Was very helpful and knowledgeable and acted like they were happy to have me as a customer.

I had to call from my car due to the current social distancing rules. The salesman brought out swatches for me to see before I picked one of the many blacks. Then he brought the finished product of paint out to my car. Very easy.

Needed some paint to cover a drywall patch on a wall that had a crack from the house settling. Sherwin-Williams employee met me at the door, took my paint swatch, found the matching color and delivered the can to my car. So I stayed safe and did not have to even go into the store.Thank you.

There was a middle-aged woman in the store who was quite rude to me. I’ll never go back again to that store. I’ve been to other Sherwin-Williams stores in the past. In the future, I will go to stores who know how to treat people right.

I love the App that you have that helps me choose a color and paints my house with that color. The person working there really helped me decide on the colors I chose for my house,. I appreciated the time he took with me. I also appreciated the 40% off sale.

Really nice and helpful. Located on Columbus. My uncle has an account there as a professional company owner. I used his name for my discount and they were even sure to call him to make sure someone wasnt using his name fraudulently. They helped me in choosing the proper paints for our home and even carried everything out to me truck. Sweet, knowledgeable guys! Located a couple three doors down from Aculpolco restaurant. Store was clean and very open. Lots of selections to choose from. Staff was friendly and polite.

They have a new manager named Dalton. Great help on any project. It makes things easier when you have polite knowledgeable people to answer your questions and put you with the right products. I will definitely refer this Sherwin Williams store in the future.

This would be a great place to open a paint store! Always it off basic needs like non yellowing white caulk, sanding sealer and other basic things that any paint store should carry at all times.

Had an order called in from another store. When I got their, the two ladies asked me can I help you and I said yes, I am here to pick up an order. They asked me my name and said their was no order. I finally said can you call to check with the guy who called it in. One guy appeared from the rear of store and said, hey I got it. I guess next time, the girls should ask the help in the back about called in orders before they swear to customer that their is no order at all called in. One minute to walk in the back room and ask would have saved all the confusion.

This place is pretty decent as far as how the pricing goes the employees however Im sort of indifferent about when I walked in the store I saw one guy that was behind the counter huffing paint which sort of scared me and I left
