Im not a tractor expert but they were. I asked a zillion questions and they knew all the answers. They demoed the operation of the tractor I was interested in and then let me try. After a few minutes, I did it all again on a different but similar tractor and they didnt even roll their eyes. My new tractor will be delivered Friday after a 180 point inspection. Looking forward to it! Good guys at Pennells.

Theses men are as good to deal with as anybody Ive ever done business with. I bought a 97 Massey from them and the price was fair and the service was excellent. We had a handshake deal and even though several other people offered more for it while they were up fitting it with a quick attach on the loader he refused saying its sold. I usually try to do business local but I didnt have no one to do business with so I went to Pennell and Sons in Lenoir NC. This was a great decision, Lynn was very helpful and answered all of my questions from the time I started the process of purchasing my new GC1723E. He done everything he said he would do and even delivered it to my driveway. Not to mention he was at my house at dark making this delivery and took his time to show me how to operate everything on this tractor, when he should have been at home with his family. Thank you!!!
