Excellent Response Time and Excellent Customer Service

Horrible customer service. Ive lived in the house for almost 4 years. not ONE time do they show up when I call weeks in advance to get on the schedule. My propane tank is behind a locked gate so I need to schedule it so I can unlock it. Think they ever actually put us on the schedule? nope! they dont show up- then they show up a different day and wonder why the gate is locked. nobody in the office knows anything that is going on and its pathetic. If I could give negative stars, I would! Once winter is over, Im switching companies!

I have never had a bad experience over the many years of dealing with them.The people are always friendly and professional.

Price gouging in winter months & then takes 3 days to deliver, $380 for minimum 200 gal. SMH they know you have to have it to stay warm!!

Always raising the propane cost during winter which makes it harder for already struggling families.

Please add propane cost to your list of gas prices.
