Costco is one of the best stores out there. They have everything from food to house furniture, electronics, jewelry, and a pharmacy, plus more. The prices are good because you can buy things in bulk. You are required a membership that you may annually to shop there, but its so worth it and the employees are always super nice. Highly recommend!

Everything we buy at Costco has been fairly priced,nice in quality and they usually have nice, fresh produce.

Costco is a great store to shop for all your needs Its a one stop shop for all your needs. Being a customer for many years. However Austin (Employee) in Tire & Auto, is absolutely rude, unprofessional, unethical, racial, and just a pain to deal with. He could not do a simple task (Check tire pressure) He thinks he are doing you a favor serving you, indicating he is giving you what you need and not what you deserve he said. When asked why he wont comply and do the job he said I doesnt care you can call whomever you want threw his hands off and left.Surely forgetting he has a job because of customers like you that shop here. I would recommend thorough training or better still have him take a break.Another employee who witnessed this had to assist to protect what Costco does best.

Need more cashiers. However the folks they have are amazing.

Came in on a Sunday, and employee Austin gave me exemplary service. Unbelievably polite and friendly. Went well out of his way to help me. Costco is very lucky to have this fine person working for them.

We go to Costco for one primary reason Steven. He has gone out of his way to learn our kids names, he asks about missing family. He has candy (occasionally) to give our kids. He is the reason Costco is a great place to shop and I hope Costco takes care of him and others like him. Ask for Steven, you will be lucky to be checked out by him. :)

Overall, my experience in this store was actually AWFUL, but this Costco still gets 5 stars, and let me tell you why!My mother and I came in to talk to the phone kiosk people. The young man seemed so courteous at first, friendly, patient. We purchased a phone, came back to the kiosk to get it set up, and everything changed. This kid was so rude to my 65 year old mother (dont tell her I told), who was just trying to help me purchase a phone. What exactly happened doesnt matter, it was bad, the manager knows, not the point.I walked away and tracked down a manager (surprisingly fast too!). I explained what was happening, we walked back to the kiosk, and let me tell you, it was HANDLED. At this point I had said I just wanted to return the phone and be done, and he made exactly that happen. He apologized and assured us again that this WILL be dealt with.I was impressed. Those kiosks are technically a separate entity from Costco, but this manager understood that this was under his roof and he really took care of it.I dont remember your name sir, but thank you!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! Save Your Money!!!!!I bought tires here for a 2019 VW GTI At the end of Dec 2020 it’s been alittle over 6 mo. Now, I went through hell with leaking tire for about a month or so they finally replaced the valve stem after 3 visits and it finally stopped leaking. Today I walked out of the office for lunch and notice this, I immediately go to Costco, and they said we can do a road hazzard warranty replacement, I thought great only half a year on these they should replace them right? Wrong!!!!! They promptly check tread wear on the tire then calculated that they would refund me 98 dollars on a 175 dollar tire!!!! Prorated of course for use, not sure what kind of funny math Costco uses but a 55,000 mile tire with 6 months of use shouldn’t equal more than 50 percent of the cost to replace. Wow makes me want to cancel my membership, this is beyond ridiculous they should be ashamed, STAY AWAY Save your money find a place with a real warranty

Some products are just great. Value and quality but some are expensive and overpriced. Hope you find you cheap good buy. I have found about 10 items that I buy all the time, but the rest is too much. Service is great and people are super nice.

Very quick unload. If youre delivering a load here you wont be here long. Pretty quick unless you have to wait on a door. But once you bump the dock youre going to be done quickly.

Its a wholesale store. Its a little better than Sams club, but a lot of stuff youd never buy (like eggs in a hundred pack etc). The prices dont beat most places anymore like they used to. If you have a huge family you might check it out.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the store is well stocked despite all of the supply shortages that are occurring. Plus, who can say no to those hot dogs?

Costco is great. When you catch the deals its even better. Often you can get the name brand items cheaper than the generic Costco brand, Kirkland (although its all the same anyway). The store is always a madhouse on weekends. Tons of families who drag in tons of kids and stop at every free sample setup to feed tons of kids. As you walk out, you can beat the unhealthy but good fast food which is insanely cheap. And post pandemic they now have an ordering kiosk. OMG such an improvement. You place the order yourself, pay, wait 2-3mins and you’re done. The lines used to be 10-12 people long.

Great spot to shot in bulk. I go to Costco 1-2 times a month and always satisfied.

Numerous employees in this store treated me badly because I am disabled and I come to the vulnerable hour, which I qualify for in two ways. One employee pulled down her mask to tell me off and sprayed her spittle on my face. Another didnt know what vulnerable or disabled meant or that we were allowed. Al at checkout is amazing. The people at the front door often treat me horribly. I have a lot of experience in retail and customer service. I am always nice and friendly. I just explain that I do belong when challenged, calmly. Staff need to be trained a lot better on how to interact with people, especially those with invisible disabilities or disabilities in general. A lot of other disabled people I know avoid this store because of how it treats disabled people. The door staff need to be told what all the qualifications for coming to the vulnerable hour are. I like the products. But yall need to treat people decently, whether or not you view them as different or not belonging when you look at them. Supervisors, management and Costco Inc do nothing but say what did happened didnt, or that things will change but they dont, so theres no point in talking to them. There is no other store that treats me like this for being disabled.

Verbally abused--- did I embarrass you . ---- Had an absolutely horrible experience. Was using the company card when I got to check out the cashier said thats not my picture. Told her it was the company card. She asked for my card which I had trouble finding it in my bag, while I was finding the card she called over the customer service supervisor. He demanded to see my photo i d. The customer service manager said that he is not willing to let me purchase my items. At that point I offered to go to customer service and have them reprint my card. At that point I found my card and resented it. He then said and I quote did I embarrass you. Not sorry, did I embarrass you absolutely without remorse. Beware people the customer service have no empathy.

We like shopping here but itll be a while before we come back again to shop because of where we live.

Everything is ok but I wish you could have the option to buy a hot dog with out having a soda come with it.

I worked there at CDS for a day handing out free samples of fruit by the foot to people and kids. It was fun. I almost ran out of the samples, I had one left! Great experience.

Spacious store. Had the quarter pound beef hotdogs with lemonade on a hot day. Delish. Samples out were cooked oatmeal and Ritz crackers. Clean and large bathroom facility.

Heading aid center at Lenexa is the best. They always take good care of me.

Its always busy but this store is always clean, has friendly employees, and the shelves are stocked.

I went in to just look around. Picked up a few things and decided to get a membership card. I signed up for the executive card because theyre running a promotion to get 60 dollars off if you get approved for their Citibank card. They gave me more credit then I will ever need. Im used to shopping at Target. So everything I got was about 60% off if you compared it to the same portion sizes. I will put them all in baggies and take them to work with me. Overall a great experience. They always stop you at the door to check your items which is just a mild annoyance when they are really busy. Make sure you take your own reusable bags with you as they dont bag anything up for you.

Great deals on pretty much everything! Pizza and frozen coffee they have at the food court is amazing. I go about twice a month for groceries and some coffee!

I was told my prescription would be ready at 3:30 pm. I arrived at 4:40 pm and was told it would be another 5 to 10 minutes. Finaly st 5:25 my prescription was ready. If it is going to take another hour tell your customers that. Dont tell them it will be 10 minutes when you know it will be at least another hour. That is a perfect way to loose customers.

Although, its Dec 15th, it was not crowded. There were some great items on sale, great food casseroles, unique cheeses, appetizers, etc ... for my Xmas Party. Found a very unique paper towel holder that I love because you can actually tear off one sheet at a time with just a slight pull. Love Costcos products and Kirkland Food.

Checking receipts is an illegal search and seizer. Once i purchase the product the product is my property and costco has no right to search my property unless they have a warrant.

So I went here today with my friend intending to get a membership. Well we walked around for a bit and went to the bakery to get one of their delicious cakes. While looking at the cakes we didn’t see any large sheet cakes for purchase. My friend asked the lady making the cakes if they had any sheet cakes and the lady replied “they are preorder and always have been” in a rude tone. My friend then asked her how much in advance they needed to be ordered and again the lady was rude and stated, 24 hours like they have always been.” I’m not sure why this lady was so rude and why she had to include that the way Costco has always done things. I have never purchased anything from Costco and I never will now. Perhaps it’s because I don’t look like a typical shopper there or maybe she was having a bad day. I’m not sure but they won’t get my business. Rudeness is something I won’t tolerate!

I found all the items i needed plus more and you guys are great and i dont have to make frequent trips to get these items because i found them all under one roof.

Had problems with my membership. I renewed it on February 27th 2020, they said it expired on January. I told them should be a year from date of renewal. I asked them for a contract info so l could call or write someone. Spent about 30 minutes talking to people. First they had me go to membership desk. That was to no avail. Went back and asked the girl for a manager. She got one and he looked up my card, he said card was renewed on date l said. We went back to membership desk and after several more minutes they ended up doing something, not sure exactly what but took so long l told them 3 different times to just give my card and receipt back and let me be on my way, anyway l was disappointed with Costco

Today March 12 Costco business reminded me of Christmas. The meat counters were around half full. Of course there were no wipes. I have to wonder how many of these folks are teleworking?

The pharmacy is the WORST! The staff acts like they are doing YOU a favor to fill your scripts. 10 people waiting to pick up and ONE person working the counter.. They are not always the cheapest. Use goodrx and dump Costco. I am.

Good place to shop and comparing to the one on OP this Costco is less crowded and more spacious. Its worth driving extra couple of miles to go to this particular Costco. Employees are nice and they have time to engage with customers. Keep up the good work.

Love Costco except on weekends, when I hate Costco. Avoid Costco on Sat/Sun and you will be fine.

Ive been a member for over 10 years and Ive noticed a steady decline in quality and customer service. Worse yet, the more I have to visit the customer service counter because of quality issues, the more I notice the anti-customer trend. Over and over again theyve given me the run around on checking inventory, doing a return, or getting a price adjustment for something that went on sale the week after I bought it. Nothing is ever easy and everything requires you to talk to at least 3 different people.The impetus for this review is the addition of new self checkouts. They are the absolute worst setup possible! No scanner gun so everything, even heavy items, have to go on the counter. They also force you to put most items on the holding area/scale before they will let proceed. Has no one at Costco used a self checkout at any other company in the last 10 years? At Sams Club they have Scan and Go on your phone, scanner guns so nothing has to come out of the cart, and no scales.

Its nice but some stuff in clothing deal unorganized. I Definitely recommend. You do need a member ship but you get discounts and big boxes and good deals! They also have a restaurant.

In-laws have a membership and for me I prefer Sams. I do like the Kirkland pet beds that are sold, though. Overall the prices might be slightly better at Costco, but I prefer the car wash, cafeteria, and meat options of Sams. This is probably my own bias, though, since I was able to get a Sams membership cheaper than Costco.

Yogi Berra could have been speaking of Costco when he said, Nobody goes there anymore. It’s too crowded. Yet, service at the checkout was good. Shoppers enjoyed lots of food samples this noon hour, only a few of us in any apparent hurry as drizzle fell briefly outside. I found potato salad, some of the best anywhere, and rode home. More shopping another day.

I love Costco! They have good prices on almost everything, if you dont mind buying in bulk. Their apparel has gotten to be much better quality over the past few years, and you can find some real bargains, if you dont mind trying on at home, as there are no fitting rooms. The jewelry is first rate. Their diamonds are the same quality the luxury jewelers sell, and some certified. Their contact lens prices also cant be beat!

I came in and the place was packed like sardines, which wouldn’t be too big of a problem, I understand other people have to get groceries, but my cashier was rude. For some unadvertised reason, the only card they don’t accept is MasterCard Credit cards, so when I went to pay for my groceries, using a card I knew had enough balance for the remained after I paid for some in cash, it was declined. Cashier told me this only after the fact, and as I don’t carry more than one credit card on me, I had to have the whole transaction voided. If that is a policy you have, then you need to have something that says that at the front, not a clearly-stressed cashier that just tells me offhandedly like I’m supposed to have multiple types of cards ready when basically every other place I visit takes MasterCard or advertises otherwise. I will not be back to this location.

If you have a little storage space. You can find really good savings on items you need for every day.
