I have never been more disappoint in a product in my life. I had 2 screen doors and 3 outer doors. One screen door is falling apart! Glass coming apart at the corner none of the rubber stays in place. Outer door handle droops. Have not had these doors 2 years yet. This was a very significant expense.

This review is to educate the puplic of service we received from Pella Windows and Doors Co. in Lenexa, KS and not the end product. The installation of 2 french doors, 2 sets of casement windows and a small kitchen sink window that was to take 3 days to complete resulted in 3 months and 2 days of scheduling nightmares and blunders of workmanship. The sales rep and carpenter installer were present in our home when a beginning date was set. A week early the coordinator called to say they would start the next day which we agreed to. As things progressed, painters were not ready and then the installer had booked the same date elsewhere which meant we were bumped back, one of many to follow. Below is a list of errors during the installation once it finally began approximately 1 month later. Pictures to follow.*End of third day of installation, installers noted 1 sash was dented, weather stripping was short on 1 french door and short 2 pieces of casing trim on a door. Screen door handle was installed backwards. Installers stated all were to be taken care.*Couple days after the first install attempt, we noticed almost all of the casings had streaks in the stain where there was starting and stopping spray marks. 8 pieces in all were to be replaced.*Strips of wood in framing on exterior between window casings were left unstained and sealed, exposed to weather.* When sash was replaced it was replaced with an 18 pane instead of the original 6 pane. Weather stripping brought was not right length so no attempt to replace that day.*Kitchen sink window was not built up and supported with framing and barely hanging on with thin finish nails with large gaps between the trim and existing frame.*When attempting to replace 8 botched stained casings, the installer framed 2 small, Non-Pella windows that were to be completely covered with new kitchen cabinets. The original 8 defective stained pieces remained intact. When trimming the last french door of the 2 missing pieces, mitered corners had spacings revealing the wallpaper behind and unstained cut edges. Still no replacement for weather stripping on french door. After numerous rescheduling all work was completed. Two letters were written in which we detailed all the above to Pella, stating our frustration and that there should be some sort of compensation for the $24,000.00 requested, paid in full amount at contract signing. There first response was offering $100 gift card in which we had already made it clear that we were not using Pella again. We originally agreed to $1,000 but we were asked to sign a Good Will Agreement stating we would not post any comments on social media and the document was unclear as to whether any warranty of products or installation would be honored. Upon speaking to a lawyer, he advised not to sign and that we were not requesting enough, without mentioning any compensatory damages for lost work or rescheduling of our other contractors. We rejected their final offer of $1,000 and choose to send as many negative reviews as we can, warning other consumers of Pella of Lenexa.
We purchased 7 windows and the installation went smooth and easy. Installers contacted us by phone to set up the installation and they arrived and finished the job with no issues. The delivery time was further out than expected but the pandemic delayed so many product deliveries, and in so many industries. Pella kept us informed during this process. I would use Pella again for sure.
***UPDATE***After leaving this review, Pella has since contacted me and made things right. Steve came out to look over the doors and the issues we had and went out of his way to deliver solutions to these problems on the same day. I appreciate Pella stepping-up and making things right with us, it shows that they can be trusted to be honest and make the customer happy when they invest in their company. I didn’t have to wait long for them to reach out and fix things. Thank you Steve for making us happy customers. I would choose Pella again after this experience.Old Review, before update:Pella creates beautiful doors, but like other reviewers I feel like it was a bait-and-switch. The communication and decisions made during the install of our doors was sincerely lacking, and the aftermath made myself and my fiance unhappy with the final result. Pella left this white plaster looking stuff around the door frame of our door after install, broke our doorbell, and had to jury-rig a piece of extra wood on the outside of one of our doors to make it fit (I thought these were custom fit doors?)Ben (our sales guy) was receptive to talk to us about our doors when I didnt mention any grievances and even wanted to do a final walkthrough of the doors; however, once I mentioned the issues after install, I was immediately passed off to someone else, Im assuming because he didnt want to deal with an unhappy customer. When I talked to this new person over the phone (Carly), she said there was nothing Pella could do because they are solely responsible for the doors and that she would have to check the contract to see if theyre responsible to fix what the installer left us with. Good to know that if the installer does something to make you unhappy they wont fix it, because theyre only responsible for the doors, not the walls they tarnished or the doorbell they broke. The random piece of wood fitted into our custom fit door was also not addressed at all.Im told now that I will need to paint over the white plaster myself (not an easy thing to do considering I have no idea what the paint brand/color is), find and install a new doorbell (because I guess its my fault the installer broke it in the first place), and just...deal with the random piece of wood on our door despite paying for something custom fit....These new doors were expensive. They required a lot of time and money to install. I expected better from this company or at least for them to acknowledge that what they did wasnt fair and to communicate in an honest way. Instead, I was told that they would need to check the contract, and left without any remediation as an unhappy customer.Do better, Pella.
Do you train your drivers? Driving a 26’ box truck is not difficult and does not even require a CDL. Making me move my car on a public street because you parked poorly is not my problem. And then when another contractor parks in the same spot I just moved my car for you have no issue getting out. Next time I’ll offer to move your boxtruck for you.
UPDATE 5/23/19:It has barely been four months since install. Please see the below pic as you can see the poor quality of Windows that Pella manufactures. Our Renewal by Anderson windows are still as pristine as the day we got them. Huge difference in quality.UPDATE 2/4:As you can see below, Pella attempted to do damage control. Per usual, no response even after emailing them like they asked. Maybe instead of focusing on monitoring negative reviews, Pella should work on preventing them in the first place.Thinking of replacing your windows with Pella? We ordered four windows and two doors through Pella on September 12, 2018 but the install was not completed until January 31, 2019. We were promised 4-6 weeks but instead it took 20 weeks. Sadly, the management and sales team had no interest is a speedy resolution, only excuses. Our install was delayed four times and we were given a less than 48 hour notice each time.Frustrated and fed up, we ordered our remaining 14 (that’s right fourteen) windows on December 12, 2018 from Renewal by Anderson and the best part is they were installed in 6 weeks! The install team surpassed every expectation. We could not be happier with our choice to use Renewal by Anderson and now we wish we would have done the whole project with them.If you appreciate high quality customer service and unmatched workmanship, we suggest using Renewal by Anderson.
From the moment that we started working with Pella - Tony treated us like we were his only customer. He checked up on us during the installation and kept in contact throughout the whole process. Chris and the installation crew were Fantastic. I would recommend Pella highly!
Had a great experience with Charles M., The sales rep. He was very professional and friendly. Hes was honest and straightforward about what they offer and while they do not offer anything for our uncommon needs, within our budget, he took his time to explain some things we should look for when choosing a door. Usually sales reps are a bit pushy and look for issues, but this was not the case and that was very refreshing. A+ for him
Thomas Fisher, a Pella Replacement Specialist, met with me today. He is incredibly honest, knowledgeable, thorough, understanding and very personable. Being a widow, it is not easy to make decisions that involve a major investment improving my home. Thomas made the decision quite easy for me as he completely explained why Pella windows exceed in quality and workmanship compared to other brands. He thoroughly answered all my questions and listened to what I was wanting. He is fantastic, and I feel very blessed that Pella sent him to meet with me. I could not be more pleased and comfortable with selecting Pella. Thank you, Thomas!
Purchased windows and paid upfront. Windows came with factory defects. Pella has neglected to make it right.
The Impervia Fiberglass Window frames have gaps in the corners where water can penetrate the frame. Pella Corp advised it’s an aesthetic issue & the windows are equipped with a water weeping/management system. Pella Corp Management is in denial regarding their Murray, Kentucky manufacturing facility quality control issues & dysfunctional operations of Pella of KC.The windows were installed by Pella on 04/07/2015. The installation crew team lead composed a list of items that needed to be replaced. Correcting these issues was plagued by Pella of Kansas City ordering incorrect parts. After five visits, all interior issues were resolved on 10/20/2015We had difficulty accessing/completing the customer survey, I contacted Pella of Kansas City; no one had a clue how to assist me. After multiple attempts to log on the survey WEB Site, I was informed my survey had been completed. After all interior issues were resolved it was time to address the exterior issues. We had contacted our salesperson the only thing that was accomplished was he & the general manager orchestrated a 48-hour special offer just for us if we purchased the second group of windows & doors, in return the exterior issues would be resolved. We had originally planned to make three separate purchases of windows & doors to complete our renovation project. We contacted Pella Corp Customer Service for assistance.A representative of Pella of Kansas City visited our residence, February 2016; he took pictures and evaluated the kitchen, dining room, and a couple of other windows. He did not look at all of the 11 windows.03/19/16: We sent an EMAIL to Pella Corp Customer Service requesting clarification: After receiving a voicemail message from the Lenexa customer service office, regarding pending corrective maintenance for our 11 windows. It was mentioned one of the two windows in question would be replaced but no specifics. No mention of corrective action for the kitchen window with the strip of wood installed on the lower portion, we have brick house, also mentioned sash exterior trim/fascia would be adjusted.04/07/16: Three technicians arrived to replace one of the windows. The crew chief asked me which window was to be replaced, I responded it is either the kitchen or dining room, but I never could get any specifics from Pella Corp. The installation crew was not briefed on which window was to be replaced. When they unpacked the window it was discovered that it was neither. The team lead then called his office and after the phone call the window was loaded up and the crew departed.Later two service technicians arrived to adjust the frame material around the panes of glass on all windows. This task was only attempted on two windows, with only disastrous results, it was evident the integrity of the windows was compromised and requested this task not be attempted again.04/22/16: Received Memo from Pella Corp informing us that all window sashes would be replaced on 05/18/16 & all gaps in window frames meet normal tolerance & it is just an aesthetic issue.05/18/16: Twenty window sashes were installed, two sashes short, two of those sashes had a severe manufacturing defect, photos were submitted to Pella Corp. & their response was the windows meet all standards and tolerances, and it’s an aesthetic issue.07/29/16: The Service Technicians returned with necessary supplies to complete the dining room window fixed sash replacement. They also had two more sashes to complete the 05/18 replacement episode. Those sashes came off the window that was brought out 04/07/16. Two installation technicians replaced the wood spacer with a composite material spacer below the kitchen window. When the wood spacer was removed the lower portion of the window frame corners flopped down and was only supported at the center of the window. No injected material or a bonded corner lock observed. The window screens have been removed, the sharp corners have damaged the molding. We have continued our window/door replacements with Marvin products.
The end-to-end service with Pella has been phenomenal. It began with Sales and seamlessly flowed from installation to completion. Our Sales Representative, Charles Mersereau, was incredible. He was so supportive and patient as we went through numerous replacement options for our two front doors. It is so difficult to find a true service company any more. Companies where employees care, and they treat your home like theirs. It was such a great experience. It truly restored my faith in business. The installation team was tremendous, as well. The install lead was determined to do the job right the first time! I would HIGHLY recommend the entire Pella team. It was a joy to have them work at our home!
Exceptional windows, exceptional installation, an exceptional person to handle everything from start to finish call Nadia...
Well, if your shopping for replacement windows...don’t look any further. Pella is the best quality as they have been amazing with the sale explaining the warranty, install and the sales rep explained everything and actively listened answering questions and concerns. Contractors cleaned up after themselves. Actually the sales rep assisted me on saving money. I love my new windows and excited to get the rest replaced in the house. Thank you, Charles!!!
Just had an excellent meeting in our home with our Pella rep Ali for our new entry door. Initially we visited a Pella local showroom and saw in person many of their entry door products. It was very nice to see actual doors and not have to rely on pictures in a catalog. Ali was extremely knowledgeable of the product and thorough in his explanation. He covered every detail to assure we are ordering exactly what we want and expect in our new door. This was actually a pleasant process. Looking forward to the install.
Jeff D. came to our home to discuss window/front door options. He was not only professional, but extremely thorough and knowledgeable of all of the products displayed. Our experience with in home consultations have usually been quick without much detail, but this consult was the complete opposite! He took time to answer all of our questions and did a complete survey and discussed financing options. He made us feel comfortable and confident that we will be choosing the right company when we are ready to update our windows/front door!
We purchased three windows from Pella and they were installed in early March. Two of the windows should have been identical except one was to slide to the left and the other to the right. The windows were the exact same size and showed up with different numbers of locks. After discussions with our sales rep, it was determined that the window with fewer locks needed to be replaced. Since then three contractors have come to our house with an additional lock. However, the existing lock would have to be moved which would leave holes on the inside of the window. Each contractor told me, this is not the correct fix so you need to contact Pella. Per my last conversation with Pella, the window was placed on order and they would get the same contractor to come do the install since I had a good experience with the contractor that did the install. The window should have come in on June 22nd but I have not received any updates on the window installation. I have tried calling our sales rep, project manager and even Pella directly. No answer from any of them and no call backs.
Worked with Stephanie Ortega for a warranty issue and honestly, I dont think I have ever worked with a nicer person. She is personal with her conversation but gets her job done and made my job of dealing with warranty issues actually - enjoyable. Thank you Stephanie for all your help and getting my issue dealt with in a timely manner. You are THE BEST!
I worked with Carissa, (I made her spell that for me just so I got it right for this) who is in the service department. I called in because my grandson whacked a ball through my sliding door. She was very kind and extremely knowledgeable, I mean this girl knew her stuff. It’s like she was reading from a script but still very personable and friendly . While things loaded on her end she would explain that, if things were moving slower then usual she would let me know while also making friendly conversation to pass the time. Once she had all of my information we began discussing my door she had very straight forward questions and never made me feel silly for not knowing if my door was vinyl or wood, or not remembering where or when we bought it. She told me she could determine which door I had if I didn’t mind sending over some photos, even offered to stay on the phone with me while I did it.What service department let’s you put them on hold??? I was shocked by this offer! I decided to let her go, told her to look the photos over once she received them and to give me a call after she worked her magic and figured it out. I sent the photos, she called me back in 15 MINUTES. Now here’s where it gets weird, would you believe I don’t have a Pella door. I was honestly sad to learn that it was not Pella simply because Carissa was such a joy and pleasure to work with! She even did some google research before calling me back trying to help me figure out what door I have, now that is gold star service! In the end she gave me a few numbers to call to get someone out to take a look. Even though she wasn’t able to take care of the issue she went above and beyond for a non Pella customer! I know now for a fact I will be a Pella customer in the future because of her.
Very courteous and helpful.
The crew was professional and caring about the fear of virus. They wore homemade mask- KC Chiefs 😉- to protect us! Their work was excellent and best clean up I ever seen!
My meeting with Pella representative Thomas Fisher was such a pleasant and exceptional experience. He was so kind, he explained things so well. Im a widow and have had horrible experiences getting service and help. I feel completely confident that Thomas will help me through the window replacement process and take care of any needs that may be needed. It was a pleasure to of met him. Thank you Thomas.
Pella was great very responsive to schedule & get our new door ordered the schedule was booked out but once they came out the techs where friendly, explained things and did a great job and left no mess.
Absolutely horrible. Needed a window balance and even took in with me what I need and Carissa didnt have a clue. Absolutely horrible
Had a great experience. From the salesperson, Ali, to the install.. everything went smooth. They followed up with me after the install and needless to say I love my new front door it is beautiful. I will be replacing my backdoor soon and Pella will be my first and only call for purchase and install. I would recommend to anyone
My experience with Pella has been extremely beneficial for my renovation project. Ryan Christopher was my point of contact, but I appreciated how he guided me through the process until his team was able take over and complete the sale. Overall, this company showed high integrity and was extremely flexible with my schedule and budget. I would recommend this company for any future projects.
Don’t be tempted to buy other brands!! Pella offers great quality, warranty and customer service!! I had a minor issue with a 2- year old window and they immediately addressed the issue and came to my house to fix it! No drama, argument or debate.
What a wonderful experience! Very professional and installed our sliding glass door to our patio without any issues! We are so happy with the result and will continue to go back for any future projects! Thank you so much! Great work.
Windows have leaked since day one. Not responsive to making it right. Just replaced every single window in my house after only 17 years to the tune of $70,000. All of the older Pro Line windows leak and they do not stand behind them. Total garbage.
I contacted Pella of Kansas City to replace 5 windows in my home. It was super easy to schedule an appointment online. The sales representative, Ali Daifallah, called the day prior to confirm the appointment and asked if it would be OK if he arrived earlier. He gave me an updated arrival time the day of the appointment. He was punctual, listened to what I wanted and was quickly able to work up a quote and contract for the job. He then worked out a good time to come back with the installer to confirm the measurements and install date. All things considered, a very professional, quickly coordinated window job.
I am a huge fan of Ryan Christopher and Pella Windows and Doors! Ive known Ryan for some time. Hes professional, courteous, experienced, knowledgeable, and kind. He and Pella go the extra mile to ensure their customers get what they are wanting the first time, and they have all the window and door design solutions to best suit your specific needs. I highly recommend Ryan and Pella. You are in good hands!
Ive liked it a lot.
Great product but Salesman would only give ballpark price on sliding door.
We replaced all of our windows and two of our doors with Pella. We couldnt of been happier with the entire experience. Alex was very professional and great to work with. He set us up with Chris Crane, a certified Pella installer, who did a fantastic job with the installation. We love our new windows and doors and would definitely recommend.
Our experience with Pella started off excellent and then took a turn. I feel like we had the bait and switch. We had four window companies come out to our home for bids. At our initial consultation with Pella, our sales representative, Matt, talked to us for two hours about the products. Quite frankly, we liked Matt, we liked his presentation, we liked the the name brand...so we went with Pella. Well, Matt left the company a week after we signed the contract. After that, it was one issue after another and it never felt like there was a sense of urgency to correct the issues. As a whole, I do love the windows themselves. They look beautiful and are very quiet. However, I am struggling to say if I would use Pella again. This was a two-window replacement project that cost us over $2400 and took nearly 3 months to complete. My husband and I have 8 other windows and two doors in our home that we are replacing over the next year or two and I am so conflicted. I wanted the windows to match but the lack of customer service we have had getting just two windows installed makes me question whether or not it’s even worth it. We chose Pella because of the quality and expected so much more considering the high regard people have for the brand. We willingly chose to pay more for that experience, and in the end it felt like Pella turned out to be just like every other window company that came over to give us a bid.
My experience with pillow started with Ben, my salesperson. My request was for something more customized (a contemporary look) and not off the shelf. Ben did a great job of going through my options very thoroughly and helping me design the exact window I was looking for. Installation went flawlessly and the crew cleaned everything up afterwards. I am delighted with my windows and the unique look has resulted in several neighbors stopping by and telling me how much they love my new windows.
We’ve had great experiences with Pella in Lenexa. All our windows have been replaced with Pella. Ali was our latest advisor and was easy to work with and followed up on our installation. Service is also great throughout the ordering, delivery and installation process. 10 years after our initial replacements and more recently our last two windows in April 2018, the service has been top notch and prompt to meet our needs. Well done Mark and Tracy.
Great windows from a great team. Very easy to work with. As a property manager when I see Pella windows and door I know that the request is going to be approved and I don’t have to worry about installation because of the quality that comes along with it.
Met with Ali Daifallah to see about purchasing Pella replacement windows for our home. He called to confirm our appointment the day before and arrived right on time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and a very customer oriented sales person.Ryan came to do the final measure later that day, he is also very professional and personable. Both were great customer service representatives. Can’t wait for the install.
I highly recommend working with Pella and Nadia for your window and door replacement needs. She is truly an expert in her field and treats each and every project as if it were her own home. I’ve recommended her to many of my own clients and will continue to do so!
Ive worked with Ryan Christopher and his team for many years as a vendor/customer. A true testament to any company is how much they care about the customer and how well they follow-up with you. My team and I at Morgan Hunter Corporate Search have placed several great salespeople and sales leaders with Pella over the years. Ryan and his team excel at making you feel like a partner and his follow-up is incredible. Not only does Pella offer what I consider the best windows and doors in the industry, but I’ve always felt their team was out to partner with me. It is rare to find a company that I know I can trust with any project, and I have that trust in Ryan and his team.
Ali came into our house and examined the windows we were contemplating replacing and he gave an honest opinion. In the end we just wanted sleek windows that no longer let drafts in and replaced 8 original windows. He is a great sales rep and will cut to the chase and work within your budget to get you some high quality windows. Would very much work with Ali again!
Mark Brewer of Pella Windows in Lenexa Kansas helped me design a custom 4 panel exterior patio door. He showed us many options and we created sliding French doors with internal blinds and matching hardware. With the help of the Pella website and advice from Mark I installed the door unit myself. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. Mark was exceptionally helpful (and also very patient) answering all my questions.Jim CiancioloIndependence Missouri
I have been personally working with Pella for roughly three years and I have had a great experience with them the entire time! I have worked with John Vance, Ryan Christopher Devin Brady, and multiple of their sales reps. I highly recommend Pella whether it is for purchasing their products/services or even considering them as your next career choice! They have a great culture and I know they have a strong emphasis on customer service! Thanks to the entire Pella team for everything you do!
I have worked with Nadia and her Storm Team on multiple occasions and she does a fantastic job for our customers. We believe that our clients should receive the highest level of service and gain equity in their properties when dealing with restoration. That is why we call Nadia as she is one of the best and the Pella product is fantastic!
Ryan at Pella Windows and Doors in Kansas City is absolutely the only call you will need to make when you are looking to replace your windows and/or doors. I upgraded my ancient single pane windows and patio doors...Wow what a difference it makes. Not only do they look great but I am amazed at the comfort difference it makes inside as well. Ryan and his team are responsive, professional and eager to assist any way they can. Ryan is your guy to complete your project right the first time.
I highly recommend Nadia Odell when it comes to Pella Doors and Windows. After witnessing her genuine spirit and overall knowledge of the product line I was extremely impressed. I can’t wait to use Nadia’s services in the very near future!
The integrity of the staff at this business is incredible. I personally know Ryan Christopher of this company and have interacted with him in both the business world and in the local community as well, and if his character is any repesentation of the company as a whole, they are beyond a cut above. Integrity, honesty, grit, and a great work ethic are all augmented by a caring heart and great mentoring skills both professionally and in everyday life. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely use them in the future.
Ryan is an outstanding guy who makes everyone feel like you are a part his family. Hes reliable and dependable and has always been there for my family whenever we need anything. I would recommend him to anyone.
While I havent purchased Pella Windows before, I can highly recommend Ryan Christopher as a first-class man who genuinely cares about the people he works with and trains/develops. He is committed to his family and is a huge supporter of local businesses and community. Ryan and Pella Windows were even one of the first businesses to support our Flipped Career Fair at Johnson County Community College! You will be blessed to meet, work with...or buy windows from him and his team!
We had 5 windows installed by Pella. 3 were replacement and 2 were brand new with holes cut to the outside. We were very pleased with the work and the windows. They were done in a timely manner with excellent clean up. I would highly recommend them.
I love my new windows! My sales representative Tim Kaeser was very informative and helped me make selections that looked great and were in my budget. He checked in with me during the installation and even came after to make sure my blinds were back up and fit my new windows. The installers were very pleasant and professional also. They made sure everything worked before they left.
2nd time using Pella! Love the windows and the work. Completed project all in one day. He even had to replace wood rot and paint. Amazing! Highly recommend.
I have known Ryan Christopher for 20+ years since our time playing basketball against each other in Colorado to our years at Creighton University. His work ethic is unmatched. His devotion to family and faith is something to aspire to. With these and many other qualities is why I would but my absolute faith in Ryan and Pella.Brian Lindley
I was very please with the excellent customer service, honesty, and advice I received while working with Nadia Odell. That is customer service at the finest! I appreciate her knowledge, timeliness, and professionalism. I have already recommended Pella to my friends and family.
I’ve worked with Ryan over the years and have had nothing but exceptional service and relationship. Communication is easy and he’s gone the extra mile to consult me time and again. Highly recommend Pella KC for all of your windows and doors!!
Pella is an outstanding company who goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is always taken care of. Ryan Christopher, one of the managers, is one of the most trustworthy people I have ever worked with. He is dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience and will move mountains to insure you are 100% satisfied with the finished job. I highly recommend working with Pella and Ryan!
Great windows and door to be installed. Then they drop of the face of the earth! Can not get our rep to EVER call is back about ordering a storm door and getting a window arm replaced that has been broke for a year and a half!!
Had a great experience. Steve was very friendly and helpful. Will be my go-to company moving forward. I would highly recommend. Thanks!
We have been installing Pella windows and doors for over 25 years, which should speak volumes in how we rate the overall integrity and functionality of Pella products within our own company. Pella windows and doors never fail to work beautifully within our projects, and regardless of our clients personal taste, Pella has a product that fits the design concept. We have worked with other brands and manufacturers of these products, so, we speak from experience when we lead with the Pella brand--we are fully confident. Not to mention, that Ryan Christopher, sales manager of our local Pella dealer, always delivers when it comes to service and industry knowledge--he knows his product--and if he knows his product so does his staff. Its a beautiful thing!
Nadia was a pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and professionalism in working with myself as well as the homeowners was second to none. She was able to effectively communicate what was to be expected and how she was going to work with Xcel as well as the insurance company to ensure that all damages were going to be included in the estimate. I would happily refer Nadia and Pella to anyone I can in the future.
Just a quick shout out to the amazing customer service I received while working with Pella Windows and in particular, Keith Moore. I own Agape Home Improvement Company and had the need for a specialty window. I got lucky with being put in contact with such helpful resource. Keith did a great job getting me all the available options for my special order and processed everything in one quick transaction. Thank you and we will be working together again in the future!
They replaced my antique front door in my 1908 build house with another one that maintains my entryways character. Parts were ordered incorrectly so it delayed the time of completion from 1 day to about 2 weeks which was a hassle for me. They still did great work.
If youre looking for a professional service tech, Jason Garrett, is a breath of fresh air.Jason arrived with a smile and warm greeting. He quickly identified my issues and professionally provided his services and proposal for additional sash replacements. If you are looking for a pleasant, no hassell experience with Pella parts and sash replacements, request Jason Garrett for your service tech.Jim Ashcroft.
I have worked with Mark for years. He has always been able to provide the right product or solution for numerous problems. I have two personal homes and three rentals and use Pella for its dependability and value. Mark B has always had the answers for the many questions I’ve posed to him from replacement parts or new windows. Highly recommend both Pella and Mark.
I replaced all of my windows (in three stages), a sliding door, and my front door, and am very pleased with the result. My salesperson, Ali Daifallah, was extremely helpful in the planning process, and in follow up. I had one glitch in installation, but he made sure it was corrected appropriately. The windows are good quality, and I got the internal blinds, which I love. No leaks or drafts (although the remote controlled blinds in the living room sometimes have a mind of their own--I am getting better at controlling them).
I had my front doors replaced and two sliding glass doors. They showed up on time. Did the work perfectly and professionally. Cleaned up the entire mess and hauled it all away. The whole project only took about 4 hours! Everything was pained and touched up! I have never worked with a more efficient company and their associates. I highly recommend this company!
Hella windows!
Great windows but even better customer service provided by Nadia. She made everything really simple and took care of all the details. I will recommend all my friends work with her! Thank you Nadia!
Had my windows installed November 2016. Ali sold us the windows. We love our fiberglass windows! We have seen a significant drop in energy bills and its nice to have newer windows that open and close properly without a handle breaking or window not fully wanted to lock back in.We recommend Pella to anyone who asks. If youre interested in Pella, ask for Ali D. He was great!
This company and organization has built a foundation on honesty and integrity. They offer an excellent product and guarantees to back it up. I highly recommend that you consider them for new windows or doors.
I chose Pella Because I love the brand, and because of its warranties. We met with our sales rep, who did a great job, and even had the installer come out to meet us the next day. We felt confident about our nearly $20,000 investment so we signed a contract and paid in full for our discount. We were told that it will take 3-5 days to install all our windows. They were supposed to be installed in May. With rain our date got pushed back, no problem, we totally understand. A few weeks later the contractor finished his work. They looked terrible, bubbled paint, windows were not even, nails sticking out, windows and door were damaged during install. So we called Pella, we let them know how terrible of a job the installer did. They sent a rep out to meet us, he agreed the windows looked terrible. We were told that it would take a few weeks to have a new installer come out. We were of course upset, but wanted them to be installed correctly. New installers show up 6 weeks later, these installers are awesome, they fix nearly everything. Guess what though, Pella forgot to order the new window and new door to fix the ones that were damaged in the original install. So they said they were going to have to come back when the products arrived. At this point we’re livid, and have missed several days of work to be here and still have not been offered any compensation. We let it go. Today being 9/20- and this being nearly 5 months from the original date of when the windows were supposed to be installed. They were supposed to come and correct our damaged window and door that the installer damaged and add screens. Instead we have to call Pella to find out where the installers are. 4 hours later they show up, then we find out that we are not getting our windows installed today, because they came in damaged and they ordered the wrong windows! Come on now, this is just crazy, have we not been patient enough, did we not pay enough. Now we have to miss work yet again, and the date has been pushed to 10/28. The bad part is, I will likely never use Pella again, and we are getting new windows for our second home which have even more windows, and I can tell you with 100% certainty I will not be using them for this purchase. At this point I just want my windows installed, so my home can go back to being a home. Pella I will remove this review once my windows are installed, and are offered some kind of compensation.
Ali is a fantastic person who is very passionate about his career! He will not only meet your wants and needs, but exceed all your expectations! Ask for him when setting up an appointment!
As a women owned business of a promotional printing company, Anything on Anything, its very encouraging for me to work with such a great team of people! Everyone I work with is so friendly. They are prompt to answer emails and questions I may have about their orders. Its great to have such a strong business relationship. There is no other company I would consider buying windows and doors from. They are fantastic!
Ali delivered on time the installation of the windows and he helped my husband and I explore all our options. There is no minimum purchase and when we decide to continue replacing the windows in the rest of our home we can rest assured of the excellent service and product that awaits. Jack who installed our beautiful windows (the windows are a show stopper) had a friendly hard working team. Jack takes pride in his craftsmanship.
We had a great experience using Pella. Stephanie made it so easy to get everything taken care of. Ill definitely be recommending her and this company to anyone needing windows or doors!
We have had good luck with this company. Tracy is great about calling back and taking care of any problems. Sonny, the fixer, is great. Our sales rep was Sean and he was very good too. Although we didnt have any problems with our installation, I know some folks have. Same crew, different day. That is how it goes sometimes.
Knowing that Pelle has great service is one thing. But what separates them from most is the people. The people there are always so genuine. They do whatever it takes to make sure youre satisfied and well taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a top of the line service.
I did my Pella windows at my home in 2 phases - about a year apart. My Pella rep both times was Ali Daifallah. Both instances were absolutely PERFECT.I mean perfect. NO glitches. NO unexpected surprises.Professional installations. I know because I watched the workers both times like a hawk because I am VERY picky and detail oriented and I wanted to make sure that the jobs were done right! (That is one reason that I chose Pella in the first place!). Everything was perfect. I have a busy street in back of my house and now with Pella windows I can not hear any of the traffic noise! AND - seriously - I can tell a BIG difference in the temperature swings in my upstairs bedrooms. They are warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. Yes - Pella windows are not cheap, but I know that when it comes time to sell my house, this investment will be a major asset in a quick sale for my asking price. If you want the most awesome windows and a perfect, easy, stress-free install, then you have come to the right place.J BrownGladstone MO

As a homeowner and as a builder, I can rely on Pella to provide a top quality product. However, there are a lot of great products on the market, Ryan and his team in Kansas City make it easy for me to choose Pella for my projects. They are willing to go above and beyond. Kevin has driven out to a project site just to ensure I have every detail correct for my order. No order too small to get this quality of service. Thanks for setting the bar guys!
Fantastic value and service. Ryan Christopher went above and behind to provide service in a timely manner! Very appreciated
Ryan, with Pella windows, is a powerful leader and someone I highly recommend! He is task oriented, kind, manages with success to client as well as team and company in mind. It is hard to find hard workers, integrity, honesty and a great product all in one place!
Pella provides excellent service from sales to install. My house is over 100 years 3pld and my energy bill is usually high over the winter. Because I upgraded my windows, I saved money this winter on my gas bill. I recommend Pella to anyone looking for new windows.
Working with Pella of Kansas City is always a positive experience. The professionalism that Ryan Christopher and John Morgan provide to Befort Construction is outstanding. The quality of Pella products and their attention to every detail brings a unique team approach to each of our projects. The experience and knowledge of the sales staff makes a difficult process easy and we highly recommend them for any project large or small.
I have worked with Ryan from Pella before and he is a quality, honest, and no BS guy. I appreciate that about him. If you are looking to do business with someone, I would definitely recommend him.
Working with Ryan Christopher was a smooth process. He has displayed integrity and honesty in each deal we have done. Highly recommend
Mark Brewer and Pella went above and beyond today. Mark was very responsive and tracked down the part for us and we got it the same day. Did right by us. Will be sending future business his way. Always want to do business with good people. Thanks again!
Susan Mulidore was awesome. I didnt work with anyone else, but her customer service is excellent. She mailed me my warranty with handwritten notes, called back when she said she would and made this process extremely easy. Kudos to Pella for finding her!
Excellent service and excellent product! Great people to work with. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company!
Ryan H. and Stephanie O. are amazing to work with on the trade side of the business. Steve and Carley are amazing on the in-home side. Glad that I am able to work with great people and a great company!
I have all Pella products in both of my homes and Im very happy. Recently had Scott Marlow out to bid a small two window job to finish out my sitting room/office. He was kind, professional, and all about quality. Scott detailed out what he would do, made some suggestions and asked appropriate questions; then did the bid right there on site. Ill continue to use this brand and this location for my personal home- thank you guys.
Ed is very professional and easy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and provided great information about the product and process for our project. We will continue to work with Ed for all of our future projects. Thanks!

She provides the time neccessary for her customers to understand their product and purchase as well as making sure they are 100 percent confident in the decision they make! I would definitely recommend working with Nadia and Pella with any of your window and door replacement needs!
Ali D. from Pella is a great sales rep. No pressure tactics, reviewed options, and was easy to work with.
