I received the wrong product. It may have been my fault for ordering the wrong product. I was able to return the product and exchange it for the correct product with no problem and excellent customer service that went far beyond expectations.

I had recently placed an order and my package was reported by the local post office as stolen for they confirmed it was scanned and delivered by them. I reported this to DHE Customer Services and Ray had arranged to resend a package as a one-time courtesy. Thank you DHE for the excellent customer service!!!

Was very impressed with Dental Health Essentials. I accidently ordered my product twice, when I realized what I had done, I emailed them and asked that one order be cancelled. They were very prompt at getting back to me and cancelling the duplicate order. Delivery was very quick and I am very happy with my product.

Do not order from this site guys... it is a scam. Please please read the other reviews and take them very seriously.My order has not arrived. They ignore all my emails which go to voicemail and emails are not responded too.They also used my card details to make several unauthorised purchases.I have involved the police and they are working hard to track these guys down and bring them to justice.Use at your own risk...!!!

DHE charged for two tubes of toothpaste but only delivered one. I reached out six times, giving the company the benefit of the doubt during this crazy time. No response, refund, or replacement. Not a company I would recommend!

I wish I could give this a 5 star review .....I ordered the 4 pack of 35% opalescence teeth Whiting gel.....great price but....It had half filled gel in the syringes...it was the nice mint flavor like from the dentist office but I do believe it was only 20% instead of 35%...it has not whitened like the 35% that I have used before...I guess the old saying is right ...You get what you pay for....lesson learned with me

I wish this has minus -10 stars since their costumer service the worst and useless. Their phone numbers are not in service and trying to contact through the email seems not work either. Not reply or anything. They already took the money from my order but has been 4 days and is still in processing and not any update about it. I wish can cancel that transaction for such a failure service. Plus I’m thinking this company is scam to steal money based on people’s needs. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED!

I hate that I need to write this review! I’ve heard great things about one of their products, and had tried the MI paste through a friend. I went to order 2 bottles of it from this company, and IMMEDIATELY I noticed it said “MI Plus” even though I had wanted MI paste (NO fluoride). So I IMMEDIATELY wrote to company via the contact information provided, saying my order #, name, and details of the order, and that I needed the MI paste sent to me, NOT the MI Paste Plus (which has fluroride). I didn’t hear back from them. I have ordered so many things, in general, over the years, and usually receive great customer service, that I just assumed they would make the easy switch for my order. NOPE... when the order arrived, it was the MI Paste PLUS (with fluoride 😷). I have left 3-4 messages already, and can not get a returned phone call from this company. They have not sent out the right order. They have not responded AT ALL. So, now I have over $40 of product that is worthless to me. What a waste, but I’m still holding out hope that this company will do the right thing. I’ll adjust my review if that happens, to reflect any positive action taken by the company.

DO NOT USE. I placed an order almost two weeks ago and have submitted 3 email requests and left two voice messages and still have yet to receive any response. Filed a claim through my bank for services not rendered and given the non responsive nature of this seller am expecting a full refund.

They are selling products illegally on the internet. Opalescence is supposed to be only sold through a dental office. Somehow they are selling this product online. I tried contacting them, but they never responded. If you are buying any product from them buyer beware. It is most likely fake product.
