Love honey baked hams! This location has friendly staff and fresh products. Been here a few times and ordered ahead for in store pick up and ordered ahead for curbside pickup, both times pick up went smoothly.

Today we ordered lunch as a group at work and everyone was friendly and efficient except Belle! I’m sorry but we faxed in an order for boxed lunches which comes with kettle chips and a cookie! We also ordered drinks we specified on the paper that these were boxed lunches we didn’t specifically put cookies and chips since the term boxed lunch right on the menu states it comes with it ! We were very disappointed and hungry. We were rung up for what we got but if there was ever a doubt that we only wanted the sandwich we should have been called as the food was delivered and from a pretty good distance away. We will try again and hopefully in the future we will get the correct order. On a positive note the fruit tea and sandwiches were delicious .

I had a great chicken salad sandwich here for lunch recently which I really enjoyed. Pictured is also another good sandwich made here. Will definitely be back!

The Workers Needs to be Trained on how to Treat the Customers

Absolutely loved the Honeybaked Turkey Breast. It was fabulous! Didnt have to wait long to get it and your service people were very friendly and helpful.

Got a turkey which was fire, but be warned even if you do curbside they don’t actually do curbside. No curbside parking noted so I pulled in a normal spot and called them because I’d prepaid and everything.... I’d been cleaning and cooking all day and didn’t plan on going in anywhere but upon calling was told they aren’t doing curbside today? Sooooooo had to go in.... trying to social distance and do pick up for what I can this was a very disappointing surprise. If you don’t do it don’t pretend to offer it......

BIGGEST disappointment everybody loves honey bake ham for the crust they just was selling regular ham..wow really no stars

HoneyBaked Ham. Do I really need to say more about the product? If you have never tasted their ham, then you are missing out.This location: The staff is always helpful and friendly. Access and parking are better than any other HoneyBaked store I have visited. Convenient traffic light on Lebanon Rd, great parking (even driving a Yukon XL).

We get a Honey Ham every year. First time from this location. In and out fast. Not much of a selection. The boneless whole hams were all spoken for. Get your ham early here or reserve one to make sure you get what you want. We chose a bone in ham. It will do.

Delicious product! Long line for pick up, but moved relatively quick.

Always good food and service. Have to wait for those in front of me in line. This is not cheap food. Make a decision before you make the rest of us wait.

The Lebanon store is a great place for lunch. The daily sandwich special or chef salad are good choices. The restaurant is seldom crowded at lunchtime and the staff are friendly and helpful.
