😠My nephew went to Billingsley today for an alignment and they took over an hour to let him know they were not able to do the alignment because they needed to order a part called Ball Joint (right) and it would cost him $500 for the part, the labor and the alignment. He decides not to go forward with the purchase because to him it did not make sense what was said about having to order a part in order to do the alignment. So, he went for a second opinion and he was told that, THE RIGHT AND LEFT BALL JOINT WERE IN GOOD CONDITION AND HE DID NOT NEED TO REPLACE THE BALL JOINT AT ALL. However, the alignment was done with no issues. To think that Billingsley would take advantage of a young adult in his late teens, is absurd. If I can give them no stars I would. I do not recommend Billingsley to anyone😡.

Best place to get tires. I have been getting tires from them for years. I would not pass them up when needing tires. They have very competitive pricing with amazing customer service.

The owner was awesome, the shop was extremely busy but he quickly mounted and balanced a new tire for me, replaced on my SUV and charged me only $99.12 for everything, tire labor and all!

My mother came here when I was little.. let me tell you about hometown hospitality. I got a nail in my tire at Walmart is very hot outside I went to American tire Depot they said 2 hours to put a plug in my tire went to another tire place in Hanford they said an hour and 45 minutes drove all the way to Lemoore to billingsley he did it right then and there got it done in less than 10 minutes and we were back to Walmart to my truck thank you so much... That is why you support your home town businesses.

AMAZING customer service i needed a tire to get back home (200 miles away) and they had a used tired mentioning that it is used and gave me a very reasonable price. Other tire shops did not have my size they have a very good selection of tires! No tricks or gimmicks these are genuine people! I got there and they did it on the spot i was in and out within 15 minutes.

Went in on a recommendation to replace a tire that picked up some metal on the street. Was offered a used tire since the rest of mine were in good shape. Without me asking about it, he offered to take the tire off the spare rim to replace the bad tire. Will definitely be a repeat customer.

They take care of my vehicle, and stand by their work. They are accommodating and willing to establish accounts. For most work, wait time is minimal. Larger jobs get scheduled conveniently. Prices are good! I do not get tires or brakes anywhere else!

I used to love coming here for all my tire and suspension needs but lately it seems like their customer service is slowly getting worse. Itll be a while before I return to get anything done.

Overall not bad but wasnt impressed when they took my chrome lug nut covers off and atleast one of them he tossed onto the ground chrome side down, which Inherited my truck from my grandpa so it means a lot to me. Then nobody bothered to tell me it was done so I was just sitting in their waiting room for no reason for over 30 min. I only say 30 min because Im not 100% when I got there but I was there a good while.

While the rest of the world is busy looking to get whatever little bit meat we have left on our bones, the guys at Billingsley are busy trying to see what they can do help us out. These guys offer phenomenal service, they are honest, and they are fair. Im not sure, but I think they even threw a quart of oil in my engine too, because my check engine light is off now, and they didnt even charge for it.

Spoke with the owner on the phone who ended up getting me a great price for a new set of tires. He along with his staff were very professional; great customer service. I asked them to check my brakes as well and they were very honest with me saying that I did not need to have them replaced. I appreciate a business who doesnt try to sell me something I dont need. I called Billingsley about an hour before closing time to get an emergency tire patch and was happy when they agreed to take me in over the phone, but once I showed up about 30 mins later they turned me away at the door and left me with a flat tire.

Best place to get your tires fixed or brand new. All the billingsleys I know there are nothing but respectful great people and very professional, I will never go anywhere else. They deserve alot more then only 5 stars.

My motorcycle tire blew out on the corner of Highway 41 and W Hanford Armona Road. My brother called the nearest and only open tire shop near us and it happened to be Billingsley Tire. It was my valve stem that cracked and let all the air out. My brother made the called and the shop said they believed they could help us out. I drove my bike 5 mph to his shop about 2 miles away. The guys we spoke to was Mr. Billingsley himself. He got on the ground, and without having to even pull the wheel off and with my brother and I helping to hold the steering and a wedge for him, he moved the tired and got a new valve on it. He blew it up and we were on our way. He refused to take any payment for it. It took maybe 15-20 minutes, he was on the ground and all dirty, and he wouldnt even take $20 from us. His last name kind of stood out to me and I asked if he was related to the Billingsley that owns the Dog House Grill in Fresno. He said that was his brother. This was a little weird, because my brother that was with me has four sons that all worked at the Dog House Grill, and my oldest son also worked there as well. We Love the Main Street, Firestone and Dog house grill, and it must just be that this Billingsley family are all the best at what they do. I wish there was a Billingsley tire in Clovis or Fresno. The honesty and just good old fashion care and customer service was displayed at its best. Thanks to him we were able to head off to meet up with other riders at the coast waiting for us and enjoy or ride.

Placed a order for tires Hankook tires that was not in stock . Manager guoted the tires would be here Monday. I arrived Monday for the install. The tires were never ordered. Got the run around with excuses I dont think he took me seroiusly. Probably because of myskin color..,... got boned by Billingsley at Firestone in Hanford. Unhappy customer

When I was going to school in San Diego, I ordered tires for my wifes car and had them sent here. Today I had a tire mounted and balanced for my car and a TPMS sensor diagnosed and replaced on my wifes car. The staff is very nice and actually seem as though they care for you and your vehicles, and they were always done in about half the time that they estimated. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing fast, efficient, and fairly-priced work done on any small/medium vehicle.

We have always bought our tires at Billingsleys, their prices and customer service is great. Though the last couple of times I brought my vehicles in, the workers who replaced my tires tried jacking up my vehicles at the wrong areas, one tried lifting the car with the jack underneath the gas tank, he noticed that I was looking and he tried lifting the car at a different contact point but still put the jack at the wrong spot. Causing my cars under panels to crack and bend. A similar instance also happened with another one of my vehicles I brought in. So if you are particular with your vehicles like I am, I suggest you keep an eye on how they jack up your vehicles to make sure they jack it at the correct lift points.

Bought tires here not even a whole month ago! Brand new 5/3/2019.One of them exploded 5/27/2019. 26 days and they refuse to acknowledge the tire was faulty.

Went in with a flat tire, took them about 10 min, came out with new tire .Super friendly and proffesional .

If your looking for fancy gimmicks, and overpriced stuff your just not going to find it here. Billingsly just installed a set of new tires and wheels for me on my Titan and initially it didnt look like it was going to get done because I forgot to buy the lugs when I purchased the rims. We went into the back room and tried to find some lugs that would work with my aftermarket tires and the box was empty with the ones I needed so I went over to AutoZone and overpaid for the lugs and back to billingsly to get them installed. During the install the guy came in who was installing them and assured me that the lugs I bought (two separate sets of 20 because my truck has 24 lugs) were not the best to use and they had some we would have to dig for them. So we went back again and dug through all the old stock (still new lugs) untill we came across a bag with just enough to do the job. The tires were installed quick and they look very good. They ride nicely and the balance is perfect. Luke at the service desk really knows what he is talking about and seems like he has done this for quite awhile. All of the guys are really down to earth, and work hard to get the job done. Im getting an alignment on Saturday here as well, so I was told to just pay for everything than and I will. Good people at Billingsly tires, They have cut me a good deal continuously and do great work. Will recommend to everybody.

EXPENSIVE!!! I called for a quote for a service call to change out a tire and just for the service fee they quoted me over $100. I live within walking distance of the shop (I just dont have a jack) and already did the hard part of removing the lug nuts. Outrageous! Not to mention they have no used tires so I was going to end up paying over $150 for one tire to go on a truck that is worth about $250. I called around and was able to find a shop that is further away and only charges a $20 service call fee AND has used tires (total cost under $100) Billingsly will never get my business as long as I live here in Lemoore. For their prices there should be a happy ending included. Just saying.
