Looking for a new TV setup with custom install. BB was great to work with and have a free consult coming next week to work with us and make sure we can do the setup we want. Extremely helpful and making sure what we buy will work with our home. Very impressed with service and expertise.
My father was looking for a new phone to work with his Dexcom 6 glucose monitoring system. He had a particular phone in mind, and the Verizon store across the street didn’t have any of them. They suggested we go to Best Buy and purchase an unlocked phone, bring it back for them to install a SIM card for him. We took that advice and went to Best Buy, found the phone he was looking for and asked the employee behind the counter to see if he had any of them. This employee’s name was Mason. I don’t know that I’ve ever met an employee at any store as rude as Mason. He didn’t greet us, spoke over us into his microphone, and repeatedly told us that he wasn’t going to be able to help us because he had an appointment. If we wanted him to help us we could make an appointment. We didn’t know that ahead of time, and understand the need for appointments, but there is right way and a wrong way to let a client know that. Mason chose the wrong way. Until Mason understands this, suggest going anywhere else at all to purchase a phone.
I needed a new dehumidifier and was able to come here, check out and get home within an hour. The staff member that waited on me was very helpful and made sure that I had help getting the large box into my car.He went into detail about the extended warranty and took time to explain it.I like Best Buy, I just miss the old layout of the store. That is my only complaint.
Need to have screen protector replaced . Purchased the protection plan at original date of purchase. No issues. The associates were very friendly and took care of it for me.
First things first... BEN, THANK YOU!!! Id give you more stars if I could. Initially, I was having a miserable experience. I purchased an open Box Samsung QN85 55 TV that was supposed to be in excellent condition.. After making an hour round trip to retrieve the TV, I make it home and find out its missing the power cable, TV stand, manual And there were several large blotches on the screen that could not be removed with a microfiber cloth. I was beyond aggravated. I attempted to call the store on my way to work but find out Best Buy is no longer connecting calls to the stores, only to the national call center, and of course they couldnt do anything to remedy the situation. I had just enough time to make it back to the store 20 minutes before close last night. I explained the entire situation to Ben and he seemed just as upset about it as I was, and very apologetic . He offered to replace my open Box purchase with the exact same model for the same price. I show up today and come to find out they dont have the same model in stock, so he decided to upgrade me to a 55 LG C1 for an EXTREMELY fair price. Like I said, initially I was having a miserable experience.. But we are all human and mistakes do happen. Thanks again Ben for coming through and making things right for me!
Employees were very helpful during my most recent trip here. I was just looking for auxillary cord for my vehicle and some earbuds. The employees helped me find them easily & I was out of the store in no time.Employees here also did everything to make it a safe & friendly interaction from beginning to end. Look forward to my next trip here to experience great customer service.
Love the store, such a great assortment of electronics. Staff is very friendly. Only reason I give it 4 stars is it took 20 mins to pick up items I purchased online. Figured this would be a quick exchange like other places.
Went there to find out about the latest Laptops and see what was available. Was greeted at the door and a sales associate was directed to meet me at the display area. He was quite helpful and knowledgeable and didnt try to show me stuff that wouldnt meet my criteria. All in all a good experience.

Yeah I went here to help my brother get a new tablet or laptop. Staff was not anywhere to be found. We ended up walking out with nothing. The staff is not interested in selling anything it appears. Stores clean prices were good on a couple of them. But like I said nobody to talk to about it to find out anything about it nobody was around. So we looked at each other and said Maxwell leaves and smoke a joint. I recommend this location if you want to find what youre looking for however if you want details about the items you better grab one of the employees on your way in.
The associate who assisted me was very knowledgeable and personable. Made the process of buying my new laptop a breeze and fully explained all options and selections available to me. Greeted at the door and directed to what section I needed while being able to tell they were smiling under their masks. Always a pleasure to shop at Best Buy.
Not enough help. I was going to buy a 55 inch TV and a stereo but could not get any help. Me and my wife are both Disabled and cant stand long so we had to leave. So we have been unable to get what we wanted I think going into a big stor like that you should get help in a timely manner.
Walked in and was welcomed with the most personable approach from representative David A. From the beginning to the end of my purchase he listened to the specific details of it all. He even had the technician Mike S, come out to speak with me. Mike was well endowed with information and assisted with my finding of the perfect item. Both worked very well and were absolutely patient. I asked a million questions and was met with the best answers. If you happen to shop here, those guys are a great help. Needed an HD antenna and the employee we worked with went through all the options and helped me find the one that is best for what I needed.
Purchased a phone based on a $400 trade-in offer they told us we would recieve for our current phone (we have it in writing). We went to Verizon to do the trade and they told us the phone purchased didnt qualify. We went back to Best Buy and the only option was to upgrade the phone, at an additional cost of $300, to qualify for the trade-in deal. I will never buy a cell phone from them again.

Unhelpful, unwilling to help and waste of precious time.I came to the store with my family planning to buy two new phones. As I came into the store the person at the door asked me what we needed, I told the associate that I needed to buy 2 new phones, so he when ahead and told me that would be 30mim. WAITED 30 mim. And them he came and told me that the person in charge of the phone department wouldnt be able assist me anymore because I was about one house of closing.

Its cheaper than Amazon & New Egg (usually). Phones are cheaper than at the carriers retail and the staff typically know what theyre talking about. Also theyll bring stuff to your car!

This place was organized and clean and the staff was amazing. They took back an item that was purchase by mistake and spent almost a whole hour finding and testing the items I needed! Definitely made my day

They had what I was looking for, but I couldnt find anyone on the floor to assist. Had a guy creeping me, and the front door greeter was awesome and talked with me until the creeper walked away. He also offered to have someone walk me to my car.

Terrible customer service. Wanted to buy a computer for work, told the sales associate 3 specific specs that I needed. He showed me a few and I picked one. Got back to my office and installed the computer only to realize one of the specs was not included. Wasted my whole afternoon.
Good experience, in and out in 45 minutes with the computer I need and within budget. Consultant took time to ask pointed questions so as not to over sell me on something I dont need. Would go back.
It was tax free weekend so it was busy but the wait to get in wasnt long. They were very organized. The service from the Geek Squad were awesome. They suggested returning my sons laptop instead of having it repaired since he starts school in a few days. We got a better laptop with more ram and it was an HP...and we got it for less than the Lenovo. Couldnt be happier. They were very patient with the Karen next to us as well. I think I was disappointed by not having anyone on the staff be able to provide me with details on the tablet I wanted to purchase. Being ignored by the staff or having to listen to their personal conversations while they were ignoring me just makes me not want to spend $1,700 on a new set up. So I didnt, and got it somewhere else, and that is why I am disappointed. I like Best Buy but the last visit did them no favors.

I went to find something usually they are attainable to anyone that come in to the store and try to help anyone. What they are looking for. This Best Buy in Leominster is a pitts to visit. I will not recommend them to anyone at all.
Was supoose to have my car radio installed and was giving a time and date but when the date came I was given every excuse as to why they couldnt do the install, something about the radio and the install kit, was wrong yet it was the best buy associate who helped me pick the right radio and the correct install kit, they said they called me to let me know yet I have no missed calls or VM from anyone at best buy smh. I chalk it up to lazy installers. Not cool best buy not cool at all

Terrible customer service policy. If you find something you are interested in instead of having a CS station in the middle of the store, they force you to walk all the way back to the entrance to ask a simple question. We went in for ink, but while there saw a printer we became curious about. My roommate who is a disabled vet and has mobility issues had to walk from the back of the store to the front just to find out that the printer on display was out of stock throughout the company! (Ironically, if it had been in stock, presumably we would have had to walk to the back again to get it!)Update: Figured this was a policy from Corporate so tried to contact them. Was given wrong phone#s twice. Have to register on a forum to get to them apparently. Emailed the store manager and got a response which confirmed my suspicion. Better know exactly what you need when you walk in.
The staff were amazing today. They made the social distancing process smooth and were very helpful. I purchased expensive gaming products today. The staff in gaming department were polite, professional and welcoming. Great job!

...I really want to love Best Buy. I hate to see stores lose the online battle but every time I walk into this location its so sad to see such a limited amount of goods in the store and tiny variety. I almost never find what I am looking for. The TV selection of course is there and some surround sound deals... but start looking for something specific and you are more or less wasting your time unless you know they carry it. Last time I went in just a week or two ago for a phone case. Its a flagship phone, so two styles were offered and one was in stock. If you need 800 TV mounts either wall or arm, they got em! Printers, they could show me the latest of one and didnt have any in-stock. They seem to have a great selection of Google and Apple home and nest but if you arent into that then browsing here probably wont be fun for you either. If you do happen to go there, you will be greeted and asked to bring any questions to the front. Usually Im caught off guard and i think Im being more yelled at. This isnt the reality, they want to help and with the heaters and mask at the door they tend to shout so you can hear. This will be your best friend if you are actually looking for something. So wipe that startled look off your face and ask if they got that type c USB to hdmi cable you need. As a techy best buy used to be a magical place. it still might be but this one is not.P.s. customer service and cash register is same thing now at this location

I was anxiously awaiting this review. I was in the Leominster Mass store today and had the great honor of having Mason to help me. I was looking for a TV, dishwasher and WiFi Extender. He not only helped me but spoke with Phil on my phone and helped Phil save a lot of money by going a certain avenue. He did more than go above and beyond. He did it with the most kindest, most knowledgeable attitude that I have ever experienced in your store. Just listening to him talk with Phil, I could tell he knew what he was talking about. Went to the Best Buy in Leominster for Honeywell air filtration units. As stated they were in stock and the staff was helpful in locating them and bringing them to the check-out area. Staff at this location has always been helpful and courteous.

So Im not impressed with how long it took me to get someone to help us with a TV purchase, but at least after we did track down someone they were an absolute peach.
Best Buy can Be the browser option compared to your other big box stores like Walmart and target. However, they tend to have a lot more quality and a lot more variety specific to electronics as well as more of these items in stock compared to the latter. This particular location is convenient because it’s located in a giant plaza with other stores I use(target, bed & bath, Kohl’s) and this location is a large one.I find that the workers there are very knowledgeable in the specific areas that they are assigned to and there is always someone available to help when you need it which is hard to find at other stores. Just keep in mind that they are not exactly experts on everything so make sure to do your homework before making a big purchase.I also found out that if you want to buy a screen protector for one of your electronics like your iPhone. If you spend a few bucks extra and have them put it on for you(I think it was $6.99 or close to that), you can have that screen protector replaced free of charge anytime that it cracks or falls off for life! That is huge, no brained. So don’t forget to ask for that perk next time you need one.

With covid restrictions now in place, in store shopping has evolved to become almost concierge-like. Its not a free for all anymore. Much more pleasant experience, and David was attentive, patient, understanding and helpful as was the greeter they now have at the door as well.
I wanted to buy a cheap computer as the one I was using had a hard drive crash. Associates were willing to help but the options available online were better also in price, so I went with that

I had a remote starter installed last winter. Barely used it and this winter it will only lock and unlock the doors. I have complained 3 times, even left my name and phone with the greeter in the front with no response to date. Now going on 4 weeks. Very poor customer service.

I have a problem with my switch. The joycons were drifting when I was playing. Contacted corporate store. They said I could come in and swap them out. Went to the store and told me they couldnt do that cause I didnt have warranty with the store even though I had a manufacturing warranty. They gave me the number to Nintendo instead. Not happy being told something from their corporate store and being told another from the local store.
Covid que in place at door. Something Im not crazy about. Waiting. Seemed well stocked, allow extra time here.
