We went in to look around since I haven’t been there in a long time. My daughter is re-doing her bedroom. We found some good deals in clearance. I get up to the register and 4 of the 5 items were not ringing in as the price marked. So the cashier had price checks done on a couple items. The other cashier came back saying I was right. Then the manager came up and asked what was going on. The cashier showed her some curtains and a door mat and told her what was going on. She immediately snapped and said “these curtains are not on sale”. I told her there was a whole bunch of them by clearance, that only the green ones were marked down and that the other person did a price check. She came back and told me that someone didn’t change the label that they were hanging on. Then I showed her where the mats were. She said “this label doesn’t go to these mats, if you read the label it says door draft stopper”. Well what am I supposed to do?!? Walk around and read EVERY LABEL that THEY are responsible for??? (Not the price tag, but the shelf labels) Does the manager not trust her employees to do price checks correctly? If not, maybe she should re-train them!!!! I left there so frustrated I was in tears. I was humiliated. She made me feel like a liar or a thief. It’s not like I walked around changing all the labels in the store!! She was not a nice person. I will NEVER go in there AGAIN!!!! I’m giving 2 stars ONLY because they had some nice things!

I love to cook and bake. This use to be my go to store for kitchen gadgets. However this last visit everything was rearranged and was very empty of everything. I hope this is just temporary

Clean and well lit with convenient parking. They happened to have a deeply discounted store-wide sale in preparation for renovations; 75% off most of our purchases. Outside of that, like most BB&B stores, they have a great selection and helpful staff. We will be back again.

The new layout of the store looks great and I had a great experience with John I believe the manager great to see such good service and passion as seems to be missing at a lot of other businesses

No longer packed with people, one can easily get help shopping and checkout quickly. At the same time, there are fewer items to choose from - at this time.

Unfortunately this store was a mess when I visited and the bathroom was an absolute disgrace. I will spare the details. But it was unsafe and unsanitary. I did report it to an associate who seemed uninterested. Even though I used the words blood and urine.The store needs to be cleaned and organized.Way to many people and associates with masks under noses.Sorry I wish I could say this didnt happen. I love BBB.10.19. 2021 UPDATE.Went last night for bathroom decor. Tried this location again. What a vast improvement over the last post. The store has undergone some great updates and space is much more open. Much better staff and was immaculate. Well stocked with everything I needed. Hoping it stays on track. I have a lot more shopping to do in the future

Went there for Soda Stream refills, quality spring form pan, and some canning jars and lids. They only had the refills. Yucky quality pan and not one jar or lid!!!!Nice peopleFeels like more corporate missteps to me

Great place went in there and smelled all of the candles I made sure to not miss a single candle but there is one candle that does not smell too good it’s name is sea salt it’s smells like sea salt and it’s not a good smell it smells like I inhaled sea salt from the ocean that’s not good thank you.

Bed bath and beyond is pretty straightforward right? No! Ive been in some stores that I will never return to and this location isnt one of them. My only qualms are that they were sold out of large pumpkin spice candles! And that I could not find two of the window shades I was looking for that matched in color. Other than that the staff and upkeep are all great.

Today I had a really hard today, Fedex had delivered the package I got my mom for Christmas to the wrong location at my college and I could not find it anywhere. I had order my items online, but thought I could have luck with a local store with what to do after being on the phone for hours with Fedex and got no where. The manager, Owen, had made my day. There was nothing he could do but he gave me the advice about what to do next and just even personal advice about how to put my foot down and feel confident. It seriously meant a lot to me. I haven’t had the best customer service when online, but he definitely changed my aspect on that. Thank you Owen for making my day so much better! Merry Christmas and yes I found my package finally!

They have everything you can think of.

The manager, Laura, did an amazing job to resolve an issue I had with my online order. She was happy to take care of my problem, even though she didnt have to because it was an online order. She is a great Customer Service representative. Thank you again Laura!

This location is a pretty good Bed Bath and Beyond, I just wish they had more unique selections. Overall, very good.

They had what we were looking for but it was all SIGNIFICANTLY more expensive than elsewhere.

Got to the store early and had several items on my list. Single max K cup coffee brewer, K cup refills, non slip in shower mat, and a few other things. I was thanked by an associate for my service, since I was wearing a Vietnam veterans cap, and she helped me with virtually all of the items on my list.

Yeah, its a fine Bed Bath & Beyond. Basically what youd expect. Every time Ive been in it has been clean and well-stocked and the staff has been friendly.

I frequent the Leominster location at least monthly for k-cups. Its also my go-to place for kitchen gadgets, holiday items, and gift shopping. Love that they have coupons in their mailer, as well as in many media outlets for $5 or 20% off. Customer service is very good and its a nice, unrushed shopping environment.

This store is good for the bath and bedroom essentials. But I also enjoy their fun, random little gadgets. Today they were very well stocked.

Erin made what could have been a very difficult shopping chore into a simple and efficient experience. Really impressed with her professionalism and kindness. She made BB&B look great. Well be back!
