a police report, hopefully they will learn from this experience.

I was connected with A & G tow service through geico roadside assistance. What a hassle. I dont understand why they had to lie and couldnt be honest from the start about how busy they were. I was told it would be 60-90 minutes for a tow. After waiting for over three hours still nobody showed. I called 3 times after the 90 minute waiting period and was lied to each time saying he was 20 minutes away or he should be there any minute. At about 3 1/2 hours I called once more and was told he would be at least a few more hours. Word of advice, If youre going to be longer then you say, just be honest. I highly do not recommend these guys. Theyll leave you waiting on the side of the road with false hope. Thanks for wasting my day!!

Could give 0 Stars. They gave ETA of 90 minutes for towing. No one showed up after 90 minutes, after calling them, they asked for another 20 minutes. After 2 hours, I called them again and they asked for another 1 hour, then another 15 minutes.... Ruined my day. Ive asked my insurance company not to deal with such company.

I was on the side of 495 w/a flat tire and no spare- A&G was great...they contacted me and arrived before the time allotted, and the driver couldnt have been nicer. They even took me to a 2nd repair shop when the 1st. couldnt take my car in a timeframe they had promised.Absolutely a great experience!!

Worst service Ive seen in 40 years driving career. Requested help for key locked in car. After 4 plus hours, two broken promises called them for thrid time. They said they couldnt handle call and we were on our own. Complained to Good Sam and they dropped them as a service provider. Am calling friend who is Captain with State Police to see if they tolerate this type of performance with A&G too.

Mr. Ben helped us tow the car from the gas station. We put diesel instead of gas in it. He gave us a lot of advice and stayed until we put the car key to the kias service department. It is our first time dealing with this kind of situation. We wouldnt have done it without his help.

I want to say thank you to Luis for taking my motorcycle to the dealership and keeping me updated with everything that was happening to it, this young man sent me pictures of when he arrived and where my motorcycle was located to each step of of loading it all the way to arrival which made me feel very secure. These guys are great---I found myself broke down in my truck late last weekend they were awesome to deal with. The service was super friendly, theyre definitely folks who try hard and care about doing a good job.

I was connected to A&G through Geico when my car was disabled in the middle of Friday rush hour traffic on Route 9. Their estimate was an hour and 15 mins, and then they called me to tell me I owed them $15 for the mileage overage and that they would not dispatch until I paid them. I told them my car was blocking traffic and that I could not get my wallet without endangering myself - I had already called the cops so that they could help. The lady rudely hung up, called Geico, and lied to them by telling them I was unwilling to pay. Geico called me to clarify and when I repeated the same thing to them, they said ok and told A&G. At that point, I had been stranded for an hour and still no dispatch - and all over a measly $15. When a cop arrived (remember Im blocking traffic), he called their own towing service who arrived in 15 minutes. We have requested Geico to mark A&Gs record with this experience and to strongly reconsider using them in the future.

Terrible! I called these people and they were rude, barely spoke English and they tried to charge me double what Roadway Towing Charged us. Cant compare the two. Roadway Towing was great . These people were RUDE!

My car was forced to be towed there by the town of Shirley after an accident. They lost my keys and as of date have not turned them over to the repair shop.

I scheduled a 3:30 PM tow around 10:00 am through my insurance with these people so I can make it on time for 5:00 PM to have my tires changed. I have a flat tire and can not go anywhere. Around 4:30 PM I called my insurance and they stated that this company was “over booked due to previous calls”. I am highly dissatisfied with this company. And would not recommend them to anyone. Get it together.

Worst towing company ive had to deal with in my 11 years as an auto mechanic. First of all they towed my car from the resident parking lot where i live, due to my sticker being in the wrong spot. Secondly the tow driver lied to me and said he used tow dollys when there was clearly damage to the front and rear of my vehicle. Also clear as day he broke into my car damaged my outside paint and interior paint to take it out of gear and rummage my glovebox. Third they charged me $160 to release my car from their impound lot after towing it from my residence. If they did their job they would have contacted my building manager and found out my car is registered to park where i live! I have pictures to prove. I was towed at 3am i retrieved my car at 9am, lost time at work, damaged my car and made me pay for it all. Thanks A&G ! Ill make sure your reputation gets around!

Absolutely horrible company had to deal with them through geico roadside assistance they apparently had the wrong address 3 times after I told them each call what it was. Then what was a 1 hour wait turned into 3 hours stuck in the rain. My disappointment is immeasurable, and my day is ruined.

While they were loading my Audi they ended up ripping the front bumper off of it with their flatbed truck. I believe the driver was intoxicated .. but who knows.

Poor response time over 2 and a half hour wait for a lockout service one town over would not recommend them to anyone unless your retired and have all the time in the world.

Never mind all the BS, they ransacked both of my cars and left them a mess!
