Good store good service and good people ESPICALLY at closing time ole boy has excellent customer service stop in every night on our way to work

Since I work at the lamb making them fancy dinners look fancy.. Im always at IGA.. will tash and the rest of the crew are always really nice to me.. and others too..

The guys that work in here our awesome and kind.. I highly reccomend this store. Plus it has a wider selection than a gas station ..all in a convenient compact but comfortable area. Just a great place.

Didnt go inside, but I did stop once on my way out of town and once on my way back in to fill up. I was really disappointed that my iga card wouldnt pull up from the pump so I could use the points Ive earned. I spent 60$ on the first fill up and 52$ on the second. Those points could have saved me a ton of money. Not sure why it didnt work because I didnt go in, but to be fair, I shouldnt have to if Im paying at the pump. Someone may want to look into this or customers may start migrating over to convince stores where they get their rewards.

Not the most classy of convenience stores but the one benefit I like the most is there pizza and Hoagies are to die for they have everything you need and more. If youre looking for a convenience store with it a little extra added on top then this is the place for you

Small town IGA friendly, & quick

Was the only gas station in my area at the time that took tap pay at the pump. Shell doesnt have this feature. Nor does Kroger

Nothing fancy, but most things you might need are available.

Every time I buy something off the shelf food wise it’s either expired spoiled or rotten. last night I had gotten shrimp cocktail sauce and it had mold growing in it, so I went back to get another and it also was moldy. The hot food is mostly good if Denise cooks it but that’s about it. And The people that work their in the mornings are rude AF and just don’t care. 1 star

Theyve got just about anything you want but you got to pay for it hard

The bathroom was nasty didnt look like it had been cleaned in the last 20 years the place has a very bad and weird smell over all just nasty

This place. In the center of the center of the known universe (Lebanon, Ohio). Ive been coming there for over 20 years...I still call it Ameristop. Great little independently owned grocery store/gas station. AMERICAN owned too! Nobody who works here has ever even been to India. No offense to Indian owned mini marts, but I had to mention the American owned part because its so rare nowadays.😏

I stopped to get gas after paying with credit card I went inside to get a quick lunch when I came outside there was 9.5 gallons of gas all over my truck and the ground The pump never shut off after the tank was full. When I went inside to let them know they were extremely rude as it was my fault. I spoke with the owner about What could be done about the 9 1/2 gallons I paid for that was on the ground due to his Shut off on the pump not working properly he said It was my problem he was Was not going to do anything. after submitting pictures to American Express they made it right Since the crook would not!

Iga lebanon has always had unfriendly and rude service. They cant be bothered to say hello or thank you. Thw store has boxes stored in the isles so your constantly trying to shimmy around people and products.
