We just left this location after a long drive from Canada. Two oversized ladies (one with blue hair, the other plastered with tattoos) were speaking poorly of my daughter after she left the store. They didn’t know that i was there listening to their conversation. They were shaming her attire “a sweater, shorts, and socks”. Based on my observation, they shouldn’t be shaming people on how they dress or look. Shameful customer service.

I was appalled by the rude staff. After leaving I did some research, this is now a corporate owned chain, Global Partners lp. In my opinion its criminal to force a customer to give this corporation private information such as employment status, ss#, place of residence ect... Because this is what happens every time you purchase alcohol or tobacco from this store. Im 60 years old, they carded me for a alcohol purchase, ok no problem, until they insisted I take out my ID to be scanned. They do this for the sole purpose of obtaining all the information you provided on your drivers license application. This information is then sold, traded or used in any way they please because you agreed to let them scan your license. I would not, and was told by staff and management they would not sell to me. I hope anyone reading this will avoid this and any other store that requires a scanning of your personal information to purchase legal items such as tobacco or alcohol.

This place has been filthy for 3 months (since changed managers). Floors are littered tables never cleaned. Restrooms very dirty.Have been coming here for years but no more. Shape up Global or make room for good business.

Its a convenience store. It has convenience store type stuff. Theres also a Dunkin Donuts & a Subway & Mobil gas here. Its right down the street from my house, so I run down here every so often, when going to the grocery store seems far too overwhelming & far too much effort. Hence, the CONVENIENCE of a convenient store! I can say, theyve always had whatever it was I was looking for. But I probably wouldnt bother if I wasnt 99% sure they didnt have it. Anyway, Im very happy to have such a place so close to home, within walking distance, and Im sure Ill continue to pick up those quick items when necessary.

Basic gas station. Friendly (for the most part) workers.

Very clean, friendly atmosphere and the staff is friendly. I enjoy stopping here everytime Im up in Lebanon.

Racially profile buy store clerk they just dont care which is sad or they just dont get because lack of common sense

I went to lebanon jiffy mart yes i did forget to wear a mask in store witch i was wrong for doing however the store manager was very rud and disrespectful at the way he handled the situation told me he would kick me out that it was state law i understand that it is a state law but the way he approached me about this was wrong if he had simply asked me to wear one i would have absolutely said yes i run my own store and when someone comes in without a mask on in this stressful time we are in now i simply ask them nicely if they could wear one. This GM Blake is very rud and disrespectful and should be fired I would not put up with someone treating my customers the way he dose or the way he treats employees this is not my first time seeing him act this way towards customers and his employees.i spend a lot of money at this store as well as my family and friends spend a lot of money there we will not be returning there and take our money and business to another store and i will never send another customer to go here until this mater is fixed ....

Move on. There are other convenient stores down the block

Pat is one of the rudest people i have ever dealt with in the public!!! I came in once to buy a beer with friends who also were hoping to grab one, and i didnt have ID, I shop there frequently and wasnt expected to be carded. She asked for my ID and I apologized and said I didnt have it on me and she refused my sale, which I even offered and did return the can to the shelf. Completely fair. When my friends behind me tried paying for their beers including valid ID she suddenly became irate and said we all needed to leave the store immediately. It was a simple transaction that could have been solved by a quick explanation of store policy or whatever, but instead was presented with hostility.A great while later i returned after avoiding her shifts to buy cigarettes and at that time I had a government issued temporary paper ID. After presenting the completely legal ID she scoffed at me and told me to just go to another store! There was no argument or harsh words from me and once again I completely understand store policies but the way she treated me made me feel less than. I am a somewhat flamboyant proud gay man so Im not sure if maybe she is homophobic but i really felt hated regardless.I am a 34 year old man who definitely looks his age by the way.I came in today to buy some snacks and was immediately greeted with a scowl and a cold demeanor. So from now on I will either shop there when i only HAVE to or when she is not workingAVOID PAT WITH ALL COSTS!!!P.S. these occurrences all happened with a great deal of time in between so shes either holding onto something incredibly petty or she is just a super unhappy person who takes it out on others

The employees and manager lacks customer service and bands someone for a winning ticket but refuses to give the customer the cash and uses criminal threatening and racial slurs to kick someone out of the store I will never go there again after such disrespect and lack of customer service

I went in to get water and use there bathroom, when I came out I had an employee screaming at me to get out of the store or she was going to call the cops. I later found out from some employees and a manager, That the only reason I got kicked out was because she threaten to quit if they didnt. Im beside myself that this is what our world has come too, the lawsuit for discrimination will be nice tho.

Prices just keep going up and it is definitely not a convenience to go there! Very disappointed!

If you looking for somewhere to grab a bit and sit down and relax for a few hours DONT GO HERE!! I don’t have internet access at home right now so I go places with WiFi access so I sit there for a few hours after buy a bit to eat to job hunting and apartment hunting and keeping caught up on my shows and a barely an hour late the manager tell me to leave after eating and to stop using their free WiFi, where else am I supposed to go, I don’t have a library card to use theirs and I’m not walking all the way to west Lebanon to use it, and as long as I buy something how cares how long I stay there, welp apparently management cares to be a dick to people using their WiFi and buying their goods

I am very displeased with this store. Their managment, and their employees are rude every time im in there.

How can you be a inspection station and only have 1 inspector.

You can tell a lot about a store by their employees and most of them here seem unhappy.
