We were just traveling on Rt 2 when our windshield wiper blew off. Kyle from Quality pulled behind us to be sure we were safe and helped my husband fix it. What a wonderful employee!! Thank you Kyle!!

This place was really nice when they towed my car but what was really bothersome was that they refused to let my father and I know what we were charged for until it was paid. My bill was over $1800 and I was confused and frustrated as to why it was so much and when i went to talk to them they said “when you pay the bill you will be able to see what the charges are”. didn’t make any sense, made me feel as if I was ripped off or scammed. When i looked at the bill after I paid, they charged me twice for storage.

On hold 17 minutes on the side of the highway while they tried to figure out if they could come tow me????The answering service here needs to be replaced. They all seemed stressed out, and a bit snippity. I called back after being on hold too long and got a different person who put me back on hold for 4 more minutes....then they said that they had already dispatched a tow truck BEFORE EVEN TELLING ME WHAT THEY WOULD CHARGE!!! Who does that?I will say- the tow truck driver was great- he knew his business and was a pro. But until they hire caring professionals to answer the phone- the word Quality is a bit misleading.

This Thursday my car got towed from this company. This company have a name of Quality for a reason. The towing guy was super nice and kind with my daughter and me, the guy in the office was incredible nice and all of them did everything in their power to help me resolve my problem and take my car out. I recommend everyone to this company. In my 50 years old I never had a so nice experience with towing company as I did with this one. I am very thankful for their services and thankful to know them. If I can give 10 stars to them, I was going to give. I am happy with the business this company did for me.

Quoted 85$ to unlock my car in downtown Leominster, wouldn’t be there for 45mins.Rip off

They’re expensive and very complicated

My car broke down on a really narrow and busy spot on Route 2 after one of my belts snapped but my tow truck driver arrived quickly and had my car safely hooked up and ready to move within minutes even with all the cars whizzing by! The driver was extremely kind given that he had to drive me and tow my car an hour away to my hometown; very reasonable price for the trip too. Thank you for all that you do!

Friend had car towed. They charged her $ 153.80. Then they dont allow other tow companies on property so charged her $163 to drive out to driveway. Not even 20 ft.

Usually if you have to have a car towed, you are already having a bad day. We had to have a car towed on a weekend. The staff waited late for us to pick the car up the next day. Prices were fair and honestly the man that towed the car for us back to our home was unbelievably nice. Very professional and if you need a tow (hopefully you dont) I reccomend Quality Towing. They certainly live up to there name!

I am absolutely appalled at how one of your drivers acted today! He cut me off from the left hand lane to merge onto the highway (no turning signal) almost running myself, unborn child, and my 4 year old off the road! Even after I continuously beeped at him he continued merging as if he did not see nor hear me beeping. He then found it necessary to flip me off and yell profanitiesat me. Then as he proceeded to exit towards highway he made it a point to roll his window down flip me off again and continued yelling profanities. I am absolutely disgusted and would never use your services nor recommend them to anyone. I called the office to file a complaint and will be following up. Very unprofessional!

Not only that Towing places are horrible to begin with, these folks here are super unprofessional, cant explain things without attitude, use swears when talking to each other. Steal money from people because theyre hired by the police station and only take cash so there is no way to get your money back even when you are unjustly towed and without warning or reason. Horrible business!

The tow truck driver was very kind and courteous in a frustrating situation and I had no problems with the company or their service until I picked up my car and driving on my way home I noticed that a dollar bill I had in my center console that was folded in the shape of a heart given to me as a gift from someone that I’ve had for YEARS had been taken. It’s not that I’m upset about the dollar missing, but the fact that the gift was very special to me. I’m so disappointed.

Quality Towing & Recovery stole a hat out of my vehicle. When I asked about it, they had someone come drop it to my house like they all of a sudden found it. When the hat was put on, it had been adjusted two sizes. Therefore, they stole it and were wearing it. This is unsanitary!! They refuse to repay me to get a new hat. Family owned and operated, pride on integrity is their motto!! They are thieves!!! Whoever Todd is, wont even get on the phone with me!!

Oh yeah they might be nice till you need your car. After insurance paid them, you get stuck with of course additional fees. 40$ for them to send a letter, 30$ for plastic wrap seriously. 45$ for a disposal bag. Long story short. They will hold you hostage till you pay. I understand making money that’s fine. But some of this is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely shady company

I used Quality Towing for a first time tow outside of AAA. I thought the driver was very nice and professional and was very cautious in his work. The price they said on the phone was the actual price they charged so it was great to see honesty as Ive heard nightmare stories. I had a special need and they delivered!

Am very disappointed with this company my vehicle was repo by the bank. At the moment the car got towed I had cash money ($1300) a scratch ticket I had won($10). That was Sunday night I call Monday early to see if am available to go in my car to take the money out and make my payment. When we arrived my husband walks in Kamila tells him there was only $993. Plus she and another tall skinny gentleman instead of hearing our side they both got very rude. They both claim that they record from the moment the vehicle gets picked up. Mind you the video only shows the tow truck driver counting the money. It doesn’t show when he opens the door it doesn’t show from where the money was taken to be counted on top of that they claim they inspect every vehicle my car got towed at night and the video was recorded on day light. Plus is not the first time they pick this vehicle first time I had personal properties in it and nothing went missing this time I called to take my wallet out and stuff are missing. Very shameful that this family owned business treat people like this stealing $307 which I know everyone in this company gets well pay. They look worst then us that we had the car repo. Very sad it seems and look like a great business to go in and buy stuff for your home but with this incident it gives a red flag of how they do business.

If your looking for a wallet bowling ball look no further, though you might not get your car back in the shape it was when it got stolen from you by them youll pay through the nose for a simple hook and store. The attitude you get for gracing them with your presence is where they shine with a large helping of How dare you act like were screwing you over

I had my car impounded due to the MA registry new database issue that was all over the news recently. They had my licensed flagged as suspended when it was not, registry fixed the issue for me (after 6 hours of them going back and forth with other depts) and apologized for it. Of course, I am still on the hook for towing and impound fees... anyway, these guys were really great and did not inflate the price that most tow/impound yards do when it is an impound situation. They charged me as if I just had them do an after hours tow and hold my car . They were also very friendly and accommodating even the driver was great. They made a bad experience a little better.

This place is very rude and unprofessional and make up lies and try to make more money and threatening me when I was surpose to pick up a truck that was released from bank. Car died on a Friday, Driver was friendly but asked to keep a door unlocked Incase he needed to get into my car for whatever reason. Next day I check on my car at the garage and the driver didn’t bother to lock the door when he left my car. Just something little but could have been bad if I had left something of value in my vehicle.
