Not only does my ski feel so soft from the salt system, but I sleep deeply and feel energized and refreshed in the morning.

We spent so many hours with Chris in Lebanon and all of them were great! We shopped around many stores in person and online and the service that was provided when purchasing our first tub was superb. Chris was super helpful without ever being pushy. If you only knew how nervous I was to be purchasing a hot tub, you would be amazed at the fact that we actually purchased one. However, I have been nothing but excited every day since leaving the show room. Other dealers cant compare to the service that Allen Pools & Spas offers in the buying process. Trust me...we spoke with a lot of them!! Obviously with Covid the new hot tubs take up to a year to get, however, I am willing to wait simply because I know Allen Pools & Spas will be there when we need them. Thanks so much Chris!!

So far, so good. Helpful info and smooth financing for purchase. Unfortunately, it will take over a year to get the tub, so well have to wait to see if the delivery/installation is good.

I just wanted to share a follow up review as we got delivery of our new hot tub cover recently. As throughout the process, the communication has been exceptional. And the delivery and installation of the new cover was fantastic! They even took the time to install the new buckles, something which only took a few minutes but underscored their attention to every little detail of the process. Ive already been in touch with them about getting new accessories for the tub as were ready to invest in some additional upgrades. They have been terrific and we look forward to continuing to work together with their awesome team!

Were new to pool ownership and were having issues getting the chemistry to balance. I brought in some water, they put it in their analyzer and identified the exact amounts of everything that we needed to clear it right up. They printed out clear, step by step instructions, and now the pool is perfect!

I am not a customer of Allen Pool & Spa, yet when I went to the store to pickup chemicals for my Dimension One Spa, they asked me to bring in my water for a Free Water Test.I thought Customer Service like this was a forgotten trait.If anything is ever needed in the future, I hope Kim (she helped me out) and the team will be there for any needed service.

I got my hot tub from Allen Pools & Spas a couple of years ago. Their delivery and service guys were very professional. I just picked up some new filters with curb side pickup. They had what I needed in stock and ready for pickup almost immediately. The office folks are always courteous and helpful. And Im still loving my hot tub!

As a first time hot tub owner, we had no idea what kind of hot tub we wanted, or what the process involved. Chris made the whole experience the absolute best I could have hoped for. We have an interesting configuration for a swim spa in Sunapee and Ed Allen stopped by for almost two hours to evaluate the site and make sure everything would work out ok...and we hadnt even signed a contract yet!!!

So far our experience has been first rate. Chris Levesh our salesman had been informative, friendly and professional. We have not taken ownership at this point. Expecting delivery around the end of May. Still have some patio work to complete. We cant wait!

Great experience at Allen Pools and Spas! Zach, our sales guy, was excellent. He listened very well, educated us, and made sure that we found a unit that was perfect for US. He did NOT push us to the most expensive units! He also worked hard to arrange delivery and made a deal with some extra add ons since we were buying an in stock unit. Recently purchased a hot tub and had a very good experience. The sales person Nate seemed knowledgable and answered all our questions perfect. The delivery was painless and the delivery guys were also very nice and helpful with all my questions. I then called with in my first month to have a maintenance person come out and check to make sure I was doing everything correct. He (I think his name was Dan). Sales was great. I bought during one of the sales events, and the atmosphere was upbeat and fun. I did have a couple of small problems with the tub, but service was persistent in getting it fixed and stood behind the product Overall, a really good experience.

Had a scheduled service call today to replace two very expensive moto jets that were both repaired/replaced 2.5 years ago. No one showed up, no one called. Disappointed in Newbury.I have raised my review rating to 3 stars because I am happy with how Allen Pools has handled the missed service call - TY.I am still not happy to have to replace 3 very expensive moto jets in less than 3 years after they were last repaired/replaced, however.

Always dependable and professional, Allen Pools and Spas does a great job helping me care for my hot tub. I could not imagine nicer staff--they are all exceedingly polite--and they just do a damn good job. My hot tub is always crystal clear and I appreciate their help in keeping it that way!

14 years ago I purchased a 7 person hot tub. My three sons and I spent many hours star gazing, bird-watching,, laughing and connecting. Over the years, any repair service has just been excellent. The boys nowvisit, partly due to that hot tub. On January 2, the tub was pronounced dead by Dan, who did his very best at resuscitation. The very sympathetic gal in repair gave me a big discount on that service call. Wow. The same day, my first granddaughter was born and my new guy had just given me a bottle of pink champagne. What to do? I headed to White River Junction and met Nate. We talked a bit, I set my eyes on a beauty for 2 Wellspring TX perfect grey exterior, pearl interior. PERFECT. Nate and I talked financing and he made me two more incentive offers. A few hoops for the finance and set at 0% interest for 6 years . WTH? I contacted my electrician and the scheduling was set. 2 feet of snow comes off the roof, turns to 4 feet of a hurdle. Megan in scheduling and I are now friends. Rain turns it all to ice. Megan and I agree to talk at 7:45. On a crisp Jan 31, the delivery crew decides to roll. -10 when I went outside to shovel. The sun shown and the guys arrived and could not have been more pleasant and more willing to work with a can do attitude. It was a disaster that they handled with smiles. But, I did my part too. Well sanded working area, hoses at the ready etc. That night at 5:05, I cracked that champagne and finally toasted the sunset to my new granddaughter. I cant wait to show her the stars. Allen pools and spas have given me the best possible experience and I thank them. They are #1 and I urge everyone to head to the new showroom in Lebanon this spring. Youll never regret it.

Our tub was set up as expected. Once getting them settled in were very comfortable leaving them access to our home while we were not there. In April 2019, my husband and I ordered a new hot tub from Allen Pools & Spas. We worked with Chris Levesh, a really great guy. The big day finally came, our new hot tub arrived. The technicians from Allens did a fantastic job installing it and explaining everything to my husband. As good as things were, they didnt last. Unfortunately, our new tub had a leak. I contacted Chris and was put in touch with the service/maintenance crew. The service technician came and gave us the bad news, it was a manufacturers defect and he could not repair it. The folks at Allens were very nice, providing a loaner tub while we waited for our new tub. We, once again, went to see Chris Levesh about a new hot tub...having decided the first one really wasnt quite what we wanted. The one we chose was a bit more money, but we really didnt want to spend any more. Chris advocated for us to receive the replacement tub at no additional charge. Last week, August 9th, our new and much improved hot tub arrived. We absolutely love it.I would not hesitate to purchase another product from Allen Pools & Spas in the future. I am very impressed with their customer service and dedication to making it right and customer satisfaction. Everyone we talked to, Chris Levesh (salesman), the service technicians, the installers, and Meghan (the delivery scheduler) was pleasant, considerate and helpful.

Where exactly is your service area? We live 25 min (17.4mi) from your location in Lebanon we heard about. Guess were out of luckMy wife and I looked at pools on their website so we asked for pricing online, no answer for a week and then requested again. We were then told they no longer sell above ground pools and only endless pool system but still werent given any prices. I had to look online to find these start at $17000...yikes! We made it clear we cant spend that and asked if theres another company that does still sell them, but were given the name a place thats been closed for years after scamming customers. Is this a joke? If we can find a pool, well be going elsewhere for anything we need.

After my husband wrote a poor review about our experience that ended with being told they dont sell pools, they responded here and said that we are actually just out of their service area. We dont know if this a lie to turn us away since were just 17 miles away but get the message either way.

I have always had a very positive experience when I visit Allen Pools and Spas in Willison, VT. Whether I need help with pool or spa water quality or I am buying equipment like pumps, motors, etc ... the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable.
