Simply a great store with a helpful staff. I seem to be really blind when trying to find things at grocery stores but when I asked the staff, they were able to walk me to the right area and point out everything I was asking for. I drive two hours to go to this store just because they have things that I cant find anywhere near where I live. Worth the drive and the money!

After 2 year of being a Customer. I started having bad experiences. Goat Meat was spoiled twice. I had to throw it away. Came here today for 4lb meat. I am adviced by butcher to get 8lbs if I need good meat. Never coming back again.

Good selection and friendly employees. I was asking about cooking with tamarind and went to check out with just some turmeric powder, and the cashier made sure I was buying the right thing since hed heard me ask about the other similar-sounding product. I did only need turmeric, but it was thoughtful of him to ask; Ill definitely be back.

I have been to the store many times, but I am very disappointed with my experience after today. My mother I were shopping today and my mom accidentally broke a jar of product. She immediately apologized and let the cashier know. We continued to shop the store and no one said anything to us. When we came to check out, a different man at the cashier rudely called out my mother for dropping the jar. She apologized again and the cashier continued to lecture her about being more careful with items. She calmly explained to him she has carpel tunnel which affects her grip and stated again it was an accident and apologized, she also offered to pay for the item. The cashier then says let me go ask my manger??? So he leaves us to go ask the manager if can charge us $5 for the product....He returns and says his manger said it was ok to charge us??? I was very disappointed at the way he spoke to my mother and made it seem like we were delinquents. I dont feel like a $5 item should be made into such an ordeal for a customer if you want them to return to your business. I will likely not be shopping there again.

Not really sure sure about it 😕 because theres no space to fit my Combination truck, parked on the mean street and run in to to get my favorites but theres very long line that I was worried to get a ticket 🎟 for blocking traffic in a such busy city street. Just left hungry 😫 and angry 😠

Very reasonable prices compared to other Halal stores and the owner is very helping. Whatever you need, you can just tell him and you will find that thing on the shelves the next time you pay a visit there. There is a variety of spices and meat options; and Lebanese, Asian, Turkish- almost every cuisine is there. Even though it takes us an hour to drive upto there, its worth it.

I discovered Pak Halal several years back and have been buying hard-to-find Middle Eastern foods there since. For convenience I try to schedule a shopping trip to Pak Halal on the same day that I have lunch at the Holy Land Cafe, a door or so to the west.My usual purchases include dates, figs, feta cheese and freshly baked pita bread, all of which I consider to be of better quality and taste than I can find in the local supermarkets. When I feel more adventuresome I also try foods from a much wider variety of cultures to include especially Indian and other Asian countries.

This is the place with worst customer service. The meat guy (bald man) is the most rude guy I have ever met in any store. He is always ready to fight with you.I dont know who is the owner of this store but please sir if you are reading this and if you want customer in your store, work towards customer service first.As far as products are concerned they are fine.

Excellent Middle Eastern market. They offer great selections of Middle Eastern groceries and freshly baked bread every day. I like the nonalcoholic beer that they have and the creamy cheese. The only disadvantage is that its a little pricy.

Pack halal is the place to go for fresh meat and poultry among other things. I like this place and its friendly employees, but I was disappointed last time on 08/16/2018 when I stopped to buy Lamb. As I approached the meat section, I asked the employee for a fresh leg of Lamb cut to my specification. Since I had other shopping to do, I told him I will be back later for my order. When I went back after I was done with my shopping, I was surprised to see an oversized plastic bag(I wish if I opened it to check the contents) in which I asked the question as to why its heavier than usual 8.49lb. I really didnt want to embarrasse my self and the employee in front other customers so left. After I arrived home, I was surprised to find out not only I got a leg cut to my specifications but also parts of ribs and other indistinguishable pieces of meat and fat!!! I think, honesty is the key to successful business, but in my case the employee was not honest with me. Im really disappointed. I did call the store, I only received an apology .

Most often get great chicken and desserts from here. Staff is friendly and very approachable, try to get there half-hour before closing time for meat purchases.

The two people who were working there today were not wearing masks.

They are selling the expired food.On the top when asked for order in advance for meat, and once we arrived they never have the order ready they ignored it by saying we are human being and we make mistakes . Mistakes are for one time not each time customer has to go through with the same problems . This is discrimination . Because you don’t like us to come to your store . And this what you have said ‘ i don’t want to see you in my store ‘

There are the worst place for meat. Each time I buy meat I call them and tell them that it was not what I expected and they say that they are sorry but they will make sure next time it will not happen.Last time I was there I bought several pounds of steak, I thought I shouldnt worry but, when I got home it was a mess. The meat is not even good for stew ( full of fat and fibers, its like eating plastic).Please be careful because they lie and they use halal just to get more people.In my opinion this is not halal or not even a normal business. Your customers suppose to be first.I was disappointed and I will not waist my money any more.Farmers market, I guess, will be a much better option.

I called to check price on a stuff. The guy told me they cant give prices over the phone, I have to swing by. Service sucks. I live 35 min away so he wants me to come by waste my gas and time to check a price and then go back to my place to grab money and then go to his store. Thats really dumb. Shame on you.

The place is extra clean the meat department unbelievable the best pita bread I tried their pita breed at the RUMMAN restaurants The owner of Rumman Sammy told us that he gets his meet and pita bread from this place we went up there it was worth it ‘definitely we go back for pita bread and some Middle Eastern grocery shopping

Horrible customer service and extremely rude people, especially in the meat processing area. They dont have any respect for peoples time and functions with an attitude that they are the only one meat shop in the whole Kansas City area.They take phone orders for meat and if you have atleast 2-3 customers in line, you can easily spend 2-3 hours in the store. They will let their Pakistani customers sneak through on the other waiting customers. Also, they will use some pieces of meat from here and there and charge you for the higher price category. I have experienced atleast 2-3 times bad shopping experiences with this store and I will never go back to this store again. They dont have any respect for their customers even if you are a regular shopper and dont know how to do business at all.

Great local source for hookah shisha and coals. They mostly carry Al Fakher brand, and have maybe 10-12 flavors. I just wish they had a little more diverse selection and bring in more flavors and/or more brands/lines.

I moved to Kansas from Dallas just few days back. In Dallas, I used to buy any kind of meat (beef, mutton, chicken) from Indo-Pak halal store in Richardson. Pak Halal in Kansas has no compare with it. First time I went on 19th April evening. Chicken was kind of ok, but beef was so hopeless. I do not know exact English word to explain the type of meat it was. You cannot chew or swallow. You guys have named the store Pak Halal, but this is haram to cheat the customer like this. I am not going to this store anymore. I will have to find another store. Rating should be 1 out of 5.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with these people. We bought a jar of green olives which wasnt sealed correctly. Hence, it was bad. When I went to return it, the guy asked for the receipt, which we lost. The guy knew me because I frequented that place. However, he didnt return it because he said I may have brought the jar from another place. I left the crappy item there, and told him Id never come back. Their customer service is absolutely bad!

My review only for the meat department.Meat departments representative is the most rude person I ever seen. I went to store 2 days prior and ask for a specific item. He told me to call them on the certain day and they will have it ready when I arrive to the store. He gives me his store card and asks me to call. I call at that specific date and person on the call takes my order and tell me it will be ready when I arrive. I went to the store after work and asked to get my order, person that is charge for the department is being rude (same person that talked to me 2 days ago) and tells me they dont take orders over the phone and tells me they dont have anything for me to pick up eventhough he went to the fridge and looks at the items and comes back and tells me that they dont take orders over the phone. Well, this store lost my business, I would rather to drive 30 mins to go somewhere than go to this store.
