We took my daughter’s older Jeep to Burnett Automotive for diagnosis because it sounded like the whole car was about to fall apart when you drove it. They were very busy that day but took the time to look at the car and give us a quick diagnosis and estimate of the cost to fix it. They fixed the car in a timely manner and it actually cost us less than the original amount they estimated! They were very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and relatives!

Used Burnett for the first time this week. Had them mount and balance two new tires, dispose of a tire and balance one that was already on the car. Very pleased with the service. They cleared some codes that needed to be reset and bagged one of the old tires I wanted to keep. Disposal cost of the other tire was reasonable. I thought the whole cost was reasonable and very compatible to a big box store that would not have done as good of a job. Will definitely use Burnett going forward!

We have brought several cars here in the 10+ years that weve lived in this neighborhood. Ive never had any experiences where I felt that they were being dishonest or aggressively trying to upsell me. They HAVE, however, saved my bacon on a couple of situations.

I am not very knowledgeable with cars. This has led to a lot of nerves with car places because I’m worried they are going to rip me off and maximize off of my lack of knowledge. I’ve been going to Burnett for a couple years now and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I’ve never felt that my lack of knowledge was taken advantage of, I’ve never felt like they’ve ripped me off, and they’re always willing to explain things to me in a way I understand. I no longer dread the necessary car repairs or when something unexpected comes up because I know I’m in great hands with Burnett. Highly recommend them!!

Had gotten lower tire pressure warning on the way in and found I was pretty low on back rear tire. Found Burnett online in the direction I was heading and dropped in at 7:20 AM.They sent someone out right away to add air to the tire but we then found the culprit of a nail in the middle of tire. I was pressed for getting to the office by 8:30 and asked if they could potentially fix it rather than just add some air They immediately took my vehicle in, patched the tire and had me out the door in under 30 minutes.They had a great clean lobby to sit back in. Kept me informed of the time and effort and provided me a price ahead of the work !! Great service and very friendly

Burnett Automotive provided excellent service and I was very impressed with the overall experience. I went in to get my tire pressure fixed with no appointment and they got it done in less than 10 min. I then made an appointment to get my headlights fixed, an oil change and indoor cabin filter on a Saturday morning. I was in and out in an hour and was pleasantly surprised at the price. They topped my fluids and even vacuumed out my filters inside the engine near my windshield. Those service guys are knowledgeable, quick and courteous. They will get my business when I need tires as well because i trust them and its been a long time since i trusted a mechanic company as much as i do Burnett Automotive.

I dropped my car off for repairs. I had a quote when they said they’d call and repairs were done by the end of the day. I thought I’d probably have to wait longer since the problem (window motor and regulator) and my car (Fiat) aren’t what I’d call “the usual” repairs that I think of - tires, AC, oil changes, tires are what comes to mind.The guys were friendly and seemed pretty knowledgeable.I will not hesitate to recommend Burnett to my friends.

I needed my rear brakes and rotors replaced on my GMC Acadia. The process could not have been more pleasant. Making the appointment was quick and easy. I received a reminder the day before my appointment with all the details I would need pertaining to the service. The drop off took mere minutes. They had our service request pulled up and ready to go. The repairs were made in a timely manner. When I picked up the car again everything was ready to go. No waiting. You could tell the car had been disinfected after the service. Great service. Great price. Will definitely be a returning customer.

By far the best experience Ive ever had with a shop. I had a car that wouldnt start due to mysterious electrical gremlins. They took the time look carefully and intelligently at the car, and Brian explained everything in detail and made sure I was on-board with the cost before making repairs. Great customer service. I have been using Burnett Automotive for the past 8 years. They are friendly, professional and provide very fast service. And I have never had a surprise on the cost. Its always reasonable.They have gone above and beyond to ensure that I am safe even when it means helping me deal with an issue late in the day. I think they appreciate challenges. They are always clear with me about things I should do vs. must do to maintain my car. IMy car is approaching 220,000 miles. This is our first time dealing with the Burnett automotive company. We called at noon on a Saturday to have a slow leak tire replaced and they brought the tire in from a warehouse and it was finished and ready to go before 4 o clock. Will definitely call them for our future Automotive repair needs. Greg is the person I talk to on my initial call and John is the person that called me to tell me it was completed so I thank you both and anyone else that was involved behind the scenes.

I took my car in for a whole bunch of basic maintenance stuff, fluids and oils and the like. It was quoted at close to $500 but the job turned out to be simpler than they anticipated, and I got out of there for $330. Super honest folks, really. I’d have never known it didn’t take as long as they’d planned, but they adjusted my cost anyway.

I am a manager here at Custom Complete Automotive in Columbia Mo. Ive been management in the auto industry for well over a decade at this point, and can tell you from experience that, sadly, exceptional customer service is increasingly rare. Im very pleased to say that this is not the case with the guys at Burnett Automotive. My shop replaced an AC compressor for a very busy working mother who lost AC during a business trip across the state, and to my dismay, a day after the repairs, the customer contacted me to report that she lost AC again after picking her car up, and had already taken it back home to KCK. Normally Id have it brought back in and wed fix it here, our mistake, our responsibility, but with her living in a city where I dont have a shop, that wasnt an option, so I asked her if she had a shop in her area that she trusted? She did, and with good reason. She took it over to Burnett, understanding that I had every intent of covering any charges incurred. After looking it over, the technician at Burnett found that the old wiring connector to the compressor was cracked and not holding good tension to the connector, causing the AC to cut out. They estimated roughly $100 to repair between parts and labor, which is more than reasonable, but before they could even order the part, another technician overheard the diagnosis, and said I have one of those connectors I saved off another job. (One of the best indicators that someone is an experienced tech: They almost always have a big box where they save some of the most random wiring harness connectors, pigtails, connector casings, etc...) So already, they are putting in extra effort to reduce the cost to the customer, and then, to make it even more amazing, they tell her that since she had recently had repairs done with them, and the large ticket repairs with me, they werent charging her for the repair at all. That kind of customer appreciation is astounding, that kind of honesty when they could have just as easily put the screws to me, knowing I was going to pay whatever I had to to make it right, is just jaw dropping. Ive never met these guys, but I can already tell you, from a consummate automotive industry professional, these guys are top notch and represent an echelon of excellence that so many in our industry can only aspire to represent. Well done gentleman, and much appreciated!

Saw me with little notice, did a patch on my tire quickly enough for me to keep my morning appointment, and it was affordable!

I called at noon and needed 4 tires changed by 5. They were done early and suggested an alignment, which I knew was needed, all was completely promptly and I was very happy with their customer service.

Appreciate the guys getting my daughters tires checked and rear wiper blade changed before heading back to school. Always great service
