I knew exactly what I needed, but wasnt familiar with the store. Taken directly to it, Wasnt pressured to purchase something else. Super easy, and fast in and out. No muss no fuss. Both employees in the store were very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I will be back.

I am staying in Lebanon for month or so and went here because of location convenience. First impression were good:-Polite & knowledgeable staff- decent selection off glassware and other items-prices are consistent and the same for each product that is identical every time ( some shops are like 5$ for this one day, then next day you get the same thing plus more and realize they just tax you because they think you are not paying attention.)…..the cons are…:-10$ minimum purchase with card is annoying,- 10$ for a piece of glass that is normally 5$ MAX in California ( where I’m from ) If it was of higher quality or thicker glass I’d pay that no problem, but it was inferior glass and wasnt blown that well.Overall : Good shop!I

They always are nice. They always have the cigarettes I smoke. Eagle 20s 100s in a blue box. Employees are always nice and respectful. And I seen they have things to help pass D Screen. If you know what I mean!!!! Just stop by there and see for yourself. Positive youll like it. Cheap grizzly,cheap, cigarettes and other items....

Moved to area a few months ago, and by far this is the best smok e shop Ive seen. Their selection of cigars is amazing, they always have a full humidifier running to keep things from drying out. Besides cigars, their cigarette selection is amazing, even keeping non-filter brands in stock. For people who vape, they selection of devices is decent, and they have a smaller selection of juices, so I wouldnt call it a vape store but a real smoke shop. They have a good selection of CBD products and their Kratom selection is very good. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. This place has great people that do a great job informing you and helping you get the best setup for whatever you need. I dont write reviews but I was so impressed with them calling me when they got a coil I needed in stock that I had to do my part. The workers will learn your name and are very friendly and clearly care about your business.

Just dont like the employees here. I went in about 6 months ago to buy a Vape so I can eventually stop smoking and the young man who waited on me was rude and not helpful at all... I will not return. The owners are very nice! That is the only reason I gave them 2 stars.

Showed us a lot of water pipes before making a choice. They were very patient as we made a decision and had many name brand pipes. The New Years sale was a nice perk.

Bought a vape mod from them and 3 days later the touch screen stopped working, took it back in and they wouldnt do anything for me. When I contacted the manufacturer they informed me that that device is over 5 years old.

I have just recently moved into this area and have visited this establishment twice for random items. Both of the young staff members were very nice and upbeat. They gave me options on the items I was looking for and took the time to show me what I wanted to look at.

Shop is so much more than just a cigarette shop. Lottery, glass pipes, vape items, loose tobacco, papers, Asian inspired items of all kinds, mystery bags (which I have found to be an incredible value), sale items, etc. Manufacturers coupons accepted. I met the owner, and she is warm and friendly and a wonderful example of what an independent shop owner can be. Always willing to help and guide your selections in the right direction. Located in between a cell store and vacuum store, parking can be limited. Worth the trip, just for the look see.

Great variety of just about everything tobacco related. Prices are reasonable and employees are always friendly and informative of products. If you plan on using credit card there is a 10.00 dollar minimum.

This shop is a pretty cool shop. Today I got another Chinese fan, that makes my third one. They have Oriental tea sets complete sets they are beautiful. Anything smoke wise you can imagine. Incense, Vapes,m just really neat stuff.

The staff are great. They are in the know on the products they sale. They even have a good variety of dipping tobacco lets say for instance they sale Stokers. That is a hard to find dipping tobacco. I got it for a friend.

Very helpful. We recently went back to rolling our own cigarettes. A ou $20 for the rolling machine and $15.79 for the Blu large bag of criss cross tobacco then 2.50 per box of tubes. My husband did the math and we are spending .53¢ per pack of smokes. The guy was so helpful in directing us about our selection. They have cigarette cases. A variable of cigarette rolling machines, tons of tobacco Pipes, CBD oils, incense, and fresh Ginseng, vape rigs, Kratom powders and many other things. I highly recommend this place. It is owned by an Oriental couple and they are also exceedingly helpful and kind! For a smoker this is the place to go!
