What I would expect in a no frills hardware store.

Looking for a special shut off valve, but no luck. Thankful for the customer service that kept me from searching the whole store.

Nice old store. With everything bunched together to make it as tight as possible. Smelling like gas paint and oil, its like walking into a well used garage. Workers know where their stuff is and everybody is nice.

Let me tell you these guys know hardware. I needed 4 screws for a fan remote with a flat head so the cover would cover the screws. Wow, they treated me as if this purchase was $50 dollars and not the $1.95 it really was. I will definitely go there for all my future purchases. Thank you 🥰🥰🥰

Major brand store with a home town feel. Good service but the selection is not as much as the big box stores but it has that old school hardware store vibe.

Found what I was looking for, rooting powder,. for potatoes, they got everything.

I normally go to Wilmington Ace Hardware. I was in the area figured while I was out check to see if they had anything. This specific store in Lebanon is hot garbage. I ended up helping two customers with grill questions.

No matter what I do to get a 20-lb propane tank filled, a grumpy old man with the Propane Police tells me to do something differently . . . and BTW this tank is expired. So this grumpy old man runs around touching all the bases. U gotta luv it! 🙈

Visited the store for paint chipsPositive feedback: store employee asked twice if I needed help;Negative feedback: many chips were missing like, which is what I experienced a year ago when I visited for the same thing, these were a mix of popular, trendy colors (empty but designated spot) as well as not so popular neutrals (no empty designated spot...just not available); additionally, the windows look pretty dirty.The 3 stars are given due to friendly attentive service.

Great staff and they are always ready to help you find the right parts, answer any questions, etc.The customer service is excellent and they can order an item, if its not in stock.Its worth enrolling in Ace Rewards too, since it costs nothing to join and Ace mails a card worth $5 or more as you accumulate points from buying at Ace. I like the loyalty rewards and the customer service is always a nice incentive too.I highly recommend this store.

These guys are awesome. They fill our tanks with no major issue. The workers are nice guys and very helpful.

I like the services you can still get at Ace. I get my dog license there each year. The full service post office, is a real time saver, keys are also made there. Great to look around for unusual items as well.

Ace IS the place! Have a great time browsing the store. It has a post office, which is the main reason I was there. Very efficient staff, when ever I stop in. ALWAYS find a thing or two to purchase before I leave. Great to have a hardware store so close by.

Every time I have been there the staff has shown genuine courtesy and helped above whats generally expected for customer service.

I had a hard time teaching an item on the top shelf. Logan noticed it and came right over and got me the last can of spray paint that I wanted. Thank you Logan.

A nice place at which to shop. Right off Main St., its easy to reach. Parking isnt abundant, but the store is seldom crowded. Its a store worth supporting, and the staff is always willing to help.

Service person was bordering on relentless even tho I knew what I needed, where it was and ended up finding what I wanted before him. Other than that, the store looks much better for the work they have done inside. Still a little crammed for their size, but still has that homey feel its always had too.

I love Ace. Its that small town, small store customer service you get when you walk in. They are always helpful and its always easy to find someone if you have questions. I rent U-Hauls from Ace, have keys made and pick up things I need especially when Im in a hurry.

It amazes me that whenever you go to one of the big box stores and they dont have what you want, these guys always seem to have it. Just bought a grill and thought there is no way they are going to be cheaper than the other guys, but not only were they cheaper they ordered in the model I wanted, put it together and loaded it into my SUV. Gave me all of the manuals and asked if I had any questions. Great customer service and that small personalized touch is great.

Old guy with mustache was rude and argumentative. Went in because Tuesday they run propane refills for about half price. I had two 40lb tanks and he said the special was only on 20 lb tanks. I said just charge me for 4 20lb tank refills. He said why would I do that, there not the right tank size. It didnt matter to him that its the same amount of propane hed be selling. Ill never shop at Ace again. Its amazing theyre still in business.

This is the place to shop for all your honey - do list. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. You cannot sail something you do not know, they knew their products. Will go again better than big box store.

This guy called James was very nice in the beginning trying to help rent us a uhaul and was having a difficult time doing it and got on the phone with someone for help. All was going well then I heard him tell the person on the phone in a low tone that there is a language barrier. Really? Accent and language isnt the same my friend. Very disappointed in James. Not cool my friend.

Definitely my favorite Ace! I am always greeted when I walk in the door and asked “What can I help you find today?” This store is full of helpful hardware folk!

I came in yesterday and was rudely told that I have 2 minutes to shop by the boy/child clerk. Then he started trying to cough all over me.Beware other customers - I would avoid this place and let them run out of business due to their horrid customer service.

Staff was attentive and helpful. Matt was exceptional at finding exactly what I needed.

A few days before black friday, i went online to make a purchase, and it tells me theres an issue with the purchasing process and to call or email them. I emailed them and they told me to go to the store. When i visited, i first looked around a little, and no help was offered. I finally went to the front and asked who i should speak to about the online issue and was directed to the back. After heading to the back of the store, i was waiting behind one other person, while 3 employees were talking amongst themselves about what they did the night before. After 3 or 4 mins i finally got someones attention amd explained the problem. She proceeded to look up the item online, and had the same issue. She asked me for my info and said they are getting a truck within the next day or two and would call me when it comes in. I told her the price online, and she assured me it would be that price, and even wrote it on the call back slip. I waited 2 days, till wednesday, at around 5 pm, and i called them. They told me it didnt come in on this truck, but assured me it would be in on friday. I called back on friday, after still not getting a call, and they told me the same thing, assuring me it would be available monday. By this point im wondering whg such a small hardware store would be getting 3 trucks a week, but i said ok, and with another assurance, they would call me then. It is now the 10th of January and im still waiting on their call. The truck must of taken a slight detour lol.

The staff here is always extremely helpful and most of them are pretty knowledgeable in different areas of home repair projects. Prices are a bit high but Im willing to pay for the convenience of not having to travel farther to the bigger home improvement stores.

Of course Ace is a place for the helpful hardware folks schedule good go visit them
