Despite being extremely busy on a Friday night, they were extremely fast and organized. Very friendly, efficient service. And everything was so good. Lots of options and very tasty.

They have a very big menu. I loved the black raspberry shake they made for me. The pricing is definitely fair to the amount you get. Ive gone back twice in a week already 😁

I had ginger hard serve icecream here. Was surprisingly good! I also had butter pecan hard serve. My friends had various maple flavors and a sea salt flavor, and they enjoyed their various hard and soft serve icecreams. Staff were friendly and patient while we rattled off our longish order.

Very tasty soft serve! Service is super friendly. Black raspberry is the best flavor make sure to get it with the rainbow sprinkles! There is plenary of new seating that you can now use to eat your ice cream. You can view the beautiful smoke stacks from the old mill. They always have the best service here.

Ive lived in the Upper Valley for quite a few years but I always seemed to get here too late and theyd be closed (my own fault). I finally had the chance to go and WOW! Some incredible ice cream flavors! I wish ice cream was calorie free so I could come every day! I had the Aroma Joes flavor and Toasted Coconut as well as a taster of the LlamaLicious but there are so many more I want to try! And so many options to add to your ice cream as well! You really have to earn 5 stars I believe. I love ice cream, and if you saw me youd know. Dairy twirl has the best soft serve hands down. They have super nice staff as well. They always have vanilla chocolate black raspberry(delicious) and coffee. There are 2 additional flavors that are rotated every week. Mint and lemon week was great, also love their coconut week or key lime. Aside from amazing soft serve or creamies is the HUGE list of hard ice cream. Everyone has their favorites and every year theres a few new flavors added or switched. Dont forgot about the crazy list of topping and dips, sundae options, custom banana splits, milkshakes, ice cream sandwiches, and of course the doggy dish aka pup cup. My dog loves his small dish of vanilla with a milk bone, cant blame him. Now they close in the fall but they go until the ice cream is gone. Only knock is that I wish they were open all year, but thats only because, like I said, I absolutely love ice cream. Actuaĺly writing this made me want to go, support these guys theyre the best.

Great selection and lots to chose from from soft to hard ice cream and sundaes and mcfleury type dishes and lots of topping options. Had soft serve and it was very good and kiddo had hard and enjoyed it. Customer service was decent. I understand it was close to closing time but were def more concerned with finishing and getting out more than taking care of customers which is to bad but theres worse things could of had to dealt with.

Delicious soft serve and so many options for hard ice cream. I decided to get a mix of vanilla and black raspberry soft serve and it was wonderful. So creamy too. Makes me wish I lived near a Dairy Twirl so I could try all the other ice cream they serve but alas I have to go back home to Phoenix soon.

They are pretty good. Convenient location. However I have found other places in the area that you get more and pay less. I find the selection here isn’t always the best either. Personal preference but I know a lot of other locals love it.

The high ratings were why we stopped. Regular creemee eaters in Vermont, we found the Dairy Twirl’s flavors bland or absent. If you’re stuck in New Hampshire, maybe this is as good as it gets. We had chocolate/coffee, lemon, and chocolate/mint.

This is a great place to go for that ice cream fix. Lately Ive been keeping an eye out for good soft serve and this place is the best Ive ever been to. I think they had around 6 or 7 soft serve flavors. Definitely recommend.

Had non-dairy sorbet and it was just alright. It was still on the creamier sherbet side instead of a fresh fruit filled sorbet.

Tons of flavors & every imaginable combination you can imagine! We live right down the street from Dairy Twirl, so anytime we want ice cream, we just walk down here. And EVERYONE loves this place, so be prepared for long lines, even when its not that hot outside! People absolutely LIVE FOR the Dairy Twirl and take advantage of the short season (memorial day to labor day, u think, but they might stay open til Columbus day, I dont remember). I walk my dog past this place every day & there are always people in line, even if its cold and rainy!!! They have unique flavors as well as staples, and TONS of topping options. The servings are very large -- neither my husband nor I have ever dared to go beyond a SMALL ice cream because the small is like a large at other ice cream shops. I absolutely love their marshmallow topping and I get it on my bowl of ice cream every single time. I have nothing negative to say about this place. They always have great workers that are super super friendly, and I can tell you from experience, being an ice cream scooper is not an easy job to stay all smiley and happy all the time, yet Ive never seen any of the young people working here be anything but nice, kind, knowledgeable, and FAST! Best ice cream shop in Lebanon, in my opinion.

Great selection of flavors and varieties of ice cream. The patriotic berry blast ( name? ) was delicious, and the waffle cone it was in complimented it perfectly. The price wasnt bad, it was around $6 I think for that two scoop waffle cone and a two scoop lemon sorbet for the kid. The Main reasons for 3 stars was the very tight parking lot (it was a busy day) and lack of seating (again, busy day). Its kind of outside of the main shopping district in West Leb is the only other downfall.

Its a totally different experience from the grainy crud at McDonalds and places like that.The hard ice cream is also top shelf, real cream based, with at least 40 flavors available. Weve never been disappointed. Other choices are limited to floats, banana splits, ice cream sandwiches, frozen bananas and shakes. They specialize in ice cream, its a good thing.Service is a bit laid-back, but the quality more than makes up for that. Best ice cream store in the area, we always go back, even though its 30 minutes further away.

The Dairy Twirl is an excellent small ice-cream shop. You can get a variety of flavors, though I have to say, order small. The portions are so generous that even my teenaged son could not finish a large cone.The staff was friendly and efficient. Its a great place to go for an ice cream cone on a hot summer day.

Love summer ice cream time

A couple of years ago, when DT was under the old owner, I would have given five stars. I give the new owners credit for expanding the options. But the quality of the basic soft-serve ice cream has gone downhill. The chocolate is barely discernible as chocolate. The vanilla is still good, though.
