The staff are great and always helpful. The remodel did wonders for it, and the pharmacy is a huge benefit. Several self-checkout stations, but there are always employees willing to check you out! It’s very clean and organized and easy to navigate.Bonus: the wheels on the carts always work!

Dont get your Covid vaccine here. The person giving the shots is too nervous and she puts the needle in super-slowly. Covid vaccines have a small needle and the fluid doesnt sting, so there is no reason for it to hurt. But the young woman doing it makes it as painful as possible.

Worst sushi in town. The store itself is okay, but avoid the sushi counter at all costs. Even the freshest sushi has badly cooked rice (not sticky), brown avocado pieces, and stale fish. Ive tried several times but now feel its my civic duty to warn others away.

Since its remodel, the site is looking real sharp. I really like the new setup with separate areas for ready made food. I dont like the ONE entrance and exit door however. Employees are always nice.

Nice store but beware their meat market prices. You look at the price for a ribeye and think its per pound like every food store in Texas charges. Come to find out its per item. So, instead of $14.99 per pound on a plain jane ribeye, your actually paying $22.50 per pound. I look at this as a ploy to be able to overprice an item going on the basis that most people wont notice until their paying and wont send it back at that point. Either make it per pound or put in BIG letters its per item.

This HyVee is great, not as fancy as some other locations, but this one has everything I need and always great help.

I love this HyVee and I love the new updates. This is by far the cleanest, nearest location I’ve been to. I really love the sitting area with the fireplace. The associates are nice (all with the exception of one or two people I’ve encountered)

Remodel looks good. Understaffed at the check lanes so people end up waiting on assistance creating a log jam at the front. Drink coolers also didn’t have much to pick from, which is a bummer in August. Nice store though, clean and people are friendly.

This store is remodeled and very nice! Want made a difference for me was the people, the employees. They have had excellent training in customer service. The employees were so helpful as well as the management staff. I was very surprised about the level of service and I would give them five stars! Keep up the great work!

Today October 18th at 3:20pm to 3:40pm …… If I could give them no stars I would. I just went into here to purchase some flowers and carnations. The employee at register 6, took five minutes to acknowledge me she was on her phone the whole time. The employee, Crystal came from the customer service desk to attempt to help the other employee at register 6, was complaining the whole time on how many flowers I wanted to purchase. Once I made the purchase, the older employee threw the money down on the counter while my hand was out. They never said have a good day or thanks for coming in. They didn’t give me the receipt I had to get it myself. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this HyVee. Those women were seem to problem with ethnicity…I had horrible customer service today….and nobody deserves to be treated that way!

Excellent local grocery store. It had been awhile since my last visit to this location... and wow the remodel is outstanding. Now includes several options if you need to grab a quick bite to eat. Also has a small floral shop when the need arises.

Im a big fan of Hy-Vee. They have a lot of great sales and a large variety of foods. Staff is always friendly and the store is very clean.

I love the remodel this store got, and all the new services they are providing! I almost always have a great experience here when I shop. Unfortunately, I am extremely skeptical of anything from the bakery, because the most recent time I was there, I witnessed the lady behind the counter picking her nose before she saw me standing nearby. She quickly replaced her mask over her mouth, but not her nose, and greeted me. She did not wash her hands before returning to her work. Because of this I will probably never purchase anything from the bakery here, because I have no way to know who made it, or if that woman touched it.

We came to this Hy-vee for our wedding needs: flowers, catering, and wedding cake. Everything met our expectations or better. Some wildly better! Communication with David in Catering and Lori in Floral were spectacular, and many of our guests commented on how AMAZING our cake and our food was. Seriously, so many comments about how good it all was. PLENTY of food and cake, but so many people went back for seconds. I even had one uncle tell me he has never gotten full at a wedding before ours! So wonderful! I am beyond grateful to everyone that helped with our special day, and I am telling EVERYONE about you because the VALUE for the QUALITY is completely unmatched. The caterers that stayed were so incredibly kind and helpful; just all around a great day thanks to Hy-vee!

Me and my family have been coming to this HyVee for years and they have always been friendly and helpful. We use their grocery pickup service; it is such a convenience! Employees and management are super kind and helpful. Honestly not hard to see why this place has such great ratings!

This store never fails to disappoint. I’ve lived in Lenexa for just a little over a year and probably shopped here a total of four times. Today was the last. (This time I mean it, really!!!)I went to get a coffee creamer that was available according to an online site. They didn’t have it, either out of it or it never was there. I decided to get something for lunch and dinner as long as I was there. The bucket of chicken I got was nearly inedible. Dry and old or maybe overcooked. I tried 3 different pieces and all were the same. Terrible.I shopped at the Prairie Village location for several years before I moved to Lenexa and never was unhappy with the quality or availability of items.

This was my first time visiting since the remodel was completed. What a fantastic store upgrade! Everything was bright and clean. The produce, fresh seafood, meats, cheeses, bakery, and deli were amazing with great selections! I definitely look forward to shopping here again.

I absolutely love the new renovated store, but having more self checkout lanes than cashiers should not occur on the weekend. Please make sure your prices are accurate and the people that assist at the self checkout are friendly. Me: My salad rang up wrong, should be $1.99. Him: Which salad. Me: The salad in the bag. Him: Which salad? Me: What do you mean...I have ONE salad. Him: (Looks through the bags) Me: Now I dont want it. Take it off completely!! I am annoyed by the lack of customer service. Its a shame.

As a door dash delivery driver, I will no longer pick up grocery orders from this location. Most Hy-Vee’s are super friendly and fast, but this location ALLWAYS makes you wait 20+ minutes and are super rude. They act like you are a big inconvenience delivering groceries for them.

This hyvee is the worst. Mostly their brands only. They have gotten rid of most of the products and brands that I look for. Very limited choices even if you ask for something to be brought back they say yes but it never returns. I ended up shopping at 87th street unless I need something in a hurry.

I had ordered catering for our employees to enjoy as a Christmas treat. We had the pick 6 off of the breakfast menu and there was more than enough to feed all 26 people. I as well as all of our staff thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Everything was cooked perfectly and it was delivered on time. Thank you!

I checked out and forgot a product at the register. I called to see what I could do since I forgot it (still have my receipt) and they offered no help. They said someone else probably put it in their bag. Didn’t offer checking cameras, giving another product. Product was $11.99 so it sucks since it wasn’t just a couple dollars. Will not return to this store. Terrible customer service!

Though employees friendly, the meat dept. Is a bit of a mindfreak. It has all the looks of an amazing hometown butcher place with several options, but EVERYTIME, it tastes prepackaged, fake, and even trying to go to the meat area to find packaged items its all processed brand shipped stuff that is only brought in for executive product sales perks... not quality only quantity. The size of meat counter is a that of a charlatan to trick people that ALL that product is freshly made. Not to mention they put pre-cooked product in with the raw products in same case.

The recent renovations are great. Prices are still very competitive and their take and bake section is really nice.

Hy-Vee Lenexa Floral Dept - We used the floral department for our wedding in August - they did an awesome job! We worked with Lori and she was so nice and helpful. Lori helped me put together my bridal bouquet and made excellent recommendations. She was very responsive and professional. Everything looked gorgeous!

This was the second Hy-Vee store I had been to. The first was in St Louis, this one was way cleaner then the one in Spanish Lake, St Louis. Lots of selection. They take great care of customers. Even the bathrooms are clean.

Love this store. Clean, friendly/helpful (besides the Karen in bakery overnight), and well stocked. My only gripe with this store is the lady that works in bakery overnight. Apparently she has a personal vendetta against me because I asked her to slice some bread one night. I went over to the bakery section and stood there for a good 10+ mins, so I called customer service and said theres a worker back here, but she isnt acknowledging me. Her manager comes over and has her help me. The first thing she states is, we are closed and nothing more; if thats the case why are you helping me then I obviously didnt say that, but it litterally takes less than a min to put some bread in the auto slicer and wrap it back up. It wasnt like I was asking her to bake a cake. Now everytime I go and I see her she runs and hides in the back, wont make eye contact with me, or mean mugs me. Its rather hilarious 🤣.

Great products. Good prices. But this time I had to wait a half an hour to get my order once I was there. This was after sending the HERE text twice. But Ive used them many times and their the two star rating is because their slowness half the time in getting my grocery order out to my car once I show up. Keep their store phone number handy. I do prefer the Lenexa Hy-Vee since they dont require their workers to work out of astorage bin in the middle of the parking lot out in the freezing cold. The Lenexa store has them coming out from the store.

The new layout is wide open and attractive. My only dislike is that fresh deli items such as egg salad are only available in very small amounts at the self serve kiosk near the registers. I like to get a lb of egg salad, enough to make a few sandwiches. :)

They were going to call the police on me because I was barefoot, a religious preference of mine from my American Indian heritage. Then, they sold me an overpriced can opener for $15 while I stood outside. Someone must Spike the coffee and employee break room that day. Everyone working that day had lost their freaking minds! Regardless I still like this store and I love the new remodel. And to the management, please keep your employees off the drugs.

I usually receive bad experience dealing with pharmacy’s because they are always in a bad mood or just terrible in customer service. Since I moved here I tried out CVS and I hated how rude they were to me. They made it seem like everything was an issue or get super frustrated when trying to explain things to me. Well I recently saw my doctor and he recommended me to get my prescription medicine through Hy-Vee pharmacy here in Lenexa. Let me tell ya.... I am so happy I did because I had a great experience with them. I came in and the pharmacist was so helpful. They made getting my prescription so easy. My biggest thing is customer service and they did a great job. Everyone was super kind and friendly. To be honest .... probably the best pharmacy I have ever gone to!

I like Hyvee although the prices can be a bit steep. Loved shopping for my clients that lived in the area of a few, but also liked shopping there myself when I stayed by the one off Shawnee Mission Pkwy. The stores hours fit my schedule (like shopping when barely noone is there) selections are good, food looks fresh, stores always kept clean and you feel comfy walking around it...also like the bakery and gifts like roses... oh and the BBQ amazing! My mom likes Hyvee too she says she likes the stands that offer finger foods 😆

If you havent dined at hyvee you are missing out. I can only speak of the Ridgeview location however.

I guess Hy-vee has join the stupid Walmart decision to closed their stores after midnight. Hy-vee was the only Grocery store I could count on to be open after midnight when I need something, not anymore.

Hyvees s produce always looks delicious. They have a top notch customer service protocol in place. Im always impressed.

I have always liked this location...until today. A gentleman had forgotten his mask and even asked for one before shopping (I heard him explain to the cashier). She was just disrespectful and rude and you could tell said guy was uncomfortable. He said as he left to have a good day and she didnt acknowledge him or say anything back. He made a mistake and forgot his mask... geez its not the end of the world. You dont know what he might have been dealing with this morning. Needless to say I will not be giving business to this location due to the standoffish vibes from this lady.
