We had a small job for a customer who needed it quick. John was great and accomplished it in a day! Highly recommending using them!

I left a small job with them at the beginning of the week, they told me they would have it done before Friday. I called on Friday to verify that it either was done or would be done by the end of the day. I asked to hold so he could find out. He set the phone down and said (making sure it was loud enough for me to hear) yeah because I dont have anything better to do. When he got back on the line I was informed that my order hadnt moved from the spot I laid it when I brought it in. I work in customer service and I can understand being frustrated with a customer, but you dont voice that to them or in front of them. Pretty disappointed in how unprofessionally I was handled. Picked up my order undone and wont be back. Oftentimes, customers of mine will ask me for recommendations on where to have things done, I will be sure to share this story as often as possible.
