We have had nothing but great service. Other places Ive used so not come close to the level of care we get here. We barely have to even look at our levels as they check them so often. Also checking and filing when prices are about to change in order to save us on our bill is greatly appreciated.

Always pleasant. Quick with a delivery. I have been using this Company for years and have never had a problem with them.

Id give them zero stars if I could.they are very unfriendly as well as unprofessional. They refused service because my tank kept running out.turns out I had a leak in my line.dont worry mountain country, the professionals fixed it

I have experienced poor sevice with Mountain Country Propane. I ran out of propane on a Thursday. I only use propane to cook and heat water. They come by every 6 weeks or so. I must have been sleeping the last time they stopped, I work nights. I was told they could stop by at the end of next week. I stayed up during the day Thursday (a week without propane, so no hot water). Friday stayed up again . It was after 3pm before I found out that it would be at least Tuesday. Im guessing the staff feels that I need to be punished for sleeping during the day the stopped or because I was late with a payment once. Regardless, it would be nice for a propane company to deliver propane in less than 12 days. Another oddity, Ive burned more propane this year than I have the previous 2 years combined.

Older man in there either owner or manager very rude and disrespectful.

Excellent service, answered all my questions then delivered my propane when they said they would.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Do not use them. I bought a house in 2016, the owners before me had propane put in the tank. I called when I bought the house to let them know about us new owners, apparently that wasnt good enough. They had come to my house numerous times because I hadnt refilled the tank, there was plenty in it for my family & I. They never once brought me paperwork or anything to sign when they came out, three weeks later they showed up on my property & took the tank out of my yard without my permission because it was an asset to them because we werent buying propane so therefore they werent making any money.. Very disrespectful the guy said he was doing what his boss told him to do, this same guy was the one had my house three weeks prior.

Had exactly what I was looking for at a good price.
