The estimate process was easy. The scheduling was good although they were booked for a few weeks. I was kept informed of the process of the repairs and it was done when promised. They did a great job on matching paint and it’s looks great. The final bill matched the estimate. I’d definitely use them again!

This time I went back for my drivers side mirror to be replaced, and wow! Carstar Lenexa finished the body work on my vehicle 2 days early and it looks fantastic. It was a nice bonus, too, to step into a clean vehicle. The floors were vacuumed, the surfaces were all wiped clean and even the seats look better than when I left my vehicle there last week. It even had that new car smell! Great work on the collision damage, Carstar! You did an excellent job!

Car star provided me with paint-less dent repair on damage that another repair shop had told me would require much more extensive body work. Because the paint has not been cracked, Carstar was able to fix it perfectly at half the cost and no need to paint and try to match colors. They did so quickly with no hassles. Very courteous. I am thankful I used them.

We used CARSTAR to get an estimate together for our insurance claim. They were extremely professional and friendly to work with and very quick with getting the information to our insurance company.

Very nice job. They worked with the insurance company and Enterprise car rental. Which is nice.Took longer than expected for two dents. But it is a 2021 and parts are not readily available yet. Had to wait a few days to get a new factory wheel.

Went for estimate on fender bender. Was quoted costs on numerous items that did not need repair.

They would receive a 5 star if they would have called me back to fix their mess up. To most people it wouldnt be that big of a deal, but when I called a week ago and was told someone would call me back the next day and here it is a week later and still no call. Thats the only reason they dont get 5 stars. They were very friendly professional and got work done early, but now they just need to work out a time with me to come back for one little minor thing. I would still recommend them to anyone, just have better communication with people when you say you will.

Carstar repaired my Silverado after a collision. The repairs were done so well it was like it never happened. Also, I found the staff to be incredibly pleasant and informative. Although the repairs took a little longer than anticipated, based on the pandemic and associated difficulties, the delay was reasonable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with their quality and professionalism!

I went in for a quote and was treated so professionally. They gave a thorough estimate but were not high pressure. It was minor damage on my car but I had to get two more estimates after I had stopped at CarStar. By far, this was the best experience and it came in just a bit cheaper on the estimate than the two competitors. We just picked up my car today from having the work done and it is outstanding! We will use CarStar in the future for our body shop needs.

Done right! My car bumper had about 30 paint chips and deep scratches that needed sanded down and repainted. We scheduled a time and They had my car ready to go in less than 3 business days! What I was most nervous about was if they would be able to match the color of my silver Nissan. If you are needing a part of your car repainted and are looking for an auto shop that is great at color matching, this is the place. The car bumper looks brand new! You can’t tell the old paint from the new paint, even in direct sunlight!
