My experience with hot springs was first class. I contacted hot springs and spoke with Adam. Who was helpful and competent. I had a 15 year old spa that needed to be removed. Family leisure told me it could not be done. Adam came out and within minutes had a plan that was executed to a T on the removal/install date. Crew showed up on time and ready to work. I highly recommend hot springs spa. They have a “can do” attitude and will take care you!

I purchased a house with a Hot Springs spa last year. This year I had trouble getting it going. I called for service and they had all the service records for my spa. They came out quick to fix the spa. A few days later the spa was no longer working. I have been trying to get ahold of them for months and Adam from sales is the only one who would return my call. I have called weekly for days in a row with no response. I just want my spa to work.

We purchased our first hot tub from Hot Spring Spas a few months ago. I worked with Adam throughout the entire process and could not be happier. From walking in the door, to picking out the hot tub that was right for us (he was no-pressure - just wanted to make sure we got the right hot tub for us - which i really appreciated), to taking a test soak with my wife in the store (dont be shy!), throughout instillation, to now - just coming in to get more chemicals every month or so Adam has been there every step of the way. Questions about delivery? Call Adam - hes on it. Questions about chemicals or water readings? Email Adam - hes on it. We wanted a shelf that would either stand next to or affix to the hot tub itself to hold drinks - guess what? I walked in one day and Adam took me into the supply garage and got me the perfect shelf that I attached onto the hot tub myself. The actual hot tub installation crew were quick and professional setting up the hot tub in the backyard - they even moved it about an inch near the end to make it PERFECT - a small thing but when youre putting something in that heavy I really appreciated them being patient with us and lining it up just right. Adam recommended an electrician that did the hard wire from the hot tub to the electric panel - the guy couldnt have been more thorough and professional and everything is working great. From my first step into the store my experience has been a positive one. I want to thank everyone for making this first hot tub purchase a smooth and stress-free experience.

I’m quite pleased with the whole transaction of selection to installation. Everyone involved from Hot Springs Spas is quite accommodating thru and following installation of my spa. They came out the next day to investigate the spa in 4-degree temperatures and made certain everything was functioning well. I strongly recommend this group and their spas!

This is our 5th HotSpring Spa. Our first was the Classic which followed us through 5 different relocations; twice to Alaska and back again. We purchased a Grandee 7 person spa from Hot Spring Spas about a month ago. It is absolutely amazing! My only regret is that we didnt buy one earlier. The hot tub is very easy to care for, has several different types of massages, and an awesome blue tooth stereo system. Ward Zerger (the owner) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to the right model to fit our needs. Adam was amazing to work with and set us up in a tub specific to our wants and usage without pressuring us into a certain model just to gain a larger commission. Best decision I made. Ryan was my salesman. I LOVE my Hot Springs Spa. I did get the salt system, which is easier maintenance. I have called a few times with newbie questions and Ryan ALWAYS takes care of me. My situation was a little complicated as I was in between houses, but wanted to take advantage of a sale they had. They worked with me. We had to keep rescheduling the install because of a very rainy spring, but finally installed late May. The guys who dropped of the spa were great, electrician did a great job. And then Ryan came by a day later to show me how to use everything. I would never buy a spa from anyone else. Thanks guys!

We bought a tub from Hot Springs after shopping around for several months. The process was very easy, the tub arrived as promised, and delivery and set-up were very professional and timely. Adam was our rep throughout, and he provided great communication and service, both before and after purchase and delivery. The Hot Springs Store In Kansas City Ks has an awesome team of people working there. From the sales staff of Adam to the delivery and setup guys. I had an old spa that had been babied along with a slow leak for a long time. It was from a company that was out of business and fixing it was going to be several thousand dollars. I shopped around for a new spa and, after a lot of research and visiting stores, I ended up at Hot Springs. Adam Murphy was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in choosing the spa best fit for me. Hot Springs had the best warranty, selection and quality out of all the places I went. I got a larger spa and have been extremely happy with it! The owner has been extremely unprofessional. They had us do a necessary $$$ repair last year, same issue happened again this year and they said it was another $$$ repair (twice as much as before) and that the last one must have been a mis-diagnosis. Owner called us to help figure out what to do and ended up yelling at me (woman) and asked to speak to my husband and then yelled at him too. Good luck if you own a hot tub and have to shop here. One of the managers is nice but the rest of these guys are crooks.

My wife and I had talked about getting a hottub for the last few years and finally decided to go look. We went to other companies in the area but werent convinced it was worth the investment. Ryan was very helpful- he was not the pushy salesman you will find at competitors. He was very knowledgeable and listended to what we needed and wanted. The salt water system is very nice!! We dont have the overwhelming chlorine smell. Now that we have it - we ask ourselves why we didnt get one sooner. I would recommend anyone go see Ryan- they make the process of purchase and installation very easy from start to finish.

Ryan and the other staff were most helpful in my deciding the best hot tub features to suit my taste and budget. He visited our site twice before installation to navigate tight access and the installation process itself. My former tub dates to the mid-1980s and the quiet operation of the new Prodigy is such a relief, to say nothing of the improved jet options. Its too early to attest to energy savings and service experience, but Im confident that both will be as pleasing. These men are most pleasant to deal with.

I had purchased a hot from Hot Spring Spas of San Diego four years ago. So I already knew what one I wanted.I told Ryan what I was looking for and he showed me my model with special promotions for the month. Without asking him he volunteered to come to my house prior to delivery for best cost effective position.He also came to the house during installation to make sure everything was installed correctly.We could not stay for full installation so he came back a third time to make sure we understood all the controls and what all the chemicals did as well.Through the years some things have changed, and we did forget what some of the settings did on the panel. I was recommended to go to Hot spring Spas by a lifelong spa owner. I had looked at different ones in the area but Hot spring was the only place that came to my residence to give expert advice on where and how to install my spa. Ryan sold us our spa and he made numerous trips to our home (which was a long drive) to be sure it was the right choice for us and installed correctly. He worked closely with deck installation and electrician as well so we did not have to worry about the details. The installation crew was very professional. He made sure he was available by phone after hours to be sure our spa was up and running even on a holiday. Ryan also did not pressure us into buying he educated us on the different choices and allowed us to decide. We have had our spa since Valentine day and we have enjoyed numerous sunsets in it. It is a luxury that I am glad I invested in.

Weve had a few small issues but Service Dept is very responsive. Everyone has been super to work with and the product so far is the high quality I expected. Incredible relief in that theyre primary focus is to resolve your issue and not harp on costs or what is/isnt under warranty. Might be the best (for sure least painful) warranty service Ive ever had. I had my old Hot Springs spa for about 23 years. It served us well but it was getting pretty old and I needed to downsize a little. My wife and I stopped into Hot Springs of KC and sat down with Ryan the salesman staffing the showroom that night. Ryan was helpful, straight to the point and honest. We liked the new spas with its upgraded features and decided to purchase one. It was installed within a couple of weeks with no hassles. It works wonderfully. I use it almost every night. My wife likes the massage jets for her legs and her neck. What a treat for both of us!

If youre looking for a spa, stop! Hot springs of KC is where you need to go. I spent a lot of time researching, and ended up getting the Grandee NXT with the ACE saltwater system. I have owned for 6 months, and absolutely love it. Ryan at hot springs KC was professional, and didnt push any Extras that I didnt need. Just an honest guy who wants his customers happy. The best part, is they have been available after install to answer questions that Ive had. The spa has been really simple to maintain, very little time to keep clean and clear. Hot springs KC seems interested in the long term happiness of their customers, not the immediate profit from a sale. Highly recommend this business and Ryan. Remember, you get what you pay for, be careful if considering Costco type hot tubs.

Adam helped us with our hot tub...everything from picking one out to educating us on how to maintain it. He was there at the time of delivery and came back for the initial setup. Ryan and the team were knowledgeable, professional and efficient. It was our first spa purchase and the selection process was easy because of the information Ryan and his team provided us. The install went quickly and smooth. One caveat to add to this. Make sure the sales staff fully discloses any additional costs and service that is required to complete install of products. For instance an electrician will be needed to complete install of hot tub after delivery at an additional cost. We also purchased the cool zone and had to schedule and pay for a licensed HVAC professional to complete that installation. My recommendation would be not to fully pay for this accessory until install is complete and functioning properly.

When we called Ryan Romsland came out and helped measure the space and advise us what would work in our situation. He followed through with the whole project and worked to insure that all the electrical was done the right way and was present for the setup and initial operating instruction. I worked with Adam Murphy in buying my first spa. He was great. He was very knowledgeable and did not try to oversell me. I was very impressed as he put it all together; delivery, electrician, and every thing else. This was a very easy buy for me.

The service department really stepped up and came to my aid. We had purchased a spa from a traveling spa sales show, with the understanding that if warranty work was needed, they had technicians in the area to take care of those needs, even though their manufacturing and sales were in Richmond, VA. Well we did in fact need some warranty work done and the company we bought from basically called around until they found these guys, who were willing to take on the work. The requirements under the warranty limited the repair process and created many hoops to jump through for the technicians to a point where they have been out many extra times for troubleshooting and relaying information back to the manufacturer.I REALLY appreciate them doing everything they have done to get through this and wish that I had purchased locally, as this would have been fixed in a few days, rather than 4 or 5 weeks.....

Bought a floor model (Envoy) from Ryan in the fall of 2014. I had shopped for over a year and based on my extensive research Ryan provided a very fair price. I have been very happy with the performance & reliability of the tub and also I have been very happy with the customer service that Ryan has provided since the purchase. When I call or email, I will normally have a response back within a couple hours and lots of times sooner. I have had very minor issues and Ryan has handled them quickly and exceeded my expectations. Adam and his crew were very professional throughout the whole job. We live about 70 miles south of his store. He had no second thoughts about selling us a spa because we might be too far away for service. They showed up on time with the delivery and set up the spa in a timely fashion. Adam is very knowledgeable about his product and took the time to explain the differences between all the spas they had there at the showroom. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a spa.

We are very happy with the TX (2 person) Hot Spring spa we purchased this year. Ryan Romsland helped us choose the model we wanted and the installation and removal of our old spa went very well. He emailed us instructions for maintenance that has made keeping the chemicals balanced a snap. We had a Hot Springs spa in the past and anticipate another good experience with this unit. Terrible at opening and closing pools. Messy, lazy. After opening: Left deck screws for pool cover sitting up an inch above the ground and created injuries. Pool cover sloppily left poolside for me to clean up. Closing: Drilled unnecessary extra holes into pool deck. Would charge double for parts you could get on amazon. Never returned calls from the service department. Tried them for years. They are nice people. But as far as pool service they continuously disappointed.

Ryan walked us through the entire process and helped with any questions. He came out to our home, multiple times and made sure that the hot tub would be the best fit for us, since it was a large investment. He could not have made it any easier. This is our second Grandee Hot Springs, the first one lasted over 20 years, and we are confident this one will also. The jet streams are the best on the market for physical therapy. I can not say enough about the guys at Hot Springs. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly from sales to service. I have never met a cross soul in the Lenexa store. And the tub I bought is perfect for me at a reasonable price. I bought tub one year ago without issue. And they left my yard as clean as a whistle. No hard sell or high pressure. I would recommend them to everyone. Just shop them last and you will see the difference.

After looking at every spa dealer in Lawrence and Topeka we came to Hot Springs of KC. Not only do they have a great inventory, but Ryan Romsland was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. This was our second spa, so we knew the quality and features we wanted, and Ryan helped us find the right spa at a good price. Delivery was on time and they carefully set the new spa and hauled of the old. Excellent dealers.

I purchased a hot tub from Hot Spring Spas back in October. We purchased a hot tub from Hot Spring Spas two years ago and were very satisfied. Recently our hot tub need servicing and Hot Springs Spas was wonderful. They sent a repair guy (who looks like Leonardo Dicaprio) who not only installed the part, but refilled the tub and adjusted with chemicals. Service excellence at its best!

Ryan was exceptional! We wanted to put our new hot tub on the patio of our walk-out/up basement, but were unsure if it would fit. He came out to measure twice and even brought a pvc frame just to be sure. He did an excellent job of helping is select the right model for our space, lifestyle and budget. We went to Hot Springs Spas as first time buyers. They carried the brand of hot tub we believed we were wanting to invest in. We did not know anyone there and were met by Adam, and now we are enjoying our Spa everyday.Adam helped us pick the right size, color and features for our particular needs. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk with and a good listener during the pre-sell time frame.Once we decided on the tub, Adam was very helpful with coming out to our house and looking over where we planned to build a patio to locate the tub and helped us with the details. During the build out he checked in on the project and was there for the install. All went well. I would also add that on a couple occasions we have called the store to ask a question or two and even when Adam was not around, we have had excellent support from various individuals at the store.If you are thinking about buying a Spa, and have not called them yet, you should.

Ryan isnt just a great salesman, hes knowledgeable about the options and gives an honest recommendation and review. Doesnt try to sell you every upgrade. Every time I go in there to get chemical Ryan remembers me 2 years later, most salespeople forget you the minute you walk out the door. He supervised the installation and provided training.

We recently bought our second Hot Springs tub here, the first lasting almost twenty years. We worked with Ryan Romsland who was great. Very helpful and came to our house several times to help with measurements and installation. Since then he has also been available to answer any questions that have come up. We love the Hot Springs tubs and in all these years have needed maybe two service calls. When we were shopping for our original tub a relative who was selling a competitive brand commented that it was too bad for her as Hot Springs tubs lasted forever. We opted for the new salt water system and are very pleased with it. The water is softer, easier on the skin and needs less chemicals.Overall we are extremely pleased with the tub, the sales and installation process and any service we have needed.

We have had our Hotsprings Spa for just over a year now and love it. Ryan and the guys at Hot Springs Spas of KC did a great job with explaining everything during the sale and the installation. They were out here on a zero degree day in January hauling away our old spa and installing our new one. They are great when it comes to questions we have and we are happy with our Hot Springs Spa.

My wife and I had been contemplating the purchase of a hot tub for a few years. We pulled the trigger about a year ago. Our only regret is that we did not do it sooner.
