Not sure if this is the right place to post this review, but the florist at this Price Chopper, Linell, did an absolutely amazing job with all the the flowers for our wedding last weekend! All the floral arrangements looked exactly like the Pinterest inspiration I had showed her, and everything was so professional and the quality of the flowers was so fantastic, I am so impressed! Would definitely recommend for an event. Thank you!!

It’s a grocery store. It’s well lit it’s usually clean and the people are almost always friendly. No complaints from me. As grocery stores go this is a good one. Salad bar is a little pricey.

High prices and VERY poor customer service. Last visit - 8/3/21 @ 4:21 p.m. - cashiers are not trained to say please, thank you or provide basic level customer service. Please teach Troy how to thank customers and provide basic customer service. For example, I asked if they had a box for my groceries and I was instructed to go to customer service - neither Troy or bagger could assist. I just self-loaded all my groceries into my grocery cart without a box or bags while they watched and did nothing. Install more self-service and eliminate cashiers who lack basic customer service. Caseys, Costco and pretty much any retailer around exceeds this Price Chopper on customer service.

This place is fine. No self checkout and very confusingly laid out.

Employees were helpful and friendly. Had everything I needed that day.

Manager should watch tape of what things were like at the registers for employees and customers at 9:20-9:50 on Apr 3. Stemming from a policy (i suspect) to shut down self checkout at 9:00, with only one checker to handle things (and no bagger) for the whole store while other employees were doing the shut down work for the self checkout stations.

Prices are way too high almost a dollar dollar and a half cheaper if you go to Walmart the same thing

The store is nice and clean with a wide selection of products. The staff is always friendly. There are no self-checkout lanes so if you run in for one or two items be prepared to wait in a checkout line.

A typical Price Chopper store, very clean and helpful employees. Big selection of food and fresh meats. Never have had a problem finding someone to help as most employees actually ask if they can help whenever you come across them.

I normally do grocery pick up from another store but I needed a few extra items. The store itself is fine and I found the majority of the items I needed but the cashier Jack was horrible. Consistently rude to me for no apparent reason. The gentleman bagging my groceries was pleasant and thanked me and looked visibly embarrassed based on his coworkers behavior.

This store is finally getting their act together by hiring more personnel. There was never enough folks to help you if you needed assistance. Still have a bit of an attitude at times, but that is only a few select employees. I believe in hiring the right person based on attitude and character, and then teaching them what they need to know. You can never teach attitude, character, drive, energy or talent. So I recommend to the management to reevaluate how they hire people and adopt some new guidelines on the 5 things that you cannot teach. Find folks that naturally have them and you will land a jewel of an employee.

Watch you receipt folks!I cannot tell you how many times I have gone in for a sale item and that item rang up wrong at the checkout. Every time I have gone to THIS store in the last 6 months, there has been an issue with the wrong price. I always have to go get it fixed at the customer service counter which prolongs the agony. I have no idea why this store has gotten such a good rating. I have told anybody at this store that would listen, about how the prices are off, mislabeled or misrepresented......so far no one cares.Its a shame because its a beautiful store and close to my neighborhood.If you have so much money you can freely give it to Price Chopper you wont have an issue. If you are trying to be frugal and get sucked in by the sales ad, you better check everything that is rang up, because chances are it will be wrong. You have been warned.Also, I am very good at shopping and know all the stores in this area. I invite anyone from the Price Chopper upper management to reach out to me. I can give in depth information and even pictures to prove my point.Stay focused fellow shoppers. Dont give away your money because someone failed to do their job.

Its clean and the shelves are well stocked. They do not carry Prices Pimento Cheese and Im disappointed.

Some prices are high, like cheese. Friendly, helpful, kind.

My 5 star review is about an employee CJ. I absolutely love him. He is a check out clerk that is usually working the night shifts. I frequently run to the store at 10 or 11 and I always look forward to seeing him wide awake, smiling and talking to him about whatever is going on. The store is usually pretty empty, it’s late and everyone is tired and just wants to go home. But he makes the late night run through entertaining. I hope you know that you have a jewel of an employee working right there in your store. Now I just hope people don’t start shopping late so they can meet CJ. Cause that’s the fun part as well. I can actually talk to him because nobodies behind me!So way to go Price Chopper for hiring a great man!

Great deli.

I absolutely have my favorite grocery store, and that is Price Chopper of WoodlandThey always have exactly what I need and in stock. The cherry on top is the Bakery and their wonderful products and their fantastic customer service when it comes to special and personal orders for baked goodies!!!

Well laid out and good inventory in a clean store

This Price Chopper is one of the nicer buildings. I went in at 8 am and needed to use the restroom. The womens stall had no toilet paper, yet the bathroom inspection sheet was signed off at 7 am. In one aisle an set of expired sale placard was still on the shelf. There were at least 10 expired sale placards in the freezer area. Some were as old as 3/31/19, nearly 2 weeks expired. The help is always friendly though.

This is a great grocery store that is stocked well and always clean and organized. The produce is great, which is the main reason I would go here. The entrance and exiting to this location isnt the greatest but hopefully that changes as more stuff opens up in the area.

This is the only grocery store that I can find the Cherry Chip cake and Cherry icing to finish this DELICIOUS CAKE. I pray that you Continue to get this cake mix with frosting.

Poor customer service. As a former cashier, you should always offer to assist the NEXT person in line if they would like to check out at customer service.

Experience was o.k. There werent any sanitizing wipes for the carts. Didnt see employees wiping carts for customers either! 😶

Very clean location. The staff is always friendly I have not ever had any issues with produce or meat products here! Great deli that even has your basic breakfast available every morning. Worth it.

We really like this Price Chopper. There is a guy in the checkout line who has a dog and loves talking to me about his pup. Makes for a better checkout experience.

I needed a place to park and wait out a severe thunderstorm with hail, and was able to get underneath their drive thru grocery pickup area. No one was shopping due to the severe weather, so after the storm passed, I left.

Love the Woodlands Drive Price Chopper! Clean, bright, well organized. Great floral/gift department! My favorite thing about the store.

Well stocked clean and friendly employees. My bagger could have done a bit better...bread should be bagged with other soft items not with a pound of plums and a pound and a half of peaches. Raw meat and produce should also have separate bags.

Had clean carts and dirty cart area. Had sanitizer available.

I didnt know this Price Chopper has such a wide variety! I usually just go in with one purpose, veggie and fruit trays. I have never walked around and shopped. This is definitely my new favorite grocery shopping store. Thank you so much for such a variety of healthy choices!

Its a Price Chopper. The lighting is awful and shelf organization makes no sense. They do have great fresh produce.

I couldnt believe the prices they were asking for at this store. I stopped by and did some price matching with other grocery stores in the area...nearly $2.00 more for everything they had on the shelves!! I would be infuriated if I was charged more for products just because I lived in a more affluent area or it was sold in a nicer store. Jif still tastes the same no matter the price, folks. Tide still washes the same whether the price is $9 or $6. I happily made the drive to the Hyvee on 119th and paid far better prices there.

This Price Chopper location is clean, courteous & helpful! Be sure to check your produce before placing in the cart though. I have returned Driscoll strawberries multiple times due to mild forming within 2 days from purchase & just exchanged a watermelon that wasnt ripe. Honestly, thats typical at every grocery store Ive been to. I highly recommend PC!

Great looking store with an excellant inventory. Price mix was fair as there were many common items with competitive prices, but in a few cases some items seemed to be more expensive here, an example being whole milk, every brand they had it was higher than the same brands 2% & 1%. But honestly if I was a local, Id be a regular customer as the overall variety of inventory would keep me coming back.One othet note, ad a 1st time shopper, aisle identification could have been more detailed, so that finding the right aisle would take less time.Last but not least, every employee we had interactions with was polite & helpful.

Shop groceries here often. Good meat prices. Variety of vegetables and fruit. Get points that we use for car fuel.

Besides the current health situation going on right now, this store is usually always well stocked, and the staff is quite friendly. It always looks clean, and there is no unusual or crazy incidents occurring here.

Clean and well stocked. Most days the lines are short.

Generate everythings good, but I do have one bone to pick. They have a stand by one of their entry doors meant to hold baskets for shopping. There are almost, quite literally, never any baskets there. I have mentioned this to management at least four different times, and Ive mentioned it to random workers a few times. I dont feel like Im asking for a lot since they clearly have a space intended for baskets there. My feedback has had no effect.

Love the food court! They have a sushi guy that makes anything on demand. Produce good and plenty of choices shopping wise.

Went in this morning and asked for a large order of assorted donuts behind the counter. Bakery associate refused to serve me. Never have had issue at any other PC. Drove to Hyvee who happily filled my order

It looks and feels like a smaller neighborhood store, but its huge inside. Lots of variety and plenty to choose from.

My favorite PC in the area. A bit larger and better stocked than most others. If you like a wider selection of flavored waters, juices, organics, self serve nut blends, etc, you wont go wrong here.

This is the grocery store my family uses most. Its newer, clean and well run. The kids love the car shopping carts and they do have a nice cafeteria and salad bar. I would recommend this grocery store.

Very reasonable and very clean store.

Meat is usually expired and customer service messes around in the back. If you deal with trish at customer service good luck with that cause she doesn’t know how to do her job.

Very poor service for really expensive common products. Drive a little bit farther and go to Walmart for the same exact products cheaper and better service.

Horrible service at the deli hot case. Barely warm fried chicken and soggy breading. Brown gravy tasted burnt and broccoli rice had almost no rice. Seating area was filthy the light iver my table I dont think has ever been dusted. Bathrooms were dirty, no way to lock stall door and no toilet paper cover. Best thing I experienced here was a front row parking spot and now I see why.

I ate from the salad bar they need to buy those fans that prevent flies from landing on the food. The soup was kind of expensive for something that had been sitting in the same Crock-Pot all day and wasnt fresh I just feel that the price shouldnt be so high on something thats not fresh
