The manager at the Lenexa store, Joanne was amazing! Kind and certainly sensitive to the situation at hand. She helped me to get two arrangements delivered personally by her when a delivery problem occurred. She also made these arrangements above and beyond what was ordered. I placed an order on 9/2 at 11:02am (when order completed which took forever to provide the information.). When I spoke to the representative, I specifically explained that I would need this Birthday Edible Arrangement to be delivered NO LATER THAN NOON on 9/3 as there would be a Birthday Luncheon at my husbands office for his birthday. Both women I spoke with said there should not be a problem. I asked if this couldnt be done, I would happily have someone pick it up (there is only 8.3 miles, approximately 13 minutes) to the delivery point. At Noon, no delivery had been received. I called the Lenexa office and spoke to another Rude woman who said that it should be delivered by 4pm. I stated that this was totally unacceptable as I had mentioned the prior day that my husband would probably be leaving the office early. She was not able to tell me anything other than it would get there sometime and asked if I would like to cancel the order. She couldnt tell me if it was on a vehicle to be delivered or anything about my order.Extremely unhappy with the customer service that I received. I will not be ordering from this company EVER AGAIN.Teresa Grove

Very negative experience. Placed a same day delivery gift order for a friend’s birthday. Order was placed before 11 am and tracking kept showing “arranging now” . Tried calling the store that evening with no answer . Called customer care the next day ( a weekend) and they could see order was not ready, but they had to talk to the local store to try fix it . The gift never showed up and it took several calls and over an hour on the phone with customer care to get a refund even though they could clearly see in the tracking status that this order was not fulfilled. Would give a negative star if that was an option.

I ordered a gift to be sent the next day. It never arrived and I got no notice that they hadn’t been able to deliver. I called and asked again to resend the order. I was told they would send it again the next day. Still nothing and no communication with me that the order was unable to be delivered. I tried calling multiple times on a Tuesday during business hours and got no answer. I couldn’t leave a voicemail because the message box was full. I do not like leaving negative reviews but this was really disappointing. If an order cannot be delivered, I should receive some type of notice so I’m able to try again.

I ordered online almost 3 weeks ago I received notification that the order had been received However I needed to have delivery after 3:30 but every time I called the shop I always got an answering machine and I called repeatedly for several days. The answering machine’s voice mail was always reported to be full with every call I made thus I couldn’t leave a message I have no idea if it’s going to be delivered or not but I didn’t want my grandson to be left with nothing

I had a gift made and sent to my boyfriend’s job last week. I ordered it Tuesday evening and they delivered it Wednesday afternoon. He could not stop gushing over how much he loved it and he said everything was great. It had 2 cheesecakes, 6 chocolate dipped pineapples and strawberries. He was very satisfied, so I am too.

It was delivered same day as promised. The website tracker still says were making your arrangement now! But again, it was sent and received.

First and last time I will ever use this company. I sent an arrangement to a patient at a hospital. I received a delivery notice, but the patient did not receive the bouquet. I have tried to call the store numerous times during business hours. No one ever answers the phone. I can not leave a voicemail because the mailbox is always full. I submitted an inquiry through the website and received a reply that the store owner would get back to me in 48 hours. It has been 5 days and no one has ever called me. They got my money. I guess that is all they care about.

If I could I would give no stars got a gift dropped of at neighbors house three blocks away and they just left it outside .here happy mothers day !heres some melted strawberries happy😡

I live in Rhode Island and called the store on Friday morning. I worked with Drake who was super helpful and polite. I wanted to place an order to deliver same day. Drake helped me make great choices and was very easy to work with on the phone. I wish I was close enough to go in to meet and thank him personally!! The recipient was very surprised! The arrangement was fresh and quite full in size! Definitely a win win for everyone!! Thanks Drake for everything, you definitely have customer for life!!

I ordered a same day delivery for my husband for our anniversary on Friday. He received it in great time and everything tasted great! I was a little disappointed to find out that he received the goodies in plastic cups instead of the mugs I ordered online. I expressed this via email to the store and had a call from the manager about it on Monday! She explained that the mugs have been out of stock and they have been trying to get it removed from the site - understandable situations. She offered to make and deliver some extra strawberries. I was very happy that someone called me so quickly and was willing to go above to make me happy. Overall, Im very pleased with my experience and will definitely use this store again!

Have been here many times in the past. Wasn’t pleased with the service so went to the Overland Park location. Must be new management.

This was a nice surprise for my daughters 27th birthday everything was delicious and looked very nice delivery was on time and the staff was very nice and professional definitely a 200$ well spent!! Disinterested in providing service towards the end of the day. Open sign off and waited around for a while before getting an exasperated response when asking questions. Good stuff but order online if you don’t want the shade.

Joanna Ramsey is AMAZING! I had a large corporate order with deliveries all over the area and she made it incredibly easy. She went out of her way to make it happen! Everyone should use this store for their orders!

Anna was over the top! She help me choose the best arrangement for my engagement. I got wonderful compliments on the size and appropriateness and quality from the guests. She texted me a picture of it on her way to deliver it. She was extremely professional and efficient! The delivery time was beyond my expectations! She called me right after to let me know she had delivered it! I am so impressed! The best experience Ive had in a very long time with this type of business!

My husband ordered from this location for my birthday. The order was delivered to my work and the only thing that was correct in the order was the balloon. I called the store and the girl I spoke with was very nice and she said they would refund all but $20. She called back maybe 20 min later to say that she had spoken to her manager and they would just refund the whole order. Flash forward two weeks and no refund. I called the store and spoke to the manager who had amnesia about the whole thing. They also said they couldn’t find my order by name or order number so I had to call their customer service line. Customer service was helpful and the refund is *hopefully* processing. My husband spent over $100 and I got $40 worth of product and it wasn’t even any of what he ordered. I love edible arrangements and we order frequently but this was the first time from this location and they just couldn’t seem to get it together.

Boyfriend ordered an arrangement for Valentines day for me for well over $200. It never arrived. I had to drive thirty minutes out of my way each way to try to pick it up (I tried calling nobody answered). When I got there they said it was currently out for delivery, after the time listed that my office was closed. They did cancel and refund the cost of the arrangement but it didnt make for a nice Valentines day. Especially when I was already sick and my boyfriend was leaving for work. Nobody had attempted to contact us by phone or email to make us aware of the non-delivery.

I just had Taste The Love Platter delivered for an anniversary and am highly disappointed! Paid extra for same day delivery which was great! But the products itself is not worth the money paid. I did an add on of balloons and only recieved 2 out of the 3. Yes, it is only 1 balloon missing but considering their upcharge I find that highly offensive. The platter itself is not at all what was pictured on the website either. Highly disappointed!!

Second time ordering delivery from this location. When I tracked my order and realized it had not been delivered yet. I called the location at 4 very helpful made sure my delivery made it before the destination business closed at 5. Friendly helpful service that I appreciated. Edible Arrangements a easy way to put a smile on someone face.

Had them deliver an arrangement to my niece in celebration for her first day of Kindergarten. She absolutely loved it!! Great service and would highly recommend using their services!

Picked up an expensive fruit basket for Mother’s Day... fruits were stale and did not look fresh at all.. end of the pineapple flowers were all soft. Picked up a box of chocolate strawberries and even those weren’t fresh. From my experience the quality of these super expensive fruit baskets has degraded. After buying from here for several years I have decided it’s not worth the money.

This store sucks, did not answer my phone calls, the package never showed up and they didnt even contact to say they were not going to. Horrible customer service, I would not definitely recommend this nor would I be a return customer.
