Called Edgar earlier in the day on a Jaguar I looked at Saturday. Told him about my trade in and how much I was willing to pay per month. If he was able to make the deal work I would buy. This dealership is so professional, caring and like no other. I was very stressed out about purchasing a used vehicle. I, of course, was trying to find the best deal and the best quality for my hard earned money. Let me tell you I will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere or anyone without checking here first. I understand it is a business and they need to make money, and they understood I was a person, not a number, trying to save. I drove 7.5 hours to meet Edgar at Ebuy Motorcars because he was so kind from the beginning! They had the perfect car at a decent price, but told me to come in and we would make something work for both of us. From the second I drove up, I was greeted like family from everyone at the dealership from, salesman like Nico and Julian to the Mechanic and porters. Great service and facility!! This dealership was wonderful! First off all the cars were indoors in a heated showroom really helpful during the winter time. Love my Mercedes C300 sport would highly recommend speaking with Mirza the sales manager he was really helpful and got me the car that I had my eye on. The car I bought had check engine light on sales representative said they would fix it. Took it to get fix but they never fix the problem. I tried to text the rep but he never got back to me.

I must say that I had a great experience with this dealership. Edgar was my salesman and he and the entire staff treated me with courtesy and respect. The service I was given showed that they valued my business and me as a customer. I was given a decent price for my trade, and the car was significantly priced below market value. They took care of the surface blemishes at no cost and the car looks wonderful! When I experienced an issue with the steering after the sale, they asked me to bring it back without a moment of hesitation or hassle and repaired it at no cost to me. The dealership is also very classy and upscale. I would purchase another vehicle from them, and would recommend them very highly. I could have visited a dealership at a closer location, but this purchase was well worth the trip.

I traded my vehicle which they were to pay off in the deal when I bought a new used car from them they have not paid it off Im now paying for two vehicles and my trade-in is gone....They now are not answering the phone when I went to their location doors locked during office hours do not buy from these guys they are scam artists... I will be contacting my lawyer later today.... what a bad way to start the new year thanks to these guys.... my advice for any other customers who have been ripped off by these guys contact the Illinois Attorney General

I own A small shop located in out of Palatine, IL and we offered this dealership repair service which were never paid for.

I drove to Lemont Il. from Saint Louis and I have not got my response on the phone. I have still not got my tittle in the mail so there not in any rush to help you out. The mileage was off and then I come to find out the the van was salvage so know I have no way to get it legal . If I don’t get a response from them on where I go from here I will call my lawyer. This is by far the most unprofessional dealership I have felt with.

This place is horrible. Called about a truck, sales guy told me it was still for sale, showed up and truck was not in their building. Said it was on consignment, aggravated, I asked them to get the truck their after driving an hour cause of traffic, was told 30 minutes, an hour and fifteen minutes later, still no truck. Left and went back the next day after getting a text the truck was there (9:30am). Showed up 3 hours after getting text and find out the truck was left outside all night and raining when I got to the building. Sales guy taped a bag of over the window cause they didnt have keys for it. Waited 40 minutes for seller to bring keys. Finally on the test drive and 1000 feet from dealer the throttle body stuck in the open position, slamming on the breaks wouldnt stop the truck, started kicking the gas peddle to free it from being stuck. Wife was screaming at me not knowing the throttle was stuck... Luckily it released. Ill never go back there. Truck was a 2009 Tahoe with black rims and 95000 miles. Steer clear of that truck.

Poor customer service. Zero star place. Told me Car was available. I told him I am coming from over an hour and half drive. I talked to Salesman name Mirza, and he tells me Car is available. When I get there, salesman tells me Car is sold! How is that possible? He started offering me other cars but not the one I was looking for. It looks Car was never there. It was false advertisement to mislead people to visit their place.

Purchased a truck in July and had to call more than once to get them to send me my license plates. Temporary plates have been expired since SEPTEMBER. I JUST got the plates today. Good thing this is a second vehicle seeing as I could not drive it for 2 months. Nobody ever bothered to tell me the plates were at the dealer and it took us telling them to come get their truck back to get them to FedEx them. They tried to refuse to overnight them, and didnt apologize for the situation. Will not buy from again.

I dealt with Julian over the phone we discussed a specific vehicle in was interested in. I put a hold payment so that it would not be sold until I could come in. We agreed on a down payment and apr which I was happy with. As soon as I entered the dealership he tried to put me in a different vehicle. One that I expressed I was not interested in. Proceeded to tell me I didnt tell him I wanted the other vehicle as if I would waste my own time driving an hour out of my way to purchase something I really didnt want. Either way I exited the business within 2 min. Waste of time. I hate liars and refuse to do business with them.

Couldn’t be happier with the purchase. Called last week on Friday being interested in the car and wanted too make sure I am approved as I am out of state. Dan took all the information got me approved on the bmw. I couldn’t come out till Monday because of the work schedule but I left a deposit to hold the car. He picked me up from the airport and took us to the dealership. The car was exactly as seen in the pictures. The whole team is great made us coffee for me and my wife while we waited for the paper work. We were in and out within an hour. Highly recommend it and will be coming back for a car for my wife in the next couple months.

Wonderful staff, went in to buy a pre owned, but nice clean truck. The staff greeted me like family, and were very thorough about what I did and did not want in my potential purchase (I.e. style, packages, color etc...). They had 2 in the wearhouse that were not only clean but substantially under market value then almost anywhere I checked. Really great people, I’d buy there again any day of the week.

I bought the car but won’t even own the car because the car was NEVER paid off and the bank still has the title. Mirza is the worst cars salesman ever, he will lie, not call you back, say he will do things that he has no intention of doing and on top of it will even tell you that he drives those cars DRUNK on his days off but doesn’t care because he doesn’t have to pay for the cars, and tell you he’s high af after you buy the car and even offer you to get some from his dealer lmao. Lets see I bought a car from them in November the car had zero lights but I was informed about a bad part and they would mail it to me when it came in so I signed paperwork for a car that had zero lights on and drove STL to Chicago and back with the new car as soon as I got into STL 3 check engine lights turned on I called Ebuy told them hey I just got this car from you and its got 3 codes Dan at ebuy said hed talk to his tech and get it figured out so I wait never got a call, called back Dan wasnt there I then said I didnt want the car and the guy said hed get with Dan to do this and I never heard anything that day called the following Monday to talk to Dan he was off. week goes by then someone tells me Dan doesnt work there anymore so I say Ive never gotten my part and I told them I didnt want this car and need to talk to the owner well I give them my number and wait for a call from Perry that I never get for 3 months after calling almost every day and leaving my number. expecting my part then I finally get ahold of Perry he said hes sending me the part so he mails it to me in a box with a receipt for a completely different part and the same damaged broken part that they took out the car. so at this point I get a letter from my bank saying they dont have the title for the car yet turns out that they sold me this car and never had the title in the first place. and I learned they deposited my check before I signed a single piece of paper work. Do NOT at all under and circumstances do not but a car from these lying shady thieves do not deserve a single dime from anyone if anyone is recommended this place to you run the other way cause they will screw you over like they have to me. do not I again repeat do business with these crooks.

I drove 3 hours to look at a particular vehicle that was on Facebook Marketplace for $8800 and the same vehicle had a listing on Craigslist for $9000. When I got there I was told the price was $10,000. And that they couldn’t do the listed price of $8800 or $9000. The best they could do is $9500. Seems like they advertise a certain price just to get you in the door then blame it on a “software error”. Absolutely shameful. And the car had a Lemon/Buyback title. Do your homework, get a Carfax and get it in print from them what the sale price is because no matter the advertisement they won’t honor it.
