We changed the windows of all the house about a year and half ago, and were are very happy with the service and the product-price value. Dallas was our contact and still today he helps us out if we need anything. We would recommend them for sure.

We had a thorough presentation by Carl on styles/types & features of their windows and decided on a 60” x 40” double pane, Low-E glass, double-slider that also opened-inward. An opening had to be made and framed for the window that would now bring in natural light to a rather dark kitchen dining area. The outside metal siding trim was pre-matched perfectly by our choice and the finishing work outside and inside was the most professional installation we’ve ever seen. Window World of Lenexa will be our choice for any additional window installations!! We couldn’t be any more pleased with their service!!

2 stars instead of 1 only because the windows are a good value for the price & not EVERY person I interacted with was incompetent. Otherwise, the crew that came to install 8 windows at my rental home had an arrival window of 10am-1pm. I had to contact the office at 2pm & the crew foreman I later spoke with just gave me BS responses & said theyll be there in 1 hour... 3 times. They arrived at 5:30pm and completed half of their installation in the pitch dark with sad little flashlights. Needless to say the caulking & finish was poor at best... exposed nails, open & uncaulked seams all over, a screen was already broken (& this is just from 10min of my inspecting).The tenants informed the crew they were pregnant & requested they wear their masks properly while inside. The crew did NOT wear their masks properly & instead treated the masks as chin diapers despite the tenants request and oh yeah, the state law/mandate. Working from 5:30pm to *10:30PM* they proceeded to smoke cigarettes all around the outside of the house, DRANK BEER on the job site, and when it came time to review paperwork in the dark on the hood of the crew foremans truck, the foreman had a LOADED GUN sitting in his CUP HOLDER. Lovely gun ownership standards & just super professional - made me feel real safe there. The person from a separate crew who came to fix all these mistakes left by the first crew also had a problem wearing HIS mask properly and stated that he doesnt believe in masks. WOW. The customer service line was surprisingly helpful, the territory manager Tommy was pleasant & responsive, and Dallas who did the initial estimate was solid. I rarely review any businesses unless i have an amazing or incredibly bad experience. But make sure to ask yourself if saving a few hundred bucks with the cheaper quote is worth the risk of getting stuck with an irresponsible, unsafe & negligent crew.

Great experience with WW. The tech was fast and honest, the windows were put in super fast and the quality is excellent, especially for the price. We have noticed a huge difference in the noise reduction, they look nice, and we can tell our kids rooms are maintaining their temperature better. We had one issue with miscommunication causing a mistake, but the tech, the office, and the managers worked so fast to resolve it and we couldnt be happier. Love working with a company that works so hard for their clients.

Window world was recommended by a family friend and they were the cheapest quote around. Mike the salesman is great and knowledgeable about the product and the company. The windows are great. The house is a lot quieter and there is no leakage. The windows look great and the features are awesome. The installers did a great job and the customer service was great. The windows are completely covered if anything ever happens to them.The reason I did not give 5 stars is due to Todd the measurement guy did not measure properly. 25% of the windows were off and would not fit. I specifically told him that the windows were different sizes and he assured me they were the same size. After I told him twice I said ok due to not being the “professional.” The installers would have gotten the job done in one day but due to the bad measurements they had to put wood to cover the windows that were taken out and we had to wait 3 weeks for the rush order windows. If you choose Window World and Todd measures make sure you double check him so the job gets done the right way.Due to the mistakes of one person Window Worlds customer service was outstanding. They kept us updated and got everything completed as quickly as possible. Because of the issue, Window World gave us a very fair discount. I will recommend Window World in the future and I appreciate the professionalism and the courtesy of the customer service.

My husband and I compared companies and quality of windows for 2 years before making a decision. We then had two good friends tell us how happy they were with Window World and after more research we decided to use the company. The windows were installed about a year ago and we could not be happier! The windows block the heat of the summer and cold of the winter. For example, currently the temperature outside is 1 degree - we placed our hands on the glass (from inside the house) and could not feel the cold temperature from outside. The window actually felt a tad warm. We did the same with a door (from a different company) on the same side of the house. The door has a large glass pane and it felt very cold to the touch. The windows are also very easy to open, and to clean. I really love the option to open the double hung windows from the top or the bottom. The free warranty offered was also hard to beat! We refer window world to all of our friends and family.

Definitely call Mark Roby. He did a job for my mom in Brookside and 15 years later they came and fixed one of the windows that had a broken seam for free. Their warranty is truly amazing and so is their customer service.

Got a lot of quotes from different window providers, and went with Window World because of the great price and honest evaluation. Since I replaced the first half of my windows, I ended up accidentally breaking a window, and Window World promptly replaced it at no cost with an identical replacement that fit perfectly. A few months later, the caulking on the outside started to crack around the trim. Window World promptly sent someone out to fix the issue at no charge. I cant say enough good things about this company! The price is great, and they really stand behind you when you have problems. I will be using Window World again to replace the second half of my windows, and also to install a sliding glass door.

Terrible! Had windows put in 8 and then again at 6 yrs. Since then we have had seals break on a couple. One of those seals breaking twice on the same window. We called to get someone out to measure and re order to replace them and it has taken them three months to get in two bottom sashes, and three trips to our house and this still isnt right! The re ordered windows didnt fit right. I have had to take time off of work to meet someone from WW at my house each time. Very frustrating. We regret going through this Company. Not to mention the windows dont feel very air tight at all and when they were installed one of the crew members put a huge hole in our wall with one of the windows. Very disappointed with WW to say the least!!!

We hired window world to replace old aluminum windows in our home. What a mistake! Quality of the windows seem good. However the local office is terrible. Weve had to correct the address they have for us 6 times and they still have it wrong. Were afraid they will not honor the warranty because of this issue. Even though weve made every effort to correct the address, its appears they just wont fix it. It has been well documented that the address was wrong from the initial call, no fault of my own. I have recordings and email exchange to back up our claims. What should have been a simple clerical error has grown to them giving bad info to the installation contractor, causing them to be under staffed for the job, as well as costing me time away from work. Bumble fúcks.
