I had a 3-in lift kit from rough country installed on a 2018 Titan. I kept hearing a squeak from the front suspension but we couldnt determine where the sound was coming from. It turns out they put in the sway bar links on the front backwards and added extended bolt to make it work. 3 months later the bushings failed on the sway bar links due to improper installation. Rough country is good enough to send me new sway bar links

Horrible service, terrible mechanics working there including the owner do not know what they are doing. They were installing a 2 inch leveling kit on my truck when putting back together they couldnt get the tie rod end castle nut to tighten excuse was the bolt kept spinning yea thats what a tie rod end does spins. They cross threaded the screw and couldnt tighten it or take it back off. Then blamed it on a broken tie rod then had to grind the nut off shouldnt have to grind a nut off unless its cross threaded. For a mechanic shop not able to a simple thing like this is ridiculous. Next time I will just do myself. They are a true mechanic shop that screws people over do not take your truck here. A extra 400$ and 3 hrs later I got out of there and will never return.
