This store is so beautifully organized. The clothes are folded perfectly and the clothes on hangers are perfectly spaced. Staff is very helpful and very knowledgable about all of the products. They do classes on fly fishing.

I returned some items that were gifts and I did not have the receipt or much information about which Orvis stores they were purchased . But the person helping me was understanding and I could return the items without any problems. In fact he even helped me order some items online so that I do not have to pay the shipping. I have been to other Orvis stores but this one is the best. The people working here are very nice and friendly and make it so easy to shop. I will definitely return again.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeble of the clothing they sell. Although pricy, they have a great selection of apparel and some fishing gear, as well. I go here when Im in need of a quality gift for my dad and they never let me down.

Very aggressive salesman with a large scraggly beard kept asking me if I needed help in a very loud voice. Almost yelling from about 20 feet away.Was surprised this nice upscale store has such an unkept looking man working on the floor. Was very annoying to say the least being yelled at while looking around and I wont return.
