A friend of mine had bought her furniture at Big Lots, nice quality, so we went in to look for furniture. The sales guy that helped us was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They had a descent variety of living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. I found 3 mattresses I liked, we also found the living room furniture we like. I would not have guessed the quality of their furniture to be as good as it is. The prices are reasonable and they have payment plans available.I also fell in love with some of the home decor they have. Their outdoor furniture isn’t as plentiful but I liked what they had. They also have kitchen ware, outdoor decor and tools and a wide variety of other household items. This store is with a look.

Good selection of seasonal items, but not nearly enough Halloween things.. Not trying to come in here on October 1st and find isles of Christmas decorations.. Absolutely depressing. Otherwise not too bad of a place.

I tried to buy a chair at the Big Lots store in Lebanon, Tennessee. I was told I couldnt because it was a floor model. I tried to buy a different chair and was given another reason why I couldnt buy that one. If Big Lots can rationalize why they cant sell their furniture in this Covid time then I sure wont buy it. Lots of luck.

Prices on some things still as Walmart but they do have nice stuff there.

I recently moved to Franklin and furnished my whole two bedroom condo.the guy in furniture named Tim is absolutely amazing and unbelievable.he not helped me and put my furniture up til later that day.but also helped me get a mattress I had been wanting.plus maybe.Susan is great she helped me alot

Exactly what you would expect from Big Lots: cheap, quality for price merchandise. Has a nice assortment of home goods available and is clean and organized well. Will return.

Susan the Manager here is the best!! Including the District Manager! I was having issues with my furniture warranty! Theyre unwillingness to help with my situation was ridiculous! Susan & the District Manager made sure my family & I were taking care of! God knows theyre a blessing & SOLVED MY ISSUES! I love e this store for years & now I will continue too!

The experience was pleasant, it is not the best but not the worst and a great middle of the road option. Would recommend if you are looking for a good price and an everyday feel. Prices are normal but could be better with in store sales.

All big lots stores are pretty much the same, very clean, good selections, friendly staff. Love all the summer items they carry every yr & we buy alot of christmas lights here also.

I was expecting a discount type store, but we werent able to find anything that seemed like a great deal to us with the ability to find similar items at better prices online. It was very clean and the workers were friendly. The bathroom area smells as though there may be a sewage issue.

Did not have the twin bed,headboard and dresser that I was look for. Called the Gallatin store they were out alsoCalled the Maddison/Rivergate store they had trucks to come in today. Have to check back tomorrow.

Theyve remodeled, prices are not low any more, that was the appeal of big lots, a step above dollar general. Seems like this manager is trying to keep up with the Jones and does not care about the value of customers.

The service was almost nonexistent. The website showed only one of my desired item in stock. I spotted it as well as a two-wheel dolly and rolled the item to the checkout. This was the only item of its kind visible. The two-wheeler was next to a counter where an associate was standing. After taking it to checkout the previous associate told the cashier not to sell it since it was a display. The cashier was professional in his explanation. The counter employee brought back an unassembled item. Which was fine. He then very condescendingly asked where I had obtained the two-wheeler. I told him... I had gotten it from him...since it came from where he was standing. Didnt even offer to take it out for me. Not the best customer service experience.

I havent been to big lots in a few years, but we stopped by here and it looks much better than I remember. Everything was clean and they had a lot more furniture this time.

Went to pick up a couch that was purchased. The wearhouse crew was extremely rude. They made us bring the couches from the back of the store to the front of the store by ourselves. They even got upset that we didnt have our own dolley. They were also very rude and snotty when we asked for help loading it into the truck. Would not recommend this location at all based on the rude staff.

Stephanie is the lovely lady that checked me out. I had $70 worth of coupons and she was so patient in trying to get those to work (corporate, y’all need to change the way the rewards coupons work). Stephanie was the sweetest and got everything figured out for me!

First time in a Big lots. My son and I walked through checking it out. A smallish Dept store would be a good explanation. A lot of stuff set up in small Dept’s. Clean and well organized.

Love the redecorating... The furniture dept Susan is a bit overwhelmed... Several customers waiting to purchase or had questions about furniture.. And apparently she was the only one working on Saturday. We fill out a credit app and didnt purchase anything, we just left. Guess anybody wanted on that particular day.

We have never had a bad experience here. Always friendly staff and the assistant manager from the furniture department ( I believe and wish I could remember her name. ) once delivered our recliner all the way to our home because we could not fit both chairs in the truck. She delivered it after she got off work that night. That is certainly going above and beyond!!!

Newly arranged. The store was great but the cashier was far from friendly. Sour face no smile, no how you doing and when I think Ill break the ice with hows your day? Nothing comes out of her mouth. The only thing she said was the total price of purchase.

Love this store for all kinds of reasons.

Cashier seemed to be disgruntled and distracted about the other coworkers and what they were doing instead of doing her job. On the high note, most of the employees seen in the store were working asking if people needed hep one even offered to go grab me and my wife a cart. The store looked clean, shelves stocked, not busy, very easy to find everything, and for the most part was pleasant besides the cashier who was upset she only did 16 of her 20 years being in politics which Im not sure where those comments were coming from since no one asked her anything about her previous career choices or even a topic of discussion during the checkout.

Dont really see this as a discount store. Prices are high.

Bought a mattress here. It was a quick process and a great deal and they brought it out to our truck. They have a lot of furniture that I really liked. I was surprised by the good quality furniture in a discount store.
