We had Fountain Glass install a seamless glass door and wall panel in our shower. It was a custom-sized door, reasonably priced and installed quickly!

FG was my Shower door installer (4 bath) for a New Mark home built in 2016. In trying to clean rolling track glass doors, I inadvertently moved them off of the lower, plastic track, and the upper rolling wheels simultaneously. Both doors slipped through my grasp, and one shattered into a million pieces of glass spread over shower floor, bathroom tile floor around toilet, sink....everywhere. Completely my fault. Spent 2.5 hours cleaning with a mixture of fine bristled whisk broom/dustpan, wet paper towels and a vac with attachment. I was able to save one door, and wrapped it in towels. The remnants of the broken door went into a triple bagged (Hefty Outdoor Lawn) trash bag weighing close to 40 lbs.Called Fountain the next day. They looked me up in their system, and despite the glass doors not being under any warranty, they offered to replace completely free of charge, including new lower track, silicone sealant, and towel bar. No service call fee. Amazing service! They were there 3 days later, and the 2 gentlemen had the doors re-installed, and cleaned within 15 minutes. Slipped them some cash as a tip, but cannot be happier with this kind of service....very, very rare!Thank you to the management at FG for running a first class operation!

Fountain glass installed our shower doors in our new house and hung a large mirror for us in our basement gym.Everyone was super helpful and nice and very professional while in our home installing. On time delivery and stuck with our original instal date which was helpful for planning with my work. Thank you, will use again for sure!

Terrible experience. They came out and took measurements and returned in a timely manner to install the project. They had the wrong size with them and had to cut things down on site. I needed a piece for a desk that they had measured for and when they delivered it did not fit. After numerous phone calls they said they chipped it loading in on the truck and had to do it again. Days went buy with no word, finally they cancelled the order because they did not have proper staff to cut this simple piece. Terrible customer service and lack of communication. Now, since they did part of the project I will have trouble getting anyone else to come out for a small project and will cost me much more. They should have told me up front they were not capable.

We had them cut and install and custom vanity mirror for us. Their price was nearly half the price of other quotes we received. The turnaround time from measure to install was about 4 days. Install took less than 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend them!

I own Studio 39 salons and through the years have built 4 different salons. Fountain has always done our glasswork. In 2009 they installed our mirrors. In 2012 when we moved and expanded, they carefully removed and moved them for us and made 12 more matching mirrors. This year I built another location. I wanted a specific type of hardware from our original mirrors. They still had records from 10 years ago to find what I wanted! The mirrors are clear and the glass quality unsurpassed. Fountain Glass is the only glass company I would ever use. Cost is best in town and their customer attention is wonderful. They truly care about your home and business!

Its a difficult place to back into

Fountain Glass installed a beautiful shower door for us. They were great to work with from start to finish - highly recommend - very responsive and timely.

I absolutely LOVE Fountain Glass. Had it not been for the integrity of the individual giving me the shower door bid I would have been a very unhappy brand new shower owner. My bidder was the one who told me my shower had been installed wrong as all the tile was angled *outward* which would have caused water to pool towards the glass and under the door and onto the floor. I was shocked in learning that I had paid a tiler to complete work like this but so grateful that this company did not install a $1000 door anyway. I hired a new tile company to fix the terrible shower job and then had Fountain Glass back out to install a beautiful frameless shower and large mirrors for over the vanities. I love my shower! My installers were on time, had excellent workmanship, and cared whether I was happy with the job. Ill use them again in a heartbeat.

Good experience working with this company. Friendly, prompt service. Installed two bathroom mirrors and they went ahead and installed the sconces that went on top of mirror and added a mirrored outlet cover. Looks great.

Ordered on a Friday, installed the following Tuesday. Jeff was polite, friendly, and knew what he was doing. We are very happy with the results.

Fountain Glass installed a shower door for us on 21DEC 2016. The shower door looks and works great. However, during the installation two shower tiles were scratched/damaged. These are brand new tiles on a remodeled shower. We havent used the shower yet and tiles are already scratched. Additionally, our front porch was covered in metal shavings. Im assuming the shavings are from cutting the shower door frame. As for the metal shavings.....you guys need to do a better job of cleaning up your job site when you are finished. As for the scratched tile........you should put some kind of protective tape on the tile around the area were the shower door will be installed.....this would help prevent tile from being scratched/damaged during installation. Simply remove the tape once the door is installed. Fountain Glass worked on our shower through our general contractor. We will definitely bring this to the attention of our GC. We were not home during the installation. I would have given you a five star rating if not for the two issues stated here.

Ive used these guys to replace windows around the house as needed - very reasonable! Then, we decided to have a new, frameless shower door put in by them. It was much less than Olathe Glass, and we were absolutely thrilled with it!

I have used them before back in 2011 and they did a good job then. Now I couldnt even get them to show up at my door. Their scheduling guy set an appointment at 4:30 and installer with poor English calls me at 2:00pm telling me if he can show up now to install it as he does not work that late meaning 4:30. I call the office and they deny that they set up a 4:30 appt and refer me to Joe the scheduling guy. Joe tells me that he will see if another installer will do and give me a call back the next day. I wait and there is no call from Joe. I call him and he said that the new installer called him and told him that he called me and that I will pay him extra to show up at 4:30.....complete lie...this new installer did not call me and I did not make him any promises of extra cash.....completely unprofessional company....I had to pass on the whole thing and go somewhere else.

Fountain Glass installed a $500 glass shower door. Cracked the the tile on the install. Installer did not say anything about it. Called and install manager blamed us and is not willing to repair it.
