We have a small house (5 windows!) and were looking to replace all 5 since they were over 30 years old. We had quotes over $11K for 5 windows - until I stumbled upon Zen. All 5 replaced for less than 1/2 of other companies (budget was a factor for us). PLUS - they offer a lifetime guarantee on the windows.But don’t let the price fool you - these are quality, modern windows that were easy to install (3 hours total!) and look fantastic. Zen saves the customer money by not having a show room or sales reps (also important for us as we are millennials who do as much as we can online). They price windows by size, so since ours were all under a certain size, it was a flat rate per window. No sales pitch or demo for stuff you just DON’T need in residential windows.Not only did the general manager call me himself, he also answered emails within 24 hours and was patient in answering all of my questions. They work with a financial company (if you need it) and offered 12 and 18-month no interest financing (at the time of our purchase).The installation team was on time and left virtually NO mess behind. George the foreman and his crew, Jose and Pablo of Zen Windows completed the job. They sized up the work and set up scaffolding and ladders and removed the old picture window very methodically. A real team effort! They then removed the surrounding metal track and wooden framing, some had wood rot. They then installed new primed framing and replaced the window sill support which had considerable wood rot. Then installed the new picture window and all required caulk and sealants etc. They cleaned up inside and outside. They worked constantly for three plus hours and We are over joyed by their work! Zen windows not only provide quality windows, they are also the easiest company to work with. The moment I requested a quote they were friendly, responsive, and informative. The installers did an amazing job removing my old windows and fixing some damaged frame and trim. The new windows definitely are an upgrade to our home. We hired Zen to install our old drafty windows in our living room. They were courteous, easy to work with, and affordable. They got our windows installed quickly and are good quality windows. When it comes time to do the rest of our windows we will definitely call them again.

Hired Zen windows to replace windows at an apartment complex and they did an outstanding job. This was a large job, 60 windows in all, most units were occupied, and it was late December 2020 in Kansas City. We did not get one complaint from our residents, the crew did an outstanding job! They always communicated with the on-sight team so there were no surprises. They kept their work areas clean and worked very efficiently. The quality of the craftsmanship was excellent, from the caulking to the wood replacement, to the windows themselves. Prior to the window install Luke kept us informed of the delivery dates and scheduling. All of this was during a pandemic. I have dealt with many contractors thru the years as a project manager and I cannot stress this enough, these guys are outstanding!

Our house is approaching the 30-year-old mark and my wife and I felt it was time to have our windows replaced, 22 in all. Everything except for the giant picture windows along the back lower level of our home. I had three estimates, even went so far as to have a fourth window only quote from HD and tried to find a handyman online to complete the installation. Plus the no-nonsense lifetime warranty is about as simple as it gets!George and his crew came out and replaced all our windows in about 4 hours. We took all of our 2 faux wood blinds down and plan to replace with something different. I thought without the blinds the house would get hot in the afternoon with all the sun shining in, even with the blinds closed our old windows couldnt hold back the heat, but with these new windows Ive noticed a very real change in the temperature of our home since the windows were replaced. Zen Windows is fantastic! From the very beginning they were meticulous to figure out exactly what I wanted and needed. I also have to deal with an HOA and Luke called them himself to make sure everything was correct. What other sales manager does that??? He also worked hard to trim as much off the cost as possible by suggesting different ways it could work. George came out and measured precisely and later installed perfectly!!!! I am thrilled with my new doors and windows! You wont be disappointed with Zen Windows!!! You get great beautiful windows at a great price with great service and you get Luke to help. I would highly recommend Zen Windows if youre looking for a smooth window buying process. Last year we bought a home in Blue Springs with older drafty windows. I received a personalized quote through email the same day I inquired. We did extensive research as to the type of windows we preferred and Zen beat the other dealers in our area, and have a warranty that cannot be beat!George and his crew were so professional, considerate, and kind throughout the installation. From the initial conversation, Zen Windows far exceeded our expectations! The process of buying windows is painful. Sitting through lengthy sales pitches is much worse than the actual sticker shock itself. Going with Zen out of the gate will solve both of those issues. Zen was the second of 5 companies we considered. The difference between their price and the Big Name Company price so disparate we felt like we had to get other bids. In the end we didn’t need to but we didn’t know it at the time. Zen was THE ONLY ONE who gave a detailed price (promise) from the get. And it didnt change. And, bonus, they did it without spending hours in our house, trying to wear us down and IMHO size up what they will charge you based on all the information they gather from you/your possessions while traipsing through your house “measuring” your windows. With the exception of Zen, it was painful and exhausting.Once the decision was made to go with Zen, the rest of the process was easy. Luke was patient and informative as we worked through the process of finalizing which window, color and style we were going with. The widows did take a minute to come in but we were buying during peak season, and COVID. Once they arrived, George and his crew had our 13 Nirvana (Soft Lite Classic) windows (and window wrappings) installed in a day and a half. I cannot heap enough praise on George and his crew. You could not even tell they had been in our house. After he is done, George will take you to you every window and show you that they open, close, tilt, etc. Every. Single. Window. You can feel for yourself that there are no air leaks. One of the things I learned in my “research” is that it doesn’t matter how good the window is if the installation isn’t equally as good. While we’ve only had the windows a week, by all outward appearances, I feel very confident that our installation was top notch.One of the things I did that helped me decide to go with Zen was to seek out reviews on the windows themselves at replacementwindowsreviews.co (and other similar sites). I even submitted my top three bids to the moderators on the website and they answered and said, providing the installation crew was good, they would go with Zen. I encourage you to also read local reviews to check on the quality of installation for the companies you are considering as well as the quality of the windows being offered. Zen windows was amazing. We did our front windows two years ago and were thrilled with the windows and Georges crew. Had them back this spring to do the back and side windows. Georges installation was again flawless and Jessica made the ordering and scheduling a breeze. Overall a great experience.

Our windows look amazing and have so many great features including lifetime warranties, flex screens, and easy pull out option for cleaning. I also like the lock system. The installation crew fixed our wood rot, took less time than expected, and barely left any mess. Cost wasnt bad either!
