The serviceman that was sent out on both the original call to see what needed fixed and then returning to actually install the windows that needed replaced was absolutely one of the most professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable on what to do and how to do it. Took very little time to complete the task and was very pleasant to speak with. I really would appreciate that if I ever call again that I end up with Jacob. We have used Champion Windows for 3 years. Our salesman has been Danny Blevins the entire time. He usually comes our on the same day when we are ready to order our next set of windows. The installation teams have been great along with the service employees. The windows make a HUGE difference in our house in the which face west and the sun beats in most of the day. The workmanship on the sunroom appears to be fine, however, this is a horrible company to work with. First, the salesman happily took my deposit and said work would begin 3 months after I made the down payment. Did not happen until 6 months later. He said they would take care of any fees imposed by the city building permits. Ironically, they charged me $3000 to rebuild my deck that was to go under the sunroom, which offset the building permit fee they agreed to pay. It seems like he shouldve been able to access the cost at the time of contract signing and tell the truth about the deck needing to be rebuilt or reinforced at that time. Second, when I emailed the company, I received rude responses. Im sorry to bother someone I gave $12000 to who doesnt communicate with me at all in the process. Finally, I now have a fully operational sunroom except for the fact that the A/C plug doesnt fit the outlet installed and the electricity doesnt work for lights or ceiling fan. Do not give me a number to call to rectify the situation, because, GUESS WHAT (!?) no one ever calls you back or fixes the situation. I was considering putting new windows in but it wont be happening with this company.

The window installers do not pay attention to detail. 5 warped screens that would not close.Champion Windows world class warranty sucks!!! It has taken 4 months to get some one to our home. I had to go to their office twice to get something done. Now Im waiting for the screens to be replaced. They said 2 weeks. We will see.

Salesman came to our house and was extremely high pressure, we told him we like to get several estimates before we make a decision. He kept telling us if we make a decision today he was going to knock off about 3000 and I said if you cant give me that price tomorrow or next week I dont want to do business with you. Salesman still wouldnt quit and even called my wife into the kitchen even after I told him no. I can understand trying to sell some windows but the way he did it was very unprofessional and an immediate turn off.

We are repeat customers with Champion and obviously have been very satisfied, as we’ve gradually had them replace all windows in our house. They have been very professional and responsive. Their lifetime warranty gives peace of mind as well, as we did have a window seal break, and moisture fogged up the window - replacement was no hassle.

Andrew was super helpful and was a lot more helpful to us than the other guy we had talked to from a separate company! Definitely a way better experience than I was anticipating. I’m super excited and happy with the experience.

Courteous and professional from the sale to the installation. Old sliding glass door was about 45 years old and the installers had no problems. We were very pleased with the entire process.

We are in the process of a siding installation job and having a less than enjoyable experience. We are 5 days (with one day of rain) in to our job and dont even have one side of our house complete yet. Everything that has been removed (old siding and trim containing nails) is in a pile on our driveway because the dumpster that was supposed to show up Monday has still not arrived. We have 5 kids and even without children this is not a safe or professional situation. The crew that is here is doing good work but the 2-3 person crew is not enough for the work that needs to be done. They have been understanding and polite with all of our questions and concerns, I have no issue with the install crew specifically. This afternoon I was in touch with the installation manager, regarding timeliness and dumpster issue, and after a phone conversation at 2 pm and reassurance that he would check in to things for us I never received a call back before he left for the day. I expected at least a courtesy call giving us an update or a commitment that he would keep working on it all tomorrow or Monday depending on his typical week. Communication was great prior to our signing a job agreement and has been embarrassing ever since. I would not choose to deal with Champion if we were to go back and do it all again. Nor would I recommend this experience for anyone else.

We were referred to Mike Freeman by a neighbor. We met him at their showroom. He worked his schedule, so he could meet with us that evening. We have ordered new windows and feel like we received a good value. Thanks, Mike for helping us with this improvement.

I have a problem with recently installed windows. I called the service number provided by the salesman alert several messages with no response. Called the salesman and got a different number to call. Left several messages and got no response. Called the salesman again and got a number for the regional sales manager. Talked to him and then got a text from a service person asking me to be patient and they would contact me. That text was 21 days ago and I have not t been contacted. Horrible customer service.

We were given the typical treatment of you will get a discount, but only if you sign today, but I believe that is standard practice and I did not feel pressured by him. The installation went much quicker and smoother than we expected. The contractors were nice enough to fix wood rot under our old doors before they installed the new one. The windows and door all look fantastic and operate as intended. I felt reassured by the warranty they offer on their products for pretty much any type of damage. I hope that it is honored as written if we ever have to make a claim. Regardless, we were so happy with our experience that we scheduled an estimate for other work on our home. Completed a whole home window replacement last week. Installation crew was timely, responsive and tidy leaving our home beautifully complete. Our home is so much quieter and looks amazing! Its hard to realize just how bad builder grade windows are until they are replaced! This is our second home weve used Champion Windows and appreciate the workmanship and quality!

They took my deposit money, and took measurements a moth ago, I need a copy of the measurements to hire someone to build the headers which takes time to find and get on their schedule.After a month of waiting for the diagram, I asked for the measurements again. “Today” was the response. That was over a week ago. No communication since then. I have asked for a refund of my deposit and to cancel my order.

DO NOT USE Champion. They have been out 4 times in the last 6+ months trying to diagnose a problem with a sliding glass door. The final diagnosis was a bent frame and the entire door needs to be replaced. The new door was supposed to be ordered over 4 weeks ago but has not. I have talked to the supervisor, corporate and have gone to the the store but no one can tell me why the door has not yet been ordered. We have been ghosted.

I was in the process of getting bids on three replacement windows. Champion salesman Craig came out to do the presentation. He was on time, knew his product and was very personable. Taught me some things to look out for and also things to look for when purchasing windows. He was also respectful of the COVID restrictions and had his mask on the entire time that I really appreciated. He brought in a sample of the window, measured all three windows explaining how even though they look identical in size that may not always be the case. Indeed one window was slightly different. Since they are factory made that would not be a issue. The experience all in all was very good.

Danny visited us 3 times for a quote on 3 season sunroom, and he is an absolute gem to work with. Always in communication, always on time, and always works hard to get the best quote. We decided to go with Champion, just because we have thier windows (installed 15 years ago and still awesome), and because Danny is a genuinely nice guy to do business with. You cant go wrong here.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. New windows and patio door were installed. There were some issue with the installation. I called to make a service call for months, never got a return call. 4 months later finally got an appointment...they were a NO CALL NO SHOW....finally got in touch with them to set up a new appointment....same thing NO CALL NO SHOW! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! After spending 10,000 with them, they dont stand by any of it!!!
