I bought a beautiful sofa from there today and Tony was an excellent help. He went out of his way for me and ended up not even getting credit for the sake because we had to order it online but I was still able to take it home with me today. So happy we stumbled across this Rooms To Go Outlet. I didnt know this was so close to Smyrna. The prices were unbelievable. Toni the associate was super friendly and helped us for about an hour as we made our choice. Will be back soon for a bed set. Thank Toni.

This was my first trip to any Rooms to Go so I had no idea what to expect. They had a really nice assortment and decent prices. We ended up buying a chair and ottoman and Im still trying to convince my husband of the matching couch.

Called about a product and spoke with Toni and he was very friendly and informative. When we arrived at the store Toni was available and met up with us quickly. He showed us all our options and was prompt with service when it came time to pay. The pickup process took a little time but that was due to short staffing but over all great experience.

1 star company policy, 5 star service! Tod gave excellent customer satisfaction and help on the showroom floor. I asked about the warranty, we were told the standard is 1 year manufacture. Looking online, I noticed a 3-year extended could be added but was VERY DISAPPOINTED this could NOT be added at the outlet store. Excuse me?! This goes against common sense marketing and sales strategy! I now have to either take the time driving to another store or order online when it could and SHOULD have all been taken care of in one spot. Whomever is in a cubicle making decisions like this, making it harder to buy and warranty furniture, should make a change.

We purchased a love seat and couch at Rooms To Go Outlet in Lebanon TN on Black Friday 2020. When we picked it up it did not have a power cord, the general manager said he would order us one. We tried calling, we left messages and he would not return our phone calls and it was now January 10, 2021. We contacted the district manager and told him and we sent pictures of what the power cord was supposed to look like. We were told it was on order and that post office was behind on sending us one. No power cord arrived so we called back. They then ordered us a new love seat because ours did not have a motor so we had no power cord or motor. The district manager and the general manager brought us a new love seat that worked on January 23, 3021. Two months later we got a new seat, they delivered for free at our convenience. Very happy that they made this purchase right. They were very nice and the general manager and district manager delivered and set it up for us. We will certainly purchase there again.

Toni was so wonderfully helpful— he was such a joy to talk with during our 2 furniture purchases over the past week. RTG has delivered excellent customer service not only in the store, but online as well when we needed to cancel a purchase (due to finding the same item at the outlet for $700 less!). Pick up is also a breeze. We paid and were fully loaded up within 15 minutes. You can also come back days later and get your item if you choose (which we did the first time due to rain). Everyone is very kind and helpful. 5 star experience. We highly recommend the RTG Outlet in Lebanon. Be sure to ask for Toni!

I highly recommend working with Toni at the Rooms to Go Outlet in Lebanon. He is very personable and did not make us feel any pressured to buy. He greeted us when we first walked in and then let us explore the showroom on our own. We had a few issues with what the computer was showing in inventory, but he had the woman at the sales counter send an email for confirmation, and all the pieces I had purchased were in the warehouse! It was an excellent experience.

Also, the guys in the back loading area did everything possible to get part of my couch that I wanted to take home that day into my SUV. I went looking for furniture after another store has promised my furniture since July. I came into yoir store and was greeted by Tod Strain. He allowed plenty of time for me to look around without any pressure to buy and didnt hover. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism. Hands down best sales rep ever.

Awesome new Warehouse with friendly staff and huge showroom filled with furniture selections

Kevin made our experience shopping at the Rooms To Go Outlet a phenomenal experience. It remained phenomenal until my Fiancee and I checked out with Ms. Abigal. I will keep this post positive regarding Kevin and communicate my experience with Ms. Abigal in a separate post. Kevin greeted my fiancee and I as soon as we walked into the outlet. He asked if we shopped with them before and proceeded to communicate the operations of their facility. Kevin made the experience funny by telling jokes and assisting us to find the furniture we wanted. He went above and beyond by searching around the outlet to find an item that was a two-piece set, but unfortunately, the second piece was sold by another peer. He tagged items we were interested in to prevent other customers from taking the items before we checked out. We were able to leave with a beautiful chair and a wooden end table. Thank you Kevin for your outstanding customer service. Unfortunately, this is where our phenomenal experience ended. We give the experience we had with you 5 stars.

This was the best furniture experience Ive ever had. I was going on a month of waiting on Ashley Furniture to deliver my bedroom set and really needed something quick after the headache Ashley was giving me. Michelle W. was sooo helpful and was able to help me pick a bedroom set that I loved, confirm it was in stock, and set up pick-up for me at the warehouse the next day. I literally had a new and luxurious bedroom set within 48 hours. The set-up was simple as well (definitely recommend two people so it can go by swiftly and smoothly). Thank you soo much Michelle! Husband and I went to the outlet store in Lebanon TN to see if we might find a recliner. Kevin helped us and was the perfect sales person! He introduced himself, explained the price tags on the furniture and said he would check back with us. We browsed for awhile and Kevin checked back on us to answer our questions and help us complete our purchase. We will definitely be back and hope Kevin is working when we do!

Dropped in to see what kind of furniture was available at the outlet since it takes several months to get anything from the retail stores all over town. I was greeted instantly by Kevin and his trainee, Oz. Both of them were the perfect amount of helpful without hovering and explained the different tags and options for pick up vs delivery. You definitely don’t want to skip this info. Let them explain it. When I had questions and concerns, they were very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy. I found the perfect living room set at a great price and will be picking it up tomorrow. No waiting 6 months! Check them out and ask for Kevin or Oz.

I had the best experience at RTG Outlet, Lebanon. My sales associate Toni was very knowledgeable about the future I was looking for and even helped me make some difficult choices. He was accommodating, kind, and most of all, patient. When it came to picking a mattress, Toni explained the difference between certain types and listened to my wants in a bed. Never once did he try to upsell me or persuade me to go a different way.I walked out of the store feeling confident that I made the correct decision, and it was perfect for me.If you ever go into RTG Outlet in Lebanon, ask for Toni. He will treat you like family, and the British accent is fantastic.

Overall we were very pleased with it experience. Scotty out salesman was friendly enough nothing to rave about which is fine my daughter was looking for furniture not a best friend. The furniture was a good deal the only issue was with the bedroom furniture. Not sure if it was an intentional lie or a mistake but we were told the bed and dresser would be in the box New but when we showed up to pick it up the warehouse could only find the rails in the box and the one on the floor had send minor issue. While my daughter is ok with the minor issues just tell the truth next time. Now praying it’ll hold up

I purchased alot of furniture from them Tod. He was awesome. Now Ive tried to call 5 times in a row and been hung up on. I need to exchange a product that is a safety concern for my mother. I spoke to someone about it and was transfered...got hung up on. REALLY.I went back by the store and JJ and Tod took care of the problems I had. They were AWESOME!!!

This location has a lot of great items. Todd heard us out on what we wanted and what we were looking for and helped us in every way he could. He didn’t get pushy like salesman tend to do. We was very patient and kind. I have now been to this location twice for different purchases and I will not hesitate to return again. I have already recommended my sister come up from Memphis and check the location out on a visit.

Do not waste your time going to this store! The employees are rude and they do not value you as a customer! Dont be fooled by their cheap prices because how they treat you also matters! I passed by at least 6 different employees and neither of them took the time to even speak to me! I would suggest shopping somewhere at a company that truly appreciates you! Its obvious that this company only wants to make a quick buck!

5 star service - 1 star company policyKevin was attentive and helped us find the perfect couch! We’re about to checkout and I’m told we can’t purchase the extended warranty from this store. I understand outlet pieces wouldn’t qualify but this is a brand new (not an outlet piece) show-room floor sectional. I could stand here, in the store, and order it online with the warranty or we can drive to a different store, purchase the couch, then they will literally deliver the EXACT same couch. However, employees at this location can’t sell us the warranty for the couch? Total madness and a shame it’s costing their employees sales.

I recently purchased a bedroom suit at this store and had a wonderful salesman to take care of me. He didnt rush me to make up my mind or anything. He was an older man and still after being vaccinated was wearing a mask??? He didnt like it and I agree that this mandate should be revised immediately. I am an RN, also vaccinated. I did however, have to wait an extended amount of time for a manager to come over and adjust the items to the sale price. They were extremely busy.After leaving there and renting a truck to get my purchases home, I return for pick up. These people were also incredibly nice and helpful, however, for some crazy reason I waited 20-30 min extra for my mattress and box springs to come to the front of the warehouse for loading. I was never told why.

Was “greeted” by Scotty upon entering the showroom. We were wearing masks, he was too, but pulled it down to talk to us. Not cool! Lots to see, but prices weren’t any big discounts.

If you are wanting to look for anything at Rooms to Go Outlet ask for Tod. He was great not pushy and will help you with anything you need but also give you your space. Does not hover around you like most sells people in stores. We went in just looking for a kitchen table and he would just sit with and just figure what would be best for your family and our budget.

You have to pick through some items but you can find a great bargain if you look. If you see something in the retail store I bet you can find it at the outletstore. As stated in my previous post, my fiancée and I had an awesome experience at the Rooms to Go Outlet until we checked out with Ms. Abigail. Kevin kept a smile on our face and it immediately went away when Ms. Abigail nonchalantly called us to her counter for check out. She asked for our order number, did not engage in any conversation with us, and made us feel as if we ruined her day by being there. She asked how we wanted to pay for the furniture and we stated, We would like to pay with our line of credit we have with Rooms to Go. A few moments later she looked at us and stated, Ok what is your other form of payment. I became confused and again stated that we were paying with the line of credit. She nonchalantly stated, no, I need another form of payment for the sales tax. I politely explained that we made other purchases with Rooms to Go earlier this week and we were able to make the entire purchase including sales tax with our line of credit. Ms. Abigail continued with a straight face, and in an attitudinal manner, shook her neck and stated, well we dont do that here and proceeded to stare at me waiting. She stated this with no sense of customer service or explanation to address my concern. Instead of making a scene and embarrassing myself and my fiancée, I pulled out another card and gave it to her. At this point, I was about to cancel the sale and walk out but I thought about Kevin and his hard work with assisting us to find EXACTLY what we wanted. I couldnt believe she was ok with ruining a sale that her Co-Worker worked so hard to get. She swiped the card, asked me to sign, told me where to pick up the furniture and the experience ended. Ms. Abigail did not thank us for shopping with them. She did not say I hope you enjoy your purchase. She did not say come shop with us again. The experience awkwardly ended and we walked away. I walked in happy and left mad. This will not happen again. If Rooms to Go Outlet continues to allow Ms. Abigail to act in this behavior they will lose out on future sales. I will not check out with Ms. Abigail again. I will politely wait for another counter to open for check out. I would advise all customers to do the same. Ms. Abigail would receive 1 star only for processing the purchase. 👍👎👎👎👎

Not impressed, all the furniture look like fake wood, even the feel/touch was fake feeling. You could tell it would fall apart after a few years.

Good deals on furniture but our customer service experience was horrible. The only nice and professional person was the lady that checked us out. The sales reps were rude but noticed that they were very nice and accommodating to other customers.

JOHN was also great correcting our invoice .Even the guys loading the furniture were super friendly and nice. I would highly recommend this Rooms To Go!!!

I am giving it a four because I really love the dining room set I purchased today. I would have given it a five for the wonderful staff at customer pickup who were able to get the set in to my small car, so I could take it home myself. They were AWESOME!Losing a star because I was very unimpressed with the staff on the showroom floor. Not busy and they had an arrogant attitude, uninformed and were not helpful in helping find a way to get my furniture home. Kept trying to push one of their outside contractors to deliver it to me, adding another $100 to my cost.

It is a little hard to get to (take the road by Napa - dont listen to Google), but it was well worth the effort! We found something much nicer than we even hoped, and Kevin, our associate, was super helpful. Highly recommend!
