Tons of traxxis parts. Need them? Go here. Fantastic mom and pop store. Sad that there are not more around. The shop had tons of rc items and more. The (I assume) ship owner was very very helpful. Now that I found a good shop in utah county I will make it my go too

My son loves RC cars, so we are constantly buying parts online to fix his car. He was so excited when he found this store and saw they had several parts to fix his RC car. Plus, Mark was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. (The guy who works on Saturdays) we will definitely be coming back here on a regular basis.

Very helpful got what I needed. Wish he would carry more then just Traxxas and Arma parts. With all these new brands like Deerc and Leagendary out there making affordable but fast rc cars, it would be nice to find parts locally rather then having to find them in the internet.

Mark helped me out SO MUCH. I have barely any idea how RC components work but he help answer my questions no one else can answer. Even with multiple online groups. I checked traxxas website And they have items for cheaper. Hard to find good on his businesses with good customer service these days

Great small shop. Lady running the place is very helpful. Day after Christmas is probably the worst day to go but she handled it like a champ with the phone ringing off the hook and constant flow of people.

I was hoping for a larger train selection, your store isnt a bad selection for rc vehicles. Im more into Ho model trains steam era mainly.

Shop has a new employee, Nick, who is very helpful and knowledgeable. If they dont currently have the part or item you need they are always willing to order it in at no extra charge. Will definitely be back. Big plus they now carry ARRMA products! If you havent been in for awhile I would definitely suggest giving them another chance.

I feel so lucky to have a hobby shop so close to me. They carry an excellent assortment of traxxas replacement parts and competitive pricing.

Love this Store. They have every Traxxas part I need. When its Pinewood derby season I have them Bend my Axles. Best selection of Pinewood Derby items. They even have Tungsten Weights.

Selection isnt bad for this hole-in-the-wall shop but still leaves something to be desired. Staff is fairly knowledgeable or will refer you to someone who can help if they cant.I prefer this place for more common items like glue.

Trying to find any parts I need this is never the right place. And it seems like the lady who runs it could care less. Not a person willing to help or interested in giving you a reason to ever come back. Ive tried this shop a few times and will always drive to slc or orem before ever returning. I wish I could have given it less than one star.

Great little local hobby shop that always seems to have the obscure parts I need. Honestly I have been surprised more than once. Staff has always been friendly, no issues whatsoever. Will definitely continue to shop here.

This store has always been dingy and unkempt, but it used to be a reasonable place to get parts. If one of the owners is working, you can expect solid help/advice. However lately its been a young lady with a crying infant behind the counter, and she is the furthest thing from helpful. Not at all friendly either. If you dont have a part number, you will get no help from her. I always seem to leave disappointed, and empty handed.

I brought my Traxxas in and not only did they help me get it running, they taught me how to do it myself. Fantastic place! I was very thankful for there excellent customer service.

A little bit of everything. That being said it would be impossible to stock everything. My son and I got a model truck to put together and spend some time with just dad.

The brand variety is minimal. Accessories are unbelievably overpriced. It appears the store is run by a family and doubles as an alledged daycare (which is fine most of the time...), but when it impedes a potential big-money customer from wanting to even ask for help from staff....well, daycare needs to be reevaluated. This is also not an isolated scenario. Its like this consistently, and has driven me away to other (further away from my house than this place...) hobby stores.Fix the staffing and/or babysitting organization, and be prepared to help your customers who are serious about buying.

Very great private owned hobby shop its a very good shop for RC cars specially if youre hunting for that part that nobody else could find they got looks to go back to the early 80s their prices are fair I I love the store I go to other hobby shops and they dont have a whole lot of cars but she will order whatever you want and also she will give you the best deal known around I catch myself going there all the time just to buy a new stuff and The Big Box store like Hobby Town and ones and Salt Lake Ive gone to are just not the same for some reason I always find myself buying stuff from her cuz she knows how to pick the good parts and her brother gives very good information I learned a lot yesterday

Very great place to get parts for rc cars. The prices are fair and the employees are usally extraordinary and friendly. They usally give a good conversation, but if youre in a hurry theyll have your part found very quickly. Definitely recommend mad mans hobby to everyone

Called to ask if they have Proline badlands tires for Xmaxx. Lady on phone said “I don’t sell video games” I said they are tires. She said “ I’ve never heard of those so we don’t have them”This is a RC store? Horrible.

These guys are the nicest people on planet earth they will answer all your question and they have never tried any scam like telling me i need more than what i got. they have great customer service and are local so its easy to get all my rc and model etc. needs without ordering online. five stars is the best i can give but if i could give more i would.p.s all of you that say they are bad because they didnt refund after 15 days well thats a good policy they shouldnt even let you return it if its been twop.p.s if you are reading this and you own a mad mans hobby, thanks! keep doing what youre doing

There ok. Second time in there and was worse than the first time. Lady kept saying that we absalotly needed a part # and ended up not even finding the part. Good prices but lacking basic stuff.

2nd time I went there and was unable to get any help at all there was a crying baby I asked if I could help her and she rudely to me no I asked for the part I needed and she told me they didnt sell any losi parts so I asked here where her books were on it she rudely pointed where they were I dodnt find anything but saw on the wall what I need she didnt even get up and get it off the wall to let me look at it and told me I couldnt go behind the counter she said she was the owner niece.So then I asked her she sold any rpm parts for Texas and she point blank looked at me and told me no we dont sell anything like this I was looking at them on the wall I saw the part I needed it was like pulling teeth just to get my part off the wall cause she told me not to go back behind the counter.I have know these owners since they owned intermountain rc and I have never been treated like this sorry but not sorry for the bad review I will take my business else where

I came here hopefully to find a part for my RC crawler. They did not have the part and did not even try to help me out. I asked if they could order it or refer me to somewhere that might have it and it was like I asked to borrow their car. #grumpyoldmen

Pretty expensive but they did have what I was looking for.

Customer Service is lacking. I tried to return a product that I ended up not needing for my sons pinewood derby car. The product was brand new and unopened . I also had the receipt but because it had been longer than 15 days they would not return it. Wont be going back.

We had a small misunderstanding at first but she took care of me and refunded my money got me the right parts and so I will continue to shop here!
