Very crowded merchandise in clothing department. Couldnt find the same extensive womens plus size section that the old location had. Asked a lady employee to help me out. She didnt acknowledge that I was talking. When she did look my way, she couldnt understand my language and basically ignored me.

Easy curbside pickup, clearly marked area. Lots of parking if you want to go into the store.

The visit started off good but quickly turned sour. I went to replace a tire but when the technician kept insisting that I replace all 4 and that all for would fail inspection which is BS( the two front tires where less than a year old and I had purchased them from there and just had my inspection recently and passed) his attitude quickly changed. SMH

State of Arizona Shopping mall. Nice place to shop with very every staff willing to help make to make my Shopping a wonderful one. Really enjoyed it.

Been to Wal-Mart stores all over the country. This one was well stocked and large enough to allow a better selection. One of the employees came over and showed me exactly where I could find an item I needed.

Leesburg Walmart is my favorite Walmart in the area. Hardly ever crowded. Very organized and clean. They always have what I am looking for.

Great place it has everything you need including outdoor stuff like grills and sports equipment, helpful employees, and fast checkouts.

I went through the self check out. Doing their job for them. I inadvertently missed a wash cloth that was a buck or so. There was a second item that also didnt take. I was late for a function and just didnt notice these in an $85 total. The security people instead of fixing it and letting me just have the items re tallied were total qsshats. I will never use self check out again ever. Let them do their fing jobs. Goodbye Walmart forever.

I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service. The associate helped me find exactly what I needed as well as being professional and courteous.

Love this new location - much better than the previous one in Leesburg! This one is clean,has lots of choices, fantastic parking. They have everything and I love the layout of the whole store.I get a bit bummed not being able to find a couple of things in general locations, like minced garlic (on the obscure floor shelf in produce), or some spices are always missing.The seasonal staff that were around a few times when I came in said they dont know where anything was and refused to try to help by directing us to someone else that could help instead. Some were quite rude unfortunately so i had try to comb through every possible place and sometimes still not find what I was there for. When youre in a pinch, it wastes a TON of time and energy unnecessarily, especially when having to go to a different store entirely instead. Another seasonal coworker female was slamming things around, leaving a mess and very rude to a nice good female cashier who was carrying her dead weight. That was disappointing to see that culture.On another note, there are very limited flowers for any occasion.I will still keep coming here because everything else is great and rude seasonal workers seem to be gone now!

Just wanted to give a Shout Out to Kaye who was working at the Return Desk last night (4/14/2021) for being incredibly helpful & personable.While I like this Walmart for its great selection, most often the employees seem unhappy to be there.. they are almost always helpful, they just seem like theyd rather be doing something other than answering your questions. Walmart, you really have a shining star in Kaye!

Replacing what was before an incredibly outdated and small store, this new location brings a much-needed difference. As a huge store, many separate departments are included that are expansive with many offerings. For example, auto repair, gardening, and pickup areas exist here. Updated guest services such as the pharmacy section and checkout services look very nice.

I am a regular. Most employees are great except the employees doing the curbside shopping hog the aisles and dont move out of anyones way. Shelves always well stocked except the clothing section. I go to a different Walmart for a better clothing selection

This store is too big. You cant find anything and it takes way too long just to get a few necessities and get out. The cashier was super nice young lady, kudos to standing out in such a megolith of a store

Went to get fuel for the tiki lamps. Asked one gentleman when I walked in there, if they carried it. He dropped what he was doing and walked me to where the product was. Great experience.

Its Walmart. It is where I can afford to shop. I have to keep buying smaller and smaller sized clothing because of my strange weight loss. And I can afford $8.95 for a pair of shorts every couple of months to accommodate it. I do love the walmart brand of childrens clothing wonder nation. They last forever. Im very rough on clothes and never have I had a ripped seam or a tear in them.

Things are always out of stock. Some of the toy isles are always empty. We stopped Walmart+ because simple things were never in stock. Bad management unable to understand basic stocking and ordering

Brand new and huge 24 hour Walmart Supercenter, in Leesburg, Virginia, and store is excellent. Complete package, everything you can think of is available here. This new store is twice the size of the old one, and its like night and day compared to the old one in pretty much everything. Definitely a five star place.

The store is very good. The grocery section is good but you have to hit at the right time. Its on the top three grocery stores for me to shop.

Tonight, I was shopping at the lovely walmart with a pal of mine and I decided to get a chocolate chip and raspberry cheesecake cookie from the subway at the front of the store. I expected this to be a fun and pleasant experience. Well, I guess I was WRONG. The worker who “helped” me, Clayton to be specific, definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. When he saw us, he let out a massive and annoyingly long sigh. The expression on his face made it seem like he was Juilius Ceasar and I was Brutus. He was very unhinged as he reluctantly gathered my cookies. He spoke with fury as if I had just run his father over with a double decker bus. Overall, Clayton did not seem like a happy camper and my walmart subway experience was unsatisfactory & inadequate. I do like the walmart store, however, Clayton needs to go.

I have been in many Walmarts, and I must say with out a shadow of a doubt that this Walmart is probably the cleanest. The employees are super friendly except for the greeter, he seems to be always in a bad mood, Neither here-nor-there. Its not as cluttered as most Walmarts are or as crowded. I feel like anytime is a good time to shop there. Even the customers are actually pretty friendly and helpful.

This Walmart Ive had little errors with but be careful on the days you go. It can get very busy and the wait times can get really bad on Fridays and Saturdays.

Normally I dont make public comments, and typically my experience has been good at this Walmart, but today at the Deli counter, I asked Nirmal if they could make a fresh batch of the ranch wings (they were out). She said there wasnt anyone in the store thus she couldnt make a fresh batch. I gave her multiple opportunities, saying I would wait and I needed 4-5 pounds but she refused to make a fresh batch. Probably be the last time I get anything from the Deli.

I like the store however the help is much to be desired. I dont think that the original intent of Mr. Sam Walton is still living through the store! Many items way over priced and can be found substantially less expensive through other sources.

I love the new Walmart for Leesburg. Food is more reasonable priced than most grocery stores. Produce is great.

This is a new store very well organized has just about everything that you need. A one-stop-shop place. Not many people there. If there were 10 people in that store I did not see one of them. So mostly staff who are readily available to answer questions. Covid-19 has definitely changed a lot of the way we do things. I believe a lot of people are doing more online shopping. It is worth dropping by this Walmart Supercenter excellent parking open space plenty of room to move around and still maintain social distance.

The store is clean and typically has what you need. Car part selection computers are consistently broken or without power. Also, youre going to sometimes run into the living meme that is people of Walmart, but less here than at other Walmarts Ive been to. The online ordering and pick up has also been a positive experience.

Hands down best Walmart I have ever shopped at. They have everything set up easily to find and they care for the store immensely. Everything is clean and I love they have a grocery section. Most of what you need for daily living at great prices can be found at Walmart.

Based upon four different experiences here, they are deceitful in their pricing / warranty guarantees, seem incompetent, are defiant when questioned, and overall slow and unhelpful. It is odd, bc the rest of the store seems well-managed.

First time using Order & Pickup service, it was so easy. The only issue I had was the painted line marks for the exit are very confusing (marked for do not enter but you have to cross to exit) so I followed the posted road sign ie the Stop sign.

Found this gem at the new Leesburg Walmart for Christmas! Overall, Walmart has a well known reputation. Store is always clean and well kept. Checkout lines are typically long but expected from a place like Walmart. Great assortment of items for home and holiday. Great for shopping for both groceries and home as they have lost everything. Definitely a far cry and better experience than its sister location in Sterling.

Waited 25 minutes for someone in the bakery section to notice I existed. Asked multiple people and always got the answer not my department. So frustrating. No manager even though he looked right at me.

Difficult to find but otherwise amazing

Only one problem...Ive been there 4 time and the handy cap carts are never charged and i always get stuck in an idle with a dead battery. The attendants all say they are charged. I would appreciate it if you guys could work on that...thank you

Massive, truly massive store. Relatively new, having moved there in the last few years I think. Quite neat despite its size, however. Everything you would expect in a Walmart, including a large produce section.

I liked shopping at this walmart, although organization is lacking. And now apparently so is customer service. I placed an online order with them, and a day later recieved a notification that my order was cancelled, no reason given. I try to call (5 times now!) Each time phone rings about 20 times or more! Then the call is cut off... of course there is no inquiry system on their website, so Im stuck trying to call them during my workday... And there is no waiting queue or anything for their phone systems. I just want to know why the heck my order was cancelled! Now I have to scramble to try and order from someone else.. seriously people, get it together or at the very least! Provide a reason to the patron as to why their order is being cancelled.

They had this in the stall of the mens restroom which is a great help when my toddler is with me.

I got the Pfizer vaccine here, and although I wont share my personal beliefs on it, the actual procedure of getting it was pretty easy.

This Walmart is clean, orderly, and well staffed. It is a pleasure to shop here compared to other locations. Went here to pick up prescriptions and everything was ready for me. Kudos!!

Though your new Walmart is much larger than the older version, I dont find it as well organized nor does it have the variety of merchandise your other Walmart had. The best Walmart Ive shopped at is in Satellite beach, Florida. Someone should check it out. I used to shop at your Leesburg Walmart at least once a week but have no interest in your new one, so disappointed. Adding what looks like a last minute thought on the groceries was poorly done.

For some reason this is the only Super Walmart that has the premade salads with the DANK apple cider sauce. I guess Im lucky its down the street.

Customer service at the auto center its terrible but other than that its a good store I go to all the time

Hamburger was clearly microwaved. Fries good, onion rings average. Friendly staff, quick service. And not crowded.
