Store is nice, clean, maintained well, carts are clean, easy to find the products, staffs are always helpful here if you need any help on finding your product. Product management like placing and availability are good. I reduced the star because I went to store to find Sonos speaker which said it was on stock but somehow I am not able to find aisle though one staff recommend the section to look for. Apart from above quality of product is not an issue at this store.

Rented this tow behind auger for a weekend project, didnt even make it 30 miles to home before the wheel bearing seized and the tire popped from being drug. Then on further examination about 6 bolts were loose making the machine dangerous to even use! When we called the manager they didnt even seem bothered that the machine could have injured someone severely. Home Depot needs to do better! These machines need constant maintenance

All the staff was very helpful and attentive. They all seem to truly care about each customers experience and whether or not we were able or going to have questions. I was surprised to see so many people that care.

So I recently went to this Home Depot to try to get my weed trimmer checked out. I went to the tool rental and maintenance department and spoke to a man named Mo. He was very helpful, friendly, and straight forward with the price of getting the weed trimmer repaired. He told me the repair cost would be close to the same price as getting a new one. Even though I wasnt to thrilled with the news, the great customer service made me feel welcomed and the experience pleasant!

This store is always clean when I visit. The plants always seemed cared for and the employees have been nice every time. It’s a huge turn off when you see or smell dead plants, and I’ve never experienced that here (unlike another big home store in the area).

Five stars for the store over all. How ever this particular day. I came in went selected 3 gallons of Behr premium to table deep base carried it to the counter for her. I then informed her that Id need them to be tinted to cedar and told her the code as well SC 146. Lacey in paint department clearly, then took 40 mins to begin mixing rather than beginning the mixing then tending to other customers, she desided to do everything else and help all other customers after me until the area was free of customers at which point she begins to ask me what sheen. Very upset with the performance today. But Id like to add all other employees are wonderful knowledgeable and helpful.

This is my “home store” when online. We ordered a whirlpool stove for my ederly in-laws. They found the model from a tag on the stove in the store and snapped a picture. We ordered from the picture and when it arrived they realized the store had the wrong tag on the wrong stove. Whatever, it’s there, they will keep it. WELL… after install the breaker popped and the delivery people had them sign and gave them a 1-877 number to call and left!! Fixed income, elderly people!! This was a Saturday. Breaker kept popping and finally just wouldn’t do anything. Called the number today. Whirlpool actually hung up on the Home Depot people so I won’t ever buy their products again. Finally agreed on a refund since the product is DOA, however we can’t bring it to the store and they can’t pick up for 10days and we can’t get the refund until after whirlpool gets it!! Here is the real kicker…. Went to Lowe’s bought a new stove went to the house and it popped the breaker…. The INSTALL guys from Home Depot forced the cord in and broke the outlet therefore grounding and we think frying the stove!! Their own people broke it!! We are out extra money for the stove, the 2 days of them being without, the repair of the outlet, a new plug, and now have to wait for them to get it back to us on their time! No one at the store cared at all! Just go to Lowe’s and save yourself the headache.

Pretty good selection in stock considering how popular these tools have become. In my opinion the home Depot needs to keep a larger selection of this brand on hand. Milwaukee offers a huge variety of tools. Tonight I had a great team member help me find exactly what I wanted and offered great knowledge of the product and he didnt work in that department. 5 star rating for Hartman Dr. Location in Lebanon, TN...

This Home Depot is well stocked and always has what your looking for. As a new Home owner, I can say that there are larger and better ones out there. But you would have to drive to Murphfreesboro or Nashville for them. All in all, this location services all the needs of a homeowner well.

We have a decent HD here, not huge but well stocked w a variety of selections. Staff is helpful and courteous, and the Rental Desk is also well run and has a good selection of equipment available. We like to shop and buy locally whenever we can, and we patronize this HD more so than any other hardware or home goods store. They dont have it all, but they can likely get it for you in a day or two.

Quick help. Had half of what I needed in stock. They offered and did call closest store for additional flooring. I paid for it up front, went to next store, got a text it was pulled and at pick up outside isle, went to service desk, showed my receipt, they loaded and off I went! Satisfied and happy for a smooth service. That is so rare anywhere these days!

I rented the skid steer on a Saturday as the job I rented it for could only be accessed on the weekends. The skid steer broke after less than 4 hrs of use and was not repaired until Monday. Ron in rentals wouldnt do anything about it other than give it to me for an extra day which does no good outside of the weekends. I ended up talking to the assistant manager May, I told her I had less than 4 hrs of time with the machine working. She ended up charging me for a full day. I have never had an issue with customer service when I rented Sunbelt. So only with sunbelt will I rent from now on.

I had no idea what I was doing when it came to replacing the hardware and plumbing of my kitchen sink. A very kind gentleman named Steve went above and beyond to make sure that I knew my options and different ways that I could do this. I felt uncertain about doing this by myself but left feeling very confident thanks to him. Thank you Steve!!

This review is specifically for the rental department and their management of a poor product. We rented a large tile saw from this location, and after returning home to continue our project, we found the saw blade provided was incapable of doing its job. It shredded five tiles we tried to cut, and completely destroyed the tiles. We thankfully had a tile blade we’d previously purchased (that we intended on returning after deciding to rent) and once we replaced the blade the saw worked perfectly (aside from a broken blade lock). When we returned it to the store, we were told the blade was brand new (I guess the rust happened overnight...) and that the best they could do is give us a 10% discount. Once we asked for the store manager we were rudely asked “What would you like for us to do?” and she tried to tell us we could have brought it back, despite being told over the phone that we were “past that time” when we called Initially to complain. We eventually gave up arguing, settling on a 25% discount and called corporate. We were offered an additional $50 card (and Aisha over the phone was an absolute gem) but I wanted folks to be aware of the absolute trash customer service from the rental department as well as the store manager of the Lebanon, Tn location

Home Depot is more of a box store than their competition, Lowes. Every time I go in to Home Depot I am asked if I need help finding anything. Every time I used to go in to Lowes you dont get asked for help and are ignored by their associates. Home Depot 95% of the time has exactly what Im looking for. Friendly staff willing to help and answer questions. That goes a long way.

Very helpful employees. My hands are arthritic and an employee graciously crimped 2 connectors for me. As a full-time camper traveling the country and not having anyone with me to help me, thats the type of service I really appreciate.

I recently purchased a dishwasher and installation with Home Depot. The young kids that were supposed to install the dishwasher told us that we had corroded pipes and that they could not complete the install until that was fixed. We called a plumber who looked at the pipes and stated that while there was some corrosion on the pipes, that it should not have been a problem for the installers. We replaced the pipes, against his judgment, so we could get the dishwasher installed but the installation company could not come back on the same day. We called customer service to tell them about the incident and the best they could do was knock off the installation fee and give us $100 dollars for the $146 pipe fix. They also stated that the earliest they could come out and install the dishwasher would be in seven days. Today is the day that they were supposed to show up and they did not because the manager at customer service that i spoke to did not click a button to finalize the order. I told them to come get their dishwasher and give us a refund in which they stated that they could not because the dishwasher had been sitting in the box in our house for a week. The only reason we kept it here was because we thought the installers would come back on the same day after we fixed the pipe that nothing was wrong with. I am now sitting on hold for the fourth hour of my life trying to get a new install date because of Home Depot employees incompetence. I am not the type of person to write bad reviews but this is the worst customer service that I have ever received. They messed up multiple times, cost my family time and money and refuse to do anything to satisfy the customer.

I honestly enjoy shopping here over Lebanons Lowes any day of the week. The staff here is extremely friendly, and theyve put up with my shenanigans close to close. I try not to do that, but I was determined to get this one product in red. Alec and Liv both helped to track down this elusive red shelf for my kitchen one night, and I went on and paid for it so they could close up and they slick brought it out to me once they wrangled it down from up high some place in the store. Home Depot takes good care of their employees, especially during this pandemic. Plus they have that 12 foot skeleton. Im buying 2 next year ✌✌✌✌

It is extremely sad to find our country where it is today. It seems as though no one cares about anyone else. Customer service used to mean something. Good customer service was a must, not a rarity. Doing the right thing was important. Owning up to a mistake was an everyday occurrence. Doing a good job and valuing hard work was on everyone’s to do list. This Home Depot has shown me that our country has become vastly different and not in a good way.We had bought a dishwasher and paid for the installation from the Lebanon Home Depot. When the installers came with our dishwasher we were told that there was too much corrosion on the pipes to install the dishwasher. They were unable to install the dishwasher until the pipes were replaced. The very same day we had Lee Plumbing come out to take a look at it. Lee plumbing told us that it did not need to be replaced. Regardless of the plumber telling us it was unnecessary, we paid $150 to have it replaced anyway so that Home Depot’s “installers” could get their job done. We made another appointment to get it installed a week later (that was the earliest). Apparently, the manager at Lebanon Home Depot did not complete the installation process on her end so no one came out to install the second time. Talked to managers, talked to corporate and nothing. They will be here when they can. And yet we don’t have an appointment after talking to everyone we could get in touch with. The workers in the store were nice and friendly so it is unfortunate that the managers and installers are bringing down the worth of the everyday workers in this Home Depot.Bring me back the mom and pop stores that cared about their customers.

HD Service and Quality has started to deteriorate and they make it extremely hard to get a Veteran’s Discount, unlike Lowe’s who has a third party verify 1-time and forever locks your status to your virtual and physical “MyLowes” card.

After spending upwards of $8000 on appliances, we are now left without our appliances, and none in our household thanks to errors completely on the Lebanon store. We have asked for a resolution and still have none. Our delivery day was today and we are not getting appliances, nor do they know when we will. We are now having to eat every single meal out until they arrive, and so far all we’ve been told is they are trying, however actions speak louder than words and there should’ve been a resolution by now. We’ve learned our lesson and will never again shop at Home Depot, I should have spent my money at Lowe’s.You would think, after we have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with Home Depot they would want to treat us right. I realize that we are just residential consumers, but our money can be spent elsewhere.To be fair to the staff at the store, I have waited multiple days and we have spent hours and hours on the phone with different people in management. Since we still do not have a resolution that is why I felt the need to go on social media.

Bought a $3600+ refrigerator.I paid for delivery, install, and haul away.What I got was delivery and destruction of personal property ($250+ in damages).They refused to install the new refrigerator and refused to haul away the old one.EVEN THOUGH I PAID EXTRA FOR THOSE SERVICES!!!Less than a month after delivery, and denied install, I had to make a claim on the extended warranty.During delivery, they messed up the computer brain that runs the Family Hub...OH!! Did I mention, they expect you to get your water tested BY THEIR PEOPLE, PROMISE YOU A $20 Home depot gift card, ONLY TO BE HARRASSED and never get the gift card?Yeah, Im still getting calls and visits from them...DO NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!

Update: since our bad experience I can say Home Depot has had everything I have needed including plants during the colder months. ( which is the perfect time to plant trees/shrubs)..Old review: Wife purchased a John Deere z345m mower for my birthday @2980.00 tax and delivery with delivery set for a week later on 9/7. Let me just say I wasnt aware Home Depot gives a mind blowing, ridiculous 14 hour window for deliveries 6am-8pm and then out sources the delivery! I called 4 times on the day of delivery and was told The first 3 times that it was on its way (store 7 miles from me) the 4th call was at 8:30pm and I was told their outsourced delivery guy never even showed up that day and my mower had never left the store. I wasted the whole day waiting! They were nice about giving me a refund and I then went directly to the John Deere dealer.

If you want christmas stuff, HURRY!! We had to purchase displays because they were sold out!! Everyone must be decorating this year.

Went in to get a end for a plug. Went to find someone. They were several of them standing and talking in the middle aisle. I asked them about the end of the plug. One young man said you need to buy a new extension cord. The older man said no there is a guy that knows where everything is let me get him. The gentleman that waited on me was absolutely wonderful he asked me if I wanted to have a lighted into my extension cord or if I just needed to have it plugged in. The attentiveness on the employees was spot-on except for the young stupidity of someone that didnt know. I recommend this place highly.

Awesome tourist place

A family member tried to exchange a brand new, unopened over-the-range microwave.He needed a simple free standing model. He was willing to lose over $120 in the trade in and the manager wouldnt let him do it. Will tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague.

This is my favorite home depot to go to. They have the largest in stock tools around and they keep the rest of the store stocked good to. If I have a choice of stores to go to it is this one.

The folks there are always courteous and knowledgeable. The garden center seems to be stocked with healthy plants and lots of choices. Prices are a little higher than competitors. Overall, I like this store.

Gentleman was very helpful when I was hunting for a patio set. The Shelf was empty where it was supposed to be but he went outside and found it for me I had to move a lot of stuff around from incoming stop to get it down but never once complained extremely helpful I wish I would have caught his name
