Very solid contractor. I bid my basement work to 5 companies. I only sent the package to companies that had at least a 4+ star review online and picked up the phone when I called to see if they were interested. Only 2 of the 5 bidders submitted a bid on time. 1 other responded a week late. Blue Valley Granites price was essentially identical to the other bid I received and both were competitive - much better quality material for the price compared to Lowes/Home Depot (cost was about $30/SF less for the grade of granite I bought). There were two factors that caused me to chose Blue Valley Granite - their proposal manager was very responsive/professional and they carry their whole slab inventory at their showroom so you can come in and decide against the full selection. In contract, the other bidder (NOT BLUE VALLEY GRANITE) required me to schedule appointments with 1 of 3 separate slab suppliers. They required me to pick up to 2 slab samples to look at before coming out - how can I reasonably choose my countertop options before I come see them? This was not the case with Blue Valley Granite - I came out, looked at 10 options and they consulted me and sent me home with 3 samples to compare to my cabinets. They came out a week later to measure and a week later to install. The team did great work - you can tell they really care about quality and they set me up to maintain the counter top long term. Their office manager (Ryan) was very responsive, professional, knowledgeable and the owner (helped on install) was the same. I was very happy with the experience and the result - I personally work in construction doing general contracting and would recommend them to anyone.

They installed new granite countertops in our kitchen. I feel we got a great value. It was an amazing transformation for our kitchen. Everybody I talked to was great.

We had three bids for our basement remodel consisting of 13 of cabinets and a 9 bar, plus a 34 vanity in a half-bath. Blue Valleys bid was very competitive, and we are very happy we selected them. Ryan provided an estimate over the phone, was right on time for templating, and had some really good suggestions. For install, Brad and Paul again showed up exactly as scheduled, did a wonderful job of installation, and were done within five hours. Entire experience was exceptional, with excellent communications all around. Highly recommended!

Initially, I contacted this company via email only. Their response was quick, thorough and complete. I researched other fabricators along the way but finally scheduled appointment to meet personally. Ryan was knowledgable and certainly cordial. I wanted another chance to look at slab and he met me on a day off. Their office/shop is small but clean and very tidy and they appear to be investing in their business as they grow. When we finally completed the deal their staff was professional, timely, taking time to make sure the installation was to high standards and owner visited and took time to make sure install was done correctly. I would recommend this small company if you want honest professional approach with a personal touch.
