Tawnya is an outstanding human being and fantastic at customer service. Purchased several Stihl pieces of equipment over the years. They have done an excellent job of maintaining my 20 yearly Honda Commercial Mower and my Honda snow blower.

Cant say enough good things about my experience with Van Wall Equipment! Their pricing on lawn mower tune-up is very competitive but what really sets them apart is the superior customer service they provide. Jared, the service manager, bent over backwards to get a part covered under warranty and provided me regular updates on the process. He also spent time explaining things I can do to keep my mower in tip top shape. I will definitely have all of my future tune ups at Van Wall!

Outstanding service on my Honda 3000 generator. Had an issue with the inverter component, Aron the duty expert on generators and small engines spent time diagnosing the problem to include taking with Honda corporate about problem. He not only fixed the issue but spent time explaining the entire system and how it interfaces with my trailers electrical systems. Owner and staff are all about customer service. Colonel Retired.

Friendly parts staff and great salesman

Just bought Stihl chainsaw there. The personal is very nice. Thanks sales representative Steve Smith, he was really nice and professional. This is the 1st chainsaw in my life, so he explained everything, how to use and maintenance, warranty details etc very clearly. I will recommend this place for my friends and will consider for my next garden equipment items purchase.

The best! I went directly from smittys to van wall. Night and day difference. Everyone is awesome. The techs are top notch. He had my machine taken apart in under a minute to track down a noise!!! This is now my shop and my dealer. You dont realize the implications of a problematic machine until it has problems. These guys will do all they can to get it taken care of and for a fair price. And if its of any interest to you... the only 2 reviews I have ever written are for smittys and van wall. Take care.

What I received was equiptment problems which were repeatedly unresolved, incompetent workers, excuses and long, long waiting times. About three years ago at one popular dealer I waited in the showroom for someone to assist me in buying a new piece of equipment. After an hour I left and drove to Van Wall. My experience has been so positive at Van Wall that I have never been to another dealer since.They seIl and service the best ... Stihl, Honda, John Deere. I wish I could go on TV and tell the world!
