Without a doubt the most incompetent and discourteous internet supplier I have ever dealt with in hundreds of transactions. Shipped a bulb so badly that even though the box arrived without a mark, the bulb was shattered, then ignored communications for two days, then sent a rude and totally unresponsive email, then cancelled the order without notice after agreeing to send a replacement. AVOID!

Wow. I started reading the other reviews and i felt better because i went through the same thing. This guy Clint is so rude. They sent me a damaged bulb I kindly asked for a return and wrote a review saying it was damaged. This is the truth he wrote me a threatening email stating he will give me a new bulb if I took down my review. I replied that that was not fair because it was the truth. Then he told me I needed to check my morals. HUH? He seems like a looney. Dont do business.

I ordered couple of items since February 22 and they were never delivered I called couple of times but the phone was never picked up. I sent couple of email but no answer. I dont need the items i ordered anymore please give my my money back that all I want now. i am not sure what should i do at this point.
