A very cool place to visit for great food, fresh vegetables and more. They carry everything from coffee and salsa to pre-made meals and a variety of meats and cheeses. The prices are fair and the staff is welcoming. Environment is lovely and the atmosphere is chill.

Best little shop for fresh veggies, cheese, grains, organic and natural soaps, cleaning supplies, house plants. Some items change weekly so we try to go often to catch new items. Fresh cut flowers, greeting cards and the very best staff and management around!

Listen, you want to eat here. The menu changes daily and its served until theyre out. Everything is a delight.You can tell the chef is creative and likes to take chances on her dishes. So if you want fun twists in classics or just something new completely come here!Also you can get kobucha on tap, frozen pre-made meals, bread, and in season produce!For non-edibles they have great soaps, candles, green cleaning supplies (you can also refill your cleaning supplies, yay for being green), a bath salt bar and more!Definitely a gem of a place!

They have a WIDE variety of products from essential oil‘s, and soaps to teas and, meats! I was surprised to find sugar with added lavender! Not only do they have quality products, they take great passion in customer service. I guarantee you will never leave disappointed, and most definitely will come out with more than you intended to buy. Miss Betsy, and Mallory are by far the kindest of souls. This is a fantastic place. It’s small natural grocery store with a group of fun and caring ladies that run it. They have a variety of different products from dairy to soap. Focusing on fresh natural items a wonderful and unique store to our community that badly needed something like this. i live in Mount Juliet but will continue to support these ladies and get great healthy food.

I purchased tea, butter, veggies, grits, cleaning products, a plant, chapstick, candle, and a shirt. I had really high expectations for everything I bought, and I can happily say everything exceeded my expectations! The owner even gave me tips on how to prepare the veggies and suggested the tea I bought. Excellent suggestions all around and wonderful customer service! I cant wait to come back to Lebanon again soon.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the selection of goods here. I want everything in this store. For how small it is, theres actually a little bit of everything and the shop owner has great taste. The one drawback is the prices do reflect this, putting this shop way out of my price range right now for household and grocery needs. I do plan to come back for gifts though! it is a little hard to notice from the street, so pay attention. Youll see the shopping strip with a shop with a pink sign and an Italian ice place. this shop is BEHIND that- youll figure it out once youre in the parking lot.
