No Star rating if I could. This place drags their feet to process orders and when they DO place the orders they forget to ship them. MULTIPLE TIMES!!!

I purchased a bucket fork kit from these folks. The salesmans name was Patrick. Very strong middle-eastern accent- could be part of the problem. I described my equipment and provided my bucked dimensions. We negotiated a price and the forks arrived. The kit included a bucket- fork shaft that did not span my existing bucket hooks with the dimensions that I had provided the salesman, so the forks could not be used without modification to my bucket. He expected me to weld on additional hooks that would hold the shaft in place. I needed the forks for a job and didnt have the time to send the kit back for a refund (that was offered) and purchase forks elsewhere that would fit.It was later pointed out to me that their kits are VERY GENERIC, intended to fit on almost any bucket- WITH MODIFICATION TO YOUR BUCKET. So, as it turned out, providing dImensional bucket data to these folks was just a waste of time. PLAN ON HAVING TO MODIFY YOUR BUCKET TO MAKE THEIR FORKS WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
